Their foods are a bit more pricey than what I eat back home. Used to paying $22 and paid $35. I got the grilled chicken footlong and my husband got the meatball footlong. His was different because it didn’t have no top layer which wasn’t used to that. It was soooo good the cashier was super sweet. She asked if I wanted deli mustard and that it was a little spicy but not really spicy at all. It wasn’t. Back home they ask if you want it heated or toasted and they didn’t ask that but the bread came out super soft and delicious the way they made it. Hands down best sub I’ve had!!

This an exceptionally well run store. We got a large order for 50 people and John, the manager, took very good care of us. He and an other young guy help me take the food in the car and had everything figured out and me back on the road in less than 5 minutes even though it was the beginning of their rush hour. The food was packaged very well, it was not missing anything and the flavor was excellent. All who ate from it said they really liked it. We got 50 box lunches from them and a few salads. Very good prices also. I definitely recommend this place with the highest confidence they will take care of you.

Firehouse subs became our “go to” sub stop several years ago. We always try to locate one even when traveling. About a year ago, we stopped in to the Thompson Lane store after hiking at Percy Warner Park. Oh. My. Goodness! While every Firehouse Subs deserves five stars, this location deserves 10! The staff and manager are top notch. They are so friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure your order is correct, you get your reward points, the restaurant is clean, and that you truly enjoy your experience eating there. And now on to the food. It’s so much better than every other Firehouse. The meat seems to be double what you get elsewhere as well as the cheese. The toppings are falling off the sandwich there’s so many. And it just taste so fresh. It’s gotten to where we don’t want to eat at any other location. Thanks for such a great dining experience and keep up the good work.

The quality of their food was spot on. The brownie tasted homemade & was nice & soft. The chili was very tasty, the best I have had in a long time & the New York Steamer was delicious. Start by saying this has been my favorite location for years. The lady who took my order was distracted and asked me the same questions multiple times. I used a free large sandwich reward, but she rang me up for a medium. I didn’t see that until I got my sandwich. I went up and told her that I ordered a large but she put medium. Then she tells me that I’m wrong and I told her medium. Lady why would I order a medium with a few large coupon?? The young man who tried to Rectify the situation has always been kind and helpful but the lady telling me that I’m wrong is not gonna bring me back.

This is my favorite spot to get lunch in Berry Hill, the staff is super friendly and efficient. Not to mention, every sub I've ever gotten here has been awesome - can't think of a better place to get a quick and easy lunch in the area!

Tina and John are the awesome owners of this location! The food is fabulous...my favorite is the steak and cheese and they offer a variety of combos. They truly care about and appreciate their customers, making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. They are quick to make things right if there's a problem and the staff is super friendly. In most places good employee morale is due in large part to great management. I got to sample their soups today, and even though the chili is my favorite, the potato soup is quite delicious. As is the chicken and dumpling. Tina and John go the extra mile to make sure their food is prepared with care, especially for the young mac and cheese lovers. They don't overheat the pasta when they know little mouths will be eating it. That's above and beyond in my book. Not many franchisees can make their location a family stlye restaurant, but that is exactly what Tina and John have done.

Ordered delivery through Door Dash, second time ordering from this location. Door Dash was great. Firehouse Sub, not so much. Never have had bad experience till now. 5$ mac & cheese was 2 oz. Frozen no bread crumbs, asked for no onions on hook and ladder, got onions. My meatball sandwhich was all dry. Looked like under hear lamp for hours... was so looking forward to quality am used to from Firehouse...now I have doubt and money is precious.

Unfortunately, this particular location is never consistent in their preparation. We always order a hook and ladder...sometimes cold bun,hot ham and turkey... other times...well..so-so. The ice tea is usually pretty good but not the sandwich. The associates are always very nice.

We really like Firehouse Subs and try to go there regularly. I had the Meatball sub and it was fixed exactly the way I like it. My wife got her favorite Beef Brisket sub. Their food is great! Highly recommended.

Good food at a very reasonable price. I'd almost say I underpaid for my food. For a medium sub, chips, and a drink you can expect the price to be about $10. It's filling and tastes great. I'd definitely go back. They also have a very good vibe and everything is clean.

Here's my big gripe about this place... A group of us ordered take out and there were several different orders. I went to pick them up and danged if all they have is your sandwich ready. You have to go and get everybody's chips, drinks, cookies, Etc. I didn't know this, it would be nice if they would at least explain this to you. Especially when you have to pick up a large order. They don't even offer you large bags, or cup holders, unless you ask. It was a serious pain in the rear! The customer service was not very good . Now, finally onto the good side... their subs were delicious. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and it was amazing.

I've never been to a sub place with such a friendly staff. Everyone from the girl who took my order to the manager who was attending to an issue with the soda machine smiled and made eye contact. Lolita was especially awesome. She brought my daughter a fire hat and rice crispy treat even though she didn't have a kids meal (she's 2 and doesn't yet love sandwiches). Thanks for an enjoyable quick lunch.

We treated ourselves by going out for lunch, so we ended up at one of our favorite places--Firehouse Subs. The variety of food choices, custom made the way we want is excellent. They are always busy, but they go the extra mile to provide courteous, personable and friendly service. Their team works together seamlessly, which is how they keep up with the volume. I look forward to our next visit.

Always great food. There was a limited amount of hot sauces available, mostly milder sauces. The manager was making rounds and asked if I needed anything. I asked about the hot sauce and he explained that some children may hurt themselves with it so they don't put the hottest sauces out. He gladly got some for me. It was lunch time but they seemed to move fairly quickly. Go and support our first responders.

I will pop into this Firehouse Subs on an occasion during the work week. The owners are they a lot of times and they do a great job. For the most part their staff is always courteous and willing to make you feel welcome. Food is always delicious!

Good food. Way better than sub way. But over $10 for a medium size sandwich a bag off chips and a small drink. Don't think it was worth it. Especially the drink. They only have coca-cola products. they did have more of a chips selection than subway.

This is a great place with delicious subs. The smalls are snack size. The medium is my side. (Haven't had a large yet) They have a yummy variety of chips, cookies, and soups. No waiting area but the wait normally isn't long during non-rush time.

I cant speak for all Firehouse locations, but This one is meticulously clean, Always. Same delicious sandwiches as its other Nashville locations but a tiny parking lot and seating area. If you go during lunch hour or on a weekend I recommend ordering ahead to avoid a long wait. Be careful not to block the entrance to the road when parking as it's hard to tell which are parking spots and which areas are the entrance and exit lanes.
