Ordered hot subs to go. It was put in the container rather than just wrapped up. So, it was in good shape and kept somehow warm even after we come back home. Meat was very juicy and tasty. Medium sandwich alone was enough for my meal without any chips or addition.

Hands down best experience at a Firehouse Subs EVER. I believe JC* was my cashier and he was nothing but polite and hospitable. After he was done helping customers, he went around to seated customers asking if they needed anything/pushed in chairs! Seriously, give him a raise. Congratulations on an awesome staff, clean restaurant, and yummy sandwiches! I frequently cater food for my work and will be catering Firehouse from here on out. *I hope his name is JC he had an Atlanta Braves hat on for reference

I've been to numerous Firehouse locations over the years and I've been to this one a few times. I'm usually really happy with the service & sandwich, but this location was subpar. The young man taking my order didn't seem at all interested to be there and disappeared after taking my order. Maybe he was sick, or maybe he was on some medications, but he wasn't at all interested in being there. The two people who made my sandwich did a good job, but the sandwich was mediocre at best. I'm disappointed with this location.

First time having the Gluten-free bread...AMAZING! SO glad they have this option. I thought I'd never eat another sandwich again. Most GF bread is tough and hard...this is soft and delicious.

Their subs here are so good. Made to order and as hot as you’d like them. The staff here is always friendly and they get the subs out quickly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space as well. Highly recommend anything with pastrami!

Food is always great, but need to hire someone on the phones that can understand what I’m saying. Every time I call it takes 15 min to place a pick up order and half the time they can’t run my card because the guy on the phone can’t understand what I’m saying, and so I have to wait in line to pay. Needs to be a better way to communicate with phone orders. I recommend ordering online because they are always packed and calling in is a hassle.

Great sandwich but I have to say it's half the size of what it used to be when they first open. I'm not exaggerating that is a fact! Furthermore, the quantity of meat has also decreased. Original staff on Charlotte Pike was very friendly outgoing and fun. The new staff is a little reserved the whole dynamics of the place of changed I miss the old crew and the nice sandwiches we used to get there.

I ate here yesterday on my lunch break (around noon on 01/17). The bathroom and restaurant were so clean. Every single person I encountered (bus boy, manager, sandwich maker, etc) was joyful and made the experience beyond enjoyable!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad,employees hooked it up like someone fixing it for themselves. Perfect in every way. Healthy, delicious ceasar salad with grilled chicken breast, croutons were not hard like most are. Crackers, plenty of dressing, fresh was so pleased with this salad gave the guy that fixed it a tip told him that was the best ceasar salad i have ever eaten !

I agree with "Roll Tide", the people that waited on me March 14 at 4:00 p.m. were very rude. No one smiled, or said "Thank you" and made as little eye contact as possible. The food is good and I've had good service at the store before but that was with different employees.

Came in at 11am and the people nehind the counter were extremely nice and helpful. We received our really fast and one of the gentleman behind the counter even took our trash away from the table for us. Good food great service.

Sandwich was basic and they got it wrong, when I took it back they got it wrong again. Though I didn't mind as it was the choice of bread this time. I simply didn't have the time to make it an issue. They offered me a cookie for the inconvenience, which amused me and I naturally declined as in my mind I wasn't seeking anything free simply a sandwich the way I ordered it. If I don't return it will simply be as a result of my not being in the area, as this location is well out of my usual shopping, and normal business venues.

The bread is ok. The meat can be good but sometimes is lacking. Seems to be hit or miss. I do like the hot sauce selection, chips, and found Tain drink setup. Reliable....not great.

I'm 64 and the first time (Month or 2 ago) I tasted a "Firehouse Sub".......OMG! It's the best tasting sub sandwich I've had! I highly recommend a 'taste test' of your own and I believe you will agree with my assessment BTW - There is a comrade in arms (Me - Vietnam class of '67) review here complaing about not getting a "military discount" so he knocked the business....let me say, "Soldier buck up, shut up and man up. If you are scraping for that buck-0.5 you might just want to chow at the mess!" One 'diner' who's nom de plume is "Roll Tide" said, "Employees are rude" This is coming from a 'Roll Tide' fan?? Rude? No ruder that a Tide fan
