First time trying this place out, it was amazing the employees are very friendly the food is amazing I got the number 7 spicy east coast Italian sandwich and definitely top 10 would recommend!! And there bathroom signs are to funny!!!

Very polite and fast service! Ashley was my hero tonight. I had a technical issue with my online order and she made a positive out of a negative. I haven't felt so grateful and pleased with food service on the south side of Okc in a long time. You could say this store location on south western has my vote as favorite. It was customer appreciation day when we went as busy as it was we call a head and the guy was awesome to let us know we would have to wait but they was trying to move fast and let us know what sandwiches was a dollar for the day. Once we got there the line wasn't to bad and they was moving fast like he said. Before we could pay they had our order ready and in a box. You could tell all the employees was tired but was counting down for 8pm. Everyone was awesome 👍

We absolutely loved our sandwiches. The employees were friendly and the store was clean. Tables were promptly cleaned off as customers left which is not always the case at other Sub stores. The decor is fun with a relaxing atmosphere.

Always fast, friendly and soooooo good! The guys never stop working. Even when no other customers were in the store, they were going around sweeping, cleaning windows and tables, something! This is the onl location I've ever been to, so I can't speak for all of them, but this one is always clean!

First time trying JJ Subs. Sandwiches were NOT FRESH. Buns were rock hard, especially the bottom. Could tell they were made several hours before I suffered through trying to eat them. Will really have to think it through before I give this another try. Too many other lunch and dinner choices to have to eat food this poor in quality

If you are looking for a sandwich, this is a pretty good place to come. I like the selection of things they have to eat,, and everything tastes pretty good. The place is kept neat and clean, and the service is fast and friendly. If you're in the mood for a good sandwich, this could be your place. Come on by and dig in.

Quick, fast, speedy... It's Jimmy John's. Orders are accurate plus the people are able to answer any questions you may have. Extraordinarily friendly. And I've only been through the drive-thru. Use JJ app makes it even easier. Order on phone. Pull up and tell them your an app order. Pull round pay and go. Taste has always been wonderful as well for those wondering. 5.5 stars. Yes I'm giving an extra half star for friendliness.

Always a fresh alternative for sandwiches. I wish they had more bread choices and sauces, but what they have is very good. Their restaurants are usually clean and have whimsical sayings and decor. The delivery orders have always been correct.

I love my Jimmy John's. I just wonder why they let their delivery driver operate without a valid licence plate on his vehicle. He has a temporary tag that is 30 days out, Insurance is not valid with an expired tag. WTH J.J.'s?

I went to the drive thru and order the #11 Country Club. My sandwich was fresh and delicious and the crew member who took my order was very polite and helpful. She even took the time out to helped me understand the menu and ordering the right sandwich. Very happy customer
