We use Kristi and her team at John Claude Exclusive Catering for our 500 person company picnic every year - I highly recommend this amazing caterer and company! We will be using them again next year. Not sure if their food or their team is better - their BBQ food is delicious. Kristi helped me custom build a menu with salads, sides, vegetables, grilled meats, and desserts that all our guests loved. They even bring in amazing Kosher food for our Kosher guests. Kristi's team is extremely friendly and hardworking. They arrived early for set up and even helped our team with moving around tables for our guests. They think of everything, down do cute signs and fall flowers on their buffet tables. They also cleaned up all the plates and tables during and after the event. Kristi is super professional, responsive, and helpful. This year we thought due to storm damage we may need to cancel 7 days before the event- when I called Kristi, she started listing off places I should contact to move our event. Please use Jean Claude Exclusive Catering for your next event!

We had a pretty tight budget and they really tailored their services to be within it without sacrificing quality. 10/10 WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

Jean Claude Exclusive catered the surprise party for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. The staff were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They good really good care of my family and I would hire them again instantly. They even drove 3 hours to cater our event and we got a ton of great food and service for the cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just used Jean Claude for our wedding this past weekend and truly could not imagine a better catering experience! Kristi was absolutely phenomenal throughout our whole wedding planning journey and made our day so special. She has an amazing attention to detail, was happy to help with anything we needed, walked us through each process, was an excellent communicator and was so kind and pleasant to work with 100% of the time. I cannot say enough positive things about John Claude Exclusive Catering! Due to the pandemic and some other circumstances, my husband and I had to reschedule our wedding reception 4x since 2020. Kristi has been absolutely amazing to work with....and we finally had our party this weekend! Staff was amazing with setup, serving and cleanup. Food was great! Everyone loved and couldn't stop asking where it was from. Thank you Kristi for helping to get everything we needed beforehand, and much thanks to Regina & Kevin for their awesome service!❤️

We hired John Claude catering services for our wedding & it was one of the best decisions we made! Not only are their package prices reasonable, the food is delicious! I cannot say enough good things about Kristi, she was amazing from day 1! Anytime that we had a question she was extremely quick to reply which we really appreciated and you can tell that she cared about your concerns and tried her best to provide solutions. Her team was also amazing! They were all so attentive and kind. Frank was our bartender and he was absolutely amazing. All of our guests were talking about how good the drinks were! Kristi from John Claude was amazing! The food at our wedding reception was delicious, there was great variety for different palates, and the pricing was a great value. The buffet was set up beautifully. We were also very impressed by their team. They were very efficient and organized; everything ran smoothly on the day-of. Kristi also checked in with my husband and I throughout the reception to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which was very nice. We're so glad we chose John Claude.

We used John Claude Catering this past weekend for our 10 year anniversary party. Where do I to begin! Kristi was nothing less than amazing. As the event came closer, Kristi followed all details through and really helped make sure our "vision" came alive. She was so patient and attentive and would check on us through out the party to make sure everything was running smoothly and to our liking. The level of service was truly exceptional and something you just can't put a price on. The food was amazing. The servers were just incredible. I honestly do not have a single complaint. The whole team went above and beyond and truly strived to completely take our stress away allowing us to enjoy the party as if we were guests at our own party, which is exactly what we wanted! We hired Kristi and team for our wedding this past weekend and they were amazing. The food and service was incredible and Kristi was so easy to work with and this woman knows her stuff and makes planning so much easier. All of my guests raved about the food and staff. The other amazing thing was the cost. The most reasonable price for food easily. They also helped cleaned up and took down decor for us before they left. I worked with Kristi from John Claude for our December 2021 wedding (after being rescheduled from October 2020) and they were such a dream to work with. Kristi is extremely on top of it - from the many preparation meetings to the day of, she made sure we had everything that we needed. She's extremely detail oriented, caring, and your partner in crime for catering but also planning to make sure that the night goes seamlessly. The food was delicious (my husband and I are even vegan and they were able to accommodate with so many options) and we got so many compliments from our guests. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was going with John Claude!

