We used David Alan Caterers for our July wedding. They were fabulous. Not only did they provide quality delicious food but they were there throughout the entire reception to ensure everything went smoothly and that my husband and I ate. Yes, it is a thing you will forget to do. They went above and beyond. And our guests are still talking about how good the food was and how much food we had at our wedding. They were not just a vendor they were there every step of the process and provide personal attention. We did not want a traditional sit down wedding, they listened and gave us exactly what we were looking for to make our wedding exactly how we wanted it.

David Alan Caterers just supplied such a beautiful spread for a 40 person outdoor luncheon today. The sandwiches were so enticing and delicious, the fruit platter was gorgeous with perfectly ripe fruit, the salad and dressings were fresh and delicious, and the cookie platter had large delicious variety of cookies. Everyone agreed how beautiful and delicious it all was. The delivery was right on time and we thought the price was reasonable for what we received. I would highly recommend David Allen Caterers for any of your catering needs. Do not hesitate; you won't be disappointed!

A little bit of everything but a lot of big flavors and choices in The Marketplace! LOVE their chopped salads (spicy cashew dressing is awesome!) and their pesto chicken salad is a favorite by itself or on focaccia. Daily hot food selections are great for lunch or for an easy delicious dinner when you don’t feel like cooking. Their catering side is full great choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, apps, party stations, desserts…the list goes on! It was hard choosing just a few for an upcoming bridal shower, but I’m looking forward to tasting the winners. Wonderful staff and event planners too!

Just ordered catering from David Alan Caters this past week for 4 straight days. My CEO and other visiting executives fell in love with all that I ordered, in particular their Italian Parmagiana option, meatball, eggplant & chicken sandwiches was an across the board hit. The Quiche assortment, also a win/win. Delivery to Bedminster is nice to have.

First of all, and most importantly, the food quality is superb! The variety of daily food menu offerings is so diverse and creative. We look forward to reviewing this menu nearly every day, as these dinner offerings often become our staple meals. Additionally, the food quantity in the offerings is usually quite ample. Our office orders from David Alan's whenever we can. The food is delicious and they have an amazing selection. We have done small orders for 3 people and large orders for 25 people, and they always get the order exactly right. They have amazing attention to detail when it comes to creating the dish the way you want. Their pizza is great. The bread for their sandwiches if fresh and delicious and just right for each type of sandwich. They even have build your own salads, burritos, and mexican bowls that are a hit every time. And their bakes goods/ desserts are scrumptious. I highly recommend the Smore's dessert. They deliver locally and the food is ready fast and its made fresh. Their customer service is great too. 10 out of 10! Would recommend.

i contracted david alan caterers to help cater my son's engagement party. they were patient with me and my bazillion questions and menu changes; helpful in answering all questions about the party planning, rental equipment and servers/bartender/chefs needed; always got back to me in a timely manner, and knowledgeable about party planning and making my event the best it could be. they didn't disappoint. the food was delicious, the servers amazing, my guests were well taken care of, and they left my house as they found it. i would recommend david alan for all your catering needs!

David Alan caterers served lunch, dinner and brunch at my home for a variety of bat mitzvah events. Everything was perfect. The menu was exactly what we were looking for, with a kiddush lunch, a classy dinner, and a brunch that included both waffle and omelette stations. Throughout our events, the weather was cold and very rainy, and our events were in tents outside. The staff handled these challenges like pros, seamlessly moving between the inside and outside spaces. The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. I honestly could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this group for your next at home affair.

Since I first connected to put together my event with Lisa I was really impressed by her attention to detail and the time she dedicated to following up and making sure we had everything we needed. Elmer arrived on time and ready to go. He was prepared with everything and took charge with pulling it all together and setting everything up. He was extremely professional and I noticed the level of care he took to make sure everything went smoothly and everyone had what they needed. He was knowledgeable about all the food being served and I was able to sit back and enjoy my company because I knew he had everything under control. Besides my grandmothers cooking, this was absolutely the best holiday (Passover) meal that we ever had. Every piece of the packaged dinner was great. It was the most complete, best, delicious, well packaged and best prepared meal that we have ever had. It included everything we needed and wanted in one box. Everyone was impressed and stuffed. Not only the food was so great that a lot of guests talked about it with us after, Meghan and the lady onsite for us that day were very pleasant to work with. They helped us with our table plan, answered general questions about wedding and communicate with the venue so we don't have to go back and forth. On the big day, the staffs helped us with the table centerpieces we brought ourselves and they did it perfectly. The guests were happy with the food and were taken good care of during the dinner. We are so happy we found them and trust on their professionalism.

I hired DAC for my parent's surprise 30th anniversary party and they were amazing! To be honest, I hadn't heard of anyone who had used this company so I was nervous but their organization beforehand made me feel comfortable. The day of the team was timely, organized, SO professional, and the food was UNREAL! My family and friends were FREAKING out- highly recommend the crab cakes, rice balls, spring rolls, and penne alla vodka! Thank you DAC for making my parent's anniversary so special.

I LOVE THEIR FOOD!!! What I LOVE even more is the fact that Stacy(the owner) reached out to me personally to apologize for the small mix up with my sandwich. I called in and ordered a breakfast sandwich (bacon & egg) which apparently they no longer make. When I arrived to my office, I opened the sandwich to find it had cheese on it. I called in to the location, asked to speak with a manager and spoke to Stacy...Well, she apologized profusely for the SMALL mix up and she did explain that the gentleman that took my call was NEW and that they no longer made breakfast sandwiches however, because I had already ordered and I was a regular she made the sandwich for ME anyway. In addition, she had it delivered to my office! It was perfect! I have been eating at this location for a long time and the food is always fresh and always good. The point system they have for free food is awesome as well! One day I walked in and Mr. Alan himself was walking around serving the patrons that had to go orders...slices PIZZA! This place will always get my business and the company I work for loves them too!

I heard of this place from a friend and decided to try it for lunch. I decided on the build your own bowl/ salad. I picked my favorite vegetables, proteins, toppings and dressing. A hefty serving and my ingredients in my bowl we’re well mixed which I really liked. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good. Very clean energy for the body. Will buy again.

He always worked within our corporate budget and everything tasted & looked over budget! He was always my first call for every event. Fast forward to me being blessed with our first baby & on Isabella Rose’s Christening Day May 22nd 2021, David Alan Catering made our event absolutely spectacular! Elegance personified! Lisa Wesselius really poured her heart & soul into helping me make Isabella’s Christening stupendous. My brother who never gives a compliments said “Roey you have to plan all of our events!” My sister in law wrote to me “Isabellas christening was absolutely amazing!!! Roey you transformed your yard into the One&Only ocean club It was exquisite!!!! Everything the food flowers music tables!! And the orchids in your wedding vases omg lov love loved them up there on bar!! The whole thing It made you feel like you were away somewhere” David even phoned me directly the day beforehand to make sure I knew he was getting us a clam ice sculpture for the gulf shrimp! The detailed signature cocktails were a huge hit alongside the delectable appetizers to the scrumptious main course. Our entire family & friends are still raving about the party. My cousin said it was the event of the century! The entire staff ran by Lauren stupendous! Her desserts ALL fabulous, DELICIOUS! The zeppole scrumptious! My Aunt said she hasn't had a cannoli as delicious as that in quite some time. The cross cookies I craved and the key lime pies delectable. My first time there and other than the fact that the name sounds like it should be a hair salon it's a pretty good little lunch place. 4 out of 5 stars is actually a very good rating from me.
