I used Keifs Catering for an in home catering service for my 69th birthday dinner party. The food presentation was beautiful and each course was delicious. My intimate birthday dinner at home was transported to another level by Chef Keifs’ exquisite talents. My party guest were impressed with the menu and I was over joyed to have such a special and memorable night. Servers were thoughtful, polite and made even the simplest request a grand presentation. Summary: Keifs Catering was prompt, professional and executed a flawless dining experience. I would definitely use him again! Pros Service: From beginning to end the service was phenomenal! It was very easy to communicate with him by phone, text or email. Both at the tasting and the event he arrived early, prepared and with a cheery disposition. He executed everything that was agreed upon within our contract including set up, break down, servers etc He listened to my vision and budget, and created a menu that was aligned. The options are limitless and I appreciated he has vegan and vegetarian options as well. Him and his team even offered to help us get set up which I thought was very kind. He even left the pans and foil so our guests could take left overs home, which they were delighted to do. Presentation: The food presentation is very elegant and professional. Even his display at the buffet table was so gorgeous with plants and other decor to truly elevate the aesthetics. He is a trained chef so although the food was buffet style, that did not take away from the culinary sophistication that was presented. Taste: The food was served at the proper temperature. They had unique burners that kept the contents just right, yet lenses to the upscale decor. The food was delicious and has a unique taste. The smell alone is so captivating!!! I loved the garlic potatoes and garlic string beans. The guests were blown away by this creative and unique spin on a typical normal inclusion for buffets. The steak was tender enough to cut with a plastic knife! The chicken breasts were juicy and succulent. The vegan dirty rice was quite tasty. FYI- We did have to pay a tasting fee, but this goes towards the service cost if you book him. The portions for the tasting are generous for 2-4 people. Cons Dining - Plates, napkins and utensils aren’t automatically included. This is something you must proactively ask about; however, he is more than willing to assist with meeting your needs once you ask.

The at home gourmet catering was the best experience to date. Even though we were at home the dining experience felt like a high end restaurant was closed to the public exclusive to us. I received quick and detailed responses upon making contact and planning the date and event along with food choices. There was great communication throughout the entire course of time. On the day of the event, they arrived on time as planned and prepared us an amazing 3 course meal. The food was phenomenal! All supplies needed were included and brought, and we even got 2 gift masks with the company logo. The chef took pics of not only the food but also us while enjoying our birthday party for 2 due to the pandemic. We hired Chef Keif to cater breakfast as well as dinner for 16 people for a family Christmas celebration. Not only Chef Keif gave us the best price we could find around, but he also exceeded our expectations. By the way, we were staying in Galveston on an island. Chef Keif made the journey from Houston and showed up promptly on time. As a matter of fact, he got there earlier than we agreed. Breakfast was ready on time and everybody was amazed of how delicious and professionally presented the foods were. Additionally, Chef Keif also made dinner for us. Of course, on time, and delicious. The best part of all of this is that our wives didn’t have to cook this year. That was the best gift of all! We will most certainly have Chef Keif back again next year and every year we spend the holidays in or around Houston. He is hands down the best cook I know. He is talented, punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. The whole package!

Chef Keif prepared an absolutely delicious lunch today for a birthday celebration. The salad was crisp and fresh, the garlic mashed potatoes were unbelievably delicious(the best I’ve ever had), paired with a seared trout. I genuinely wish that I could give this company a 6 star review. I hosted an event on October 1, 2019 and have been singing nothing but the highest of praises for Keif's Catering ever since. They were the epitome of everything you could want in a catering company. Not only did they serve OUTSTANDING food, but they also bring trendy decorations to make the presentation of the food pop. Everything about their work was exactly what I was looking for. We even had to change our date of the event due to Tropical Storm Imelda rolling in the week prior but they worked with us and changed everything with no problem. I've never worked with a catering company as amazing as they are. I'll hire them for every single event my company hosts from this moment on. They're also the only company I'll be referring out when people ask me for a catering recommendation. Truly one of the best catering companies out there. Thank you for everything!!! Also, if you hire them for brunch, the blueberry pancakes were literally the best food I've had in my life.

Wow, Chef K and his servers did not disappoint. From bringing our tasting to us at our church to seated service for 88 they did a great job. This was held on the third floor without kitchen facilities. The food was hot, delicious and very large portions. I highly recommend this caterer. The only reason for a 4 rating was we ran out of salad for 4. However the salad was delicious! Give them a try. His prices are very compelling.

Chief Keif gives you a taste of New Orleans spices with a Caribbean blend! I surprised my husband with a private chef for his birthday. Chef Keif was extremely professional and on time! From the tasty lobster to the tender steak, fresh fruit and amazing desserts, this was an awesome experience! He is now apart of my family. Lol...
