Friendly staff, welcoming environment, and great food. I have tried most of the menu and didn't dislike any of it. I think that is very impressive. Even if you get unlucky and have a bad sandwich, they are quick to more than make up for it.

Very very customer oriented. I'll start by saying their dedication to a good customer experience is truly magnificent. The management team is focused on ensuring you have a good experience from the food to the service. Truly awesome food and great atmosphere. If you have any issue don't hesitate to bring to their attention as they will be sure to adress it accordingly and make it right. We had a rough experience one time and I'm blown away by the action they took to correct it and ensure it did not happen again. This is for sure one of our favorite eating spots on this side of town and service as well as quality of this caliber are rare around here. Two thumbs up guys keep it up!!!

Firehouse, donate support. If you want an awesome sub in minutes, made to order hot and fresh crispy and delicious then go to Firehouse. Firehouse has a unique taste and flavor that I haven't found any poser sub places match. It is absolutely the best when you need a quick bite or a full dinner, under 60 bucks for a family of 5 in today's market. Nice sub can be upwards to 11 dollars if you get larger size and chips and a drink. It's quick and just what you need. Donates to local fire stations so I'm sold.

Food is really quite tasty and plenty of delicious subs are available. I had an issue with a take out order and the manager, Michelle, took care of it immediately and made sure I left happy and satisfied. That's how customer service is done!! Will definitely be back and often!!!

I placed my order and asked if the bag was my order only to find out it was not after we had been on the road for 10 minutes. I LOVE this place! Today 5/23/17 is the first time i have ever eaten at a firehouse subs. An i absolutely LOVED this place. I had the turkey bacon ranch and it tasted very good, fresh. The staff behind the counter were nice 3/5 rating on the people taking orders, but the guys making the subs and bringing them to your table were super polite! Said yes sir, told me to have a nice day and seemed legitimately happy to be there and serving! You my friends have earned my business.

Love this place! Never had a bad experience at any one of their locations! The mango sauce that they have is great! I would also suggest the cherry limeade that they have. Make sure to put real limes into it though, they have them in a container by the machine, it really enhances the flavour!

The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they are a victim of their own success. Occasionally if it gets busy they can have a long lead time from ordering to getting food. Other than that this my favorite sandwich shop.

One of the best places I go to eat at... From only ever ate at Subway.. I figured I'd give it a try... I haven't had Subway since...if you're looking for friendly place where they actually remember you give this a try. Also try the sandwich I made and tried to get it added to the menu but it's a little time consuming to make... Roberts special--bacon pepperoni and chicken with marinara.. absolutely delicious

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is, other than the manager, everytime we come here the young ladies that take your order act like they hate their job. The staff at this firehouse subs is exceptional! They were short handed for the dinner rush Christmas weekend and they worked extra hard to get our subs to us as quickly as possible. Thanks firehouse subs staff!

The seating and table arrangements are not the best that it could be, and the location tends to have a lot of vagrants migrating around. It is not recommended that you leave anything in your car of value that is easily seen. Overall this is your standard sub place, Superior to Subway but costs more. My personal recommendation is the New York steamer on wheat bread. The location is difficult to get into if you happen to be in a wheelchair, and does not have any high stools that can be easily seen, but they may be stored in the back for all I know.

Placed an order online and walked in to pick up.. employees are all teens so customer service was okay, then they asked me a question about the order, which I didnt know because I was picking up for someone so I had to call that person which was strange because I figured they had the ticket in front of them... and I was the only one in the place... hmmmm... and not to mention they were having conversations not appropriate for public and one burped really loud too.

I strongly disagree with other 5 star reviews. Firehouse Subs are a step above Subway, but still below Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's. The last two sub shops mentioned are less than a 1/2 mile west of this location.
