The Tower Chicken Deluxe is one of my favorite sandwiches out there. Everything on the sandwich menu is good, most things are great. (Breakfast sandwiches specifically can be hit or miss from my experience.) Staff is always friendly but expect your meal to take a while if you go during peak hours.

Tower is a great lunch and dinner place for excellent hot sandwiches cooked to order. The breakfast wraps are also delicious. The cookies and muffins are made fresh and come out warm from the oven throughout the day. It's just an all-around wonderful place!

Great place in East Nashville to get a very good sandwich. They have a large selection of hot and cold sandwiches and you can get chips and drinks from the market or deli sides like cole slaw and pasta salad at the counter. There is not a bunch of seating inside so keep that in mind. They also have a coffee bar inside if you need that caffeine fix.

This is a hidden gem! We’ve been coming here for close to 3 years and it’s only disappointed once or twice. If anything has ever been wrong with the food they’ve gone above and beyond to make it better and to make us happy! They also offer a military discount(15%).

Well, never thought I'd be writing a negative comment/review. Today I especially went to Tower to continue to try everything on their menu. Well, apparently Tower has hired a number of young workers. CUDDLES!!! HOWEVER, Tower proprietors, these new worker dropped the baton. I can't count how many times I've been to Tower, but this time, my order got mangled. (1)cashier not trained properly. She had no idea of how to ring the order or price the deli. (2)another moving from prep area,to order area,and then to the cash register. USING THE SAME GLOVES! (3)ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORE A MASK!! (4)IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THEY TRIED TO START MY FRENCH FRIES, AFTER EVERYTHING ESLE WAS READY. (5) and if that was bad enough, TOWER'S NEW CREW DID NOT PREPARE MY SANDWICH RIGHT, NEITHER DID I GET MY FRIES. THE CASHIERS DID EVEN HAVE KNOWLEDGE TO REFUND 2 DOLLARS FOR THE FRENCH FRIES. TOWER, TODAY, YOU DROPPED THE BALL. TRAIN THE FOLK, YOUR PLACE IS TO GOOD, FOR ME NOT TO COME BACK, and I will. I drive out my way to eat that EXOTIC FOOD! You're the best IN NASHVILLE STILL GOT LOVE FOR YA'!!!

Love this place for a great sandwich and atmosphere but there's more. Coffees, home made chips, fountain and other drinks and sweets plus produce and specialty groceries. There's even a kids menu, they serve hot bar breakfast and cold salads for lunch plus there's a sandwich called the East Nasty. Mine today was the Chicken Deluxe to go. I can never eat the whole thing. 😋

I got a sandwich off of the menu, but you can customize whichever one you want. I asked the barista what she recommended for coffee and she made the dirty chai tea latte. I am addicted. This will not be the last time I go there! Wholly impressed with the food, drink, and staff.

Bfast burrito does the trick, and for $7! Moving from NYC, I’ve been on the lookout for a good neighborhood deli. This very well could be it! Solid options from bfast all day to sandwiches (hot and cold) to Bongo coffee. Little bit of a wait (10mins) but that just means it was made fresh. Will be back!!!

Ran in for something quick for dinner. Got the chicken salad and potato salad by the pound from the deli case. Very tasty. I've eaten here before...Music City Tuna sandwich...I don't mess around with tuna everywhere, but this one is very good. Also bought an Aunt Pat's big cookie. Those are Always good. Will definitely continue to patronize this establishment.

Wow! Really impressed with this place. The sandwich selection is off the hook! There is so many sandwich choices that it can be overwhelming however I suggest always go with the daily special. You an never go wrong. Parking is limited so be warned, but you can park down the street and parallel park on the curb.

The last time I came here, I'm fairly certain every single fire fighter in East Nashville was in line ahead of me. To be fair, if the firefighters choose somewhere, its probably a good place to eat. My breakfast burrito was great. Its sort of hard to find a good breakfast burrito in Nashville. If you're looking, i suggest you try this place. They have other stuff, too. I bought some coffee beans. Those were good. They were on sale and I was out at home, so really it was win-win. Really a win-win-win if you count the burrito. Enjoy.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a delicious lunch or breakfast. Not only do they have a huge selection of sandwiches, they always make crazy, fresh sides and keep their grocery section stacked with allergy friendly items. I always get the Awa sandwich and the potato wedges, but everything here is delicious. Super friendly service, really great team atmosphere and no longer than 10-15 minutes even during their busy lunch rush. 6/5 stars always :)

Really enjoy the deli sandwiches…the Music City Tuna is my favorite, but they have something for everyone. They make adjustments to your order as requested (I prefer a spinach wrap rather than the bread used in the tuna sandwich) and do so without any grief.

Stopped by on a trip to Nashville. Full breakfast menu with any flavor and topping bagel you can think of. I am on the decaf now and while it wasn't the best decaf I have had it was pretty good. Home fries (appeared to be just frozen taters with cajun seasoning) were a little disappointing but overall a great breakfast to start the day.

Fresh and delicious! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Seems like a great place to work. They make everything fresh right in front of you. We weren't impressed by the photos. Thought this place looked like a gas station. We were VERY surprised by how wonderful everything was. Highly recommended. Will be going back.

You never know what you're gonna get there when it comes to like the type of bread that they put on sandwiches for example when they first opened the sourdough was huge and now it's like regular white toast also today I went to purchase some of their bakery items and there was mold growing in the bag unfortunately she did offer to grab me two new pieces of bread to put into the bag which I declined do appreciate her attempting to save the sale however it just didn't feel right and it was semi crowded in there the line was wrapped around took a minute to get through but all good the sandwich was great still

Love coming here. The food is excellent, I especially like the potato wedges, they are so good. Also something oddly specific that I like about this place is they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine that still has orange coke. Every other Coca Cola freestyle machine that I have used in the past couple of years has replaced orange coke with orange Vanilla Coke. There’s still has the original and I like that.