Wow! Last night Jean Claude EC catered our wedding and we cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL everything was. Kristi was head of staff and she was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the food good, but Kristi and her staff worked so hard to make sure me, my husband and our guests had the perfect night. We had ordered donuts from a local shop and they were not delivered on time, but Kristi made sure to get in touch with the company and got them successfully to the venue before dessert started. She is a gem, her bartender Frank was the life of the party, and the rest of her staff always had smiles on their faces, checking in with us and our guests consistently throughout the night. Love them, will definitely use them again!!♥️♥️♥️

I don't have enough praise words to describe my experience with Kristi at John Claude Catering who catered my wedding this past February in Brooklyn, New York. My wedding was at the Dumbo Loft. At the time I found John Claude, I had already expended extensive time, energy and efforts in attempting to find a reasonable catering service for my planned wedding of about 120 people. I found that most caterers I spoke with prior to John Claude, were significantly unclear about their pricing and service models. When pressed with specific questions about what is actually necessary for a 120 person event, the answers were typically vague and evasive with little flexibility. In stark contrast, when we met with Kristi at John Claude, i was instantly met with sheer transparency in pricing, a flexible menu with ample variety and dietary selection and of course Kristi's attention to detail in addressing my numerous questions...and trust me..i had tons. I am so grateful to have been able to work with Kristi in the days leading up to my wedding. She gave me expert advise every step of the way, helped me navigate the intricacies of the reception planning process, and was always available to address any issues that came up along the way. She worked seamlessly with my DJ and venue staff to execute an immaculate event. We met for a tasting in advance of the wedding and were able to choose which dishes we wanted. Kristi gave me invaluable advice on tracking down a quality and reasonable rental company and was present on my big day ensuring that all was well. I can't recommend Kristi and John Claude enough for anyone needing a caterer. She was literally my favorite part of the planning process and made everything so much better. The food is delicious!! We kept getting compliments all night about how good the food is. Kristi was sure to bring me and my husband food when we were out taking photos during cocktail hour and made sure we ate something when it came time for dinner. The buffet setup was also beautiful!! They picked roses that matched my wedding theme and laid them out beautifully across the catering table and the menu setup itself was gorgeous and really added to the overall atmosphere. John Claude provided catering for our wedding and did a fantastic job. Service was prompt and professional, and their bartender kept the drinks flowing way faster than we expected. Some advice for future customers, don't feel obligated to maximize value and only choose options from the most expensive package. For our tastes, the lemon butter chicken was superior to the "fancier" chicken options, so go with what sounds good to you and if there's anything you particularly love from the samples, stick with it for your event.

John Claude Caterting and their staff including Armando and Maria went above and beyond for my son and daughter in law’s 1 year wedding celebration. We had 100 guests and the service ran smooth and everyone enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres and meal. Although the dessert and cake was not catered from them, they still cut and served dessert. They traveled without hesitation to CT from NJ for this event. Kristi’s planning and attention to detail was essential to the success of this event. She was extremely personable and easy to work with. Their creamy pesto basil rigatoni and grilled asparagus were our favorites. Overall we were very satisfied working with this company and would absolutely recommend them.

I am one of the many brides that had to cancel or postpone their wedding due to COVID-19, so I can’t speak to the execution of John Claude Catering, but what I can speak to is the amazing service and professionalism leading up to the wedding! Everyone at John Claude has been great! My sister and Mom were the ones to do the tasting, as I no longer live in NY, and Eileen was so accommodating! They met with Eileen and they absolutely loved the food! My sister was so upset that we had to cancel and therefore she is no longer is getting any of the spring rolls she tasted. Kristi was just fabulous! She was extremely helpful and understanding and even had plans to visit my venue prior to the wedding so she could help me plan accordingly. I had tons of questions for her and she took each of them seriously and helped me to the fullest extent she could. When we had to make the very unfortunate decision to cancel our wedding, Kristi and everyone at John Claude were extremely understanding and flexible. I can't rave enough about John Claude Catering! Through the craziness of a pandemic they managed to make our backyard wedding a dream come true. Every staff member did EVERYTHING! Kristi, the caterer took care of every detail before the big day and made us feel at ease with all the changes that 2020 brought. She even helped coordinate the day of, the bartenders helped wait on tables when they had down time, and all of the staff members were professional and kind. The party went extremely well—the coordination with Kristi was detailed and completely seamless, the food was delicious, and the event staff (including Kristi) was fantastic. John Claude are the most amazing wedding caterers - amazing food, quality service at affordable prices! My mom found John Claude through online research, and I am so glad I delegated this task to her. The food was incredible - for the next few weeks after the wedding, guests keep telling me how delicious the food was, and asking who catered the wedding. It was hands down the best food I've personally had at a wedding (and apparently many of our guests). The service they provide is out of this world. We planned a casual, low-key wedding and didn't have a wedding planner, though it felt like John Claude, were in charge of/running the wedding. They truly went above and beyond, filling champagne glasses during speeches, making sure that people in the wedding party were fed, and reserving the vegan-friendly food just for our family and friends who are vegan. John Claude provides more than just delicious food - they are an experience to be had on your special day!

I cannot rave enough about John Claude's!!! They catered my wedding this past weekend on June 16th and it was absolute perfection! Eileen and her girls are fantastic! The food was top notch and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests about how delicious it was. Her servers were a joy!!! They got along so well with my family, that my sister gave them some cookies (our favors she baked herself) and a recipe as a parting gift!! I wish I remember their names, but I believe they were Susie and Theresa. They requested to be servers at future family events because they had so much fun lol. We will definitely be using their services again, and I will absolutely recommend them to all friends and family if they ever need a caterer! Thank you so much, Eileen!!

We chose John Claude Exclusive Catering for our wedding and it was fantastic! Eileen was a pleasure to work with, and was happy to answer all of our many questions throughout the planning process. They were also able to find reliable local servers and bartenders from the venue area (Hudson Valley) in addition to sending an excellent duo from the main NJ headquarters (thank you Regina!). We did a tasting months before which was very helpful, and the food on the wedding was excellent. Our guests were raving about it. The staff was incredible from beginning to end. They were all so kind, so patient, and when *my timing went off track, they were simply fluid and accommodating. SO many guests praised them and said how wonderful they were and expressed how much they enjoyed them! They all truly went above and beyond all expectations. They *each made our day so much more special. And the food!!! My sister-in-law texted me a day after the party to tell me she was having a second plate of leftovers. This, while I was thoroughly enjoying my own leftovers for dinner! It was delicious, and that’s an understatement. Everyone was a fan of something - definitely go with the chicken and waffles, French toast, and scrambled egg pastry! I’m tempted to just add everything to that list….whatever else you choose for your menu will not disappoint you! Not to mention, so very affordable - this was a must for us! Dependable service, tasty and enjoyable meal, and affordable. It fit all of our criteria and more - tough to find these days! We are so very, very happy we chose JCC. Love love love Jc catering!! I worked with them for my wedding in September at the Glenburn Estate, and I cant wait to hire them for our next event! First, Eileen and her daughter were a delight to work with. They are both so friendly. Eileen made herself easily accessible on email and texts, though phone calls were the best form of communication. On the day of our wedding Eileen made sure my husband and I had food and a drink as soon as we arrived for cocktail hour. Eileen even helped me and my bridesmaids bustle my dress. Then there was the food! We were on a tight budget and their wedding packages was perfect for us. Their entrées were great and the appetizers were my absolute favorite!! We hired extra staff to help with serving the food and they were fantastic. One of the easiest vendors to work with from beginning to end!