Oh so many sandwiches to choose from and customize. The Cuban is one of my favorites. The waffle fries are also great, but the only way to order them online is if you get the burger. They need to fix that. There is no option to add that to whatever you want.

A little confusing when you walk in, they could use some signs telling you where to order, but the food is so good! The prices are pretty average, but the portions are large. They tend to prioritize pickup and doordash (grubhub, etc) ordered above walk in orders, which is kind of frustrating. I walked in and ordered a BLT and it took about 10 minutes to get it.

This place is awesome! From the outside, I didn't really know what to expect. I found a deli of the highest quality meats & cheeses. The iced tea was magnificent. I kept finding things I wanted to try, like several bakery goods. The ambience is not the draw, though it is fine for a sit-down meal. Excellent food is the focus, though not cheap eats. It's worth the dollar.

As you can see, the vast majority of reviews of this place give it excellent ratings. Reading the reviews of complainers reveals them to be the kinds of people who apparently complain about everything. "Oh, the server didn't set the food down where I wanted it!" Really? It doesn't seem quite fair to leave a negative review about one bad experience, so let me give my review after eating at this place 4-5 times. The food is great. The prices are very fair, and the portions are huge. I've never eaten anything from there that I didn't love, and it's been that way every time I've eaten there.

They serve good coffee (Bongo) and pretty decent food. 3 stars bc parking can be hectic and on more than one occasion we’ve had issues with the service. But all in all, it’s a neighborhood spot we enjoy. Also their grocery selection - while fairly small - is pretty well rounded and has come in handy.

LOVE this place! Everything you order is made fresh at that moment. Nothing is sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be served. You can also pick up your basic pantry necessities here -and they're selection is delicious and happily health conscious. This is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood for sure.

Usually the best place around. Today...it took almost 30 minutes to get a grilled cheese! There were two people in line before us, and four people behind the counter. I live right down the street from here and had never gone because they are ALWAYS PACKED. Finally, one morning I had a late start and found that the parking lot was looking scarce so I made a bee-line to get me some tower deli. They have hot, fresh breakfast items as well as lunch options (sandwiches and such). I got a breakfast burrito which was sooooooooooo flavorful. I also got the red beet juice which they made fresh in store. It was just perfect. Large portions, decent price. Lots of options. This is a good neighborhood joint FOR SURE.

The staff here it's helpful and friendly. The Tower Burrito is so freaking delicious, sent from carb heaven. All dishes are made to order, so if you can come at a busy time, there might be a bit of a wait. But it is so worth the wait. The goods sold in the market are local, organic or both.

This is the best deli that I have been to in Nashville! They use Boars Head meats which is the best, generous portions of them for your sandwich and the perfectly fresh and tasty vegetables as well! Had 2 sandwiches a bag of chips and a fountain drink. Cost me and my wife $22.00 and change. Bread was good. Vegetables were fresh. There was plenty of cheeses and meats. But, for that price I expected to taste better than it did. I will try again. Because I am pulling for any independent business.

Decent food, a tad pricey, and could work on their customer service. Once, tried calling in an order to pick up, put on hold, then hung up on. Called back, put on hold and hung up on. Third time I was put on hold, waited a bit, not feeling lucky, I decided to drive there while on hold, order my sandwich and pay for it, and then showed the cashier I had been on hold the entire 15 or so minutes this all had taken. She brushed it off to them being busy, but at that moment I was 1 of three customers in the shop, 2 of which were just sitting waiting on their food. Otherwise, every other experience I've had there has been fine. Just... fine. If it wasnt so close to where I live, I probably wouldn't frequent this place.

Love the sandwiches with many to choose from, Cape Shark was my personal favorite; unfortunately not there currently, also like the East Nasty which is super super good! Fresh produce, specialty drinks made in house, desert, and I could go on, all in all; great place for food just make sure to have at least $10 on hand as a heads up.

I go here more that a few times a week, and almost always have a fantastic experience. The only times where I have a less than perfect experience are when modifiers get missed on my order, and since I always get it to go I don't bother mentioning the problem. They are very willing to fix anything they mess up, though and that happens at any restaurant. One of the best places in the East Nashville area.

Amazing food, but if they are busy, check your order for accuracy. Double check when ordering, check again when paying, and check again when you recieve your food. Too many times I have placed an order and recieved something slightly different than what I ordered. Small things like them only ringing up one sandwich when you order 2 that are the same, American cheese instead of the requested Pepper Jack cheese, Regular mayo instead of the requested Chipotle mayo, they added fries when requested none, etc.

It's a nice market with lots of fresh produce but the deli left a lot to be desired. I paid $20 for 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches, no fries, no drink, only a pickle, and we we're still hungry. The bread was the best thing about that overpriced mediocre sandwich. It was fresh, and flavorless, and so not worth the money. For the price I could've gone down to Fat Mo's and got 2 Philly steak combos and been satisfied instead of going back to work hungry. 5 stars for the market but I'd think twice about the deli.

I keep trying to love this place, but I can't seem to do it. Their sandwiches are good but just not great. Maybe my problem is I'm comparing them to Mitchell's deli up the road. They don't compare. If you're debating between the two, always go Mitchell's. Tower just doesn't deliver consistently.
