Liquidmotion is AMAZING! Hands down the best wedding vendor out there! Chelsie was our lead bartender for our wedding and she executed our vision perfectly! She worked with us on our special requests and was happy to explore different options throughout the planning process. The entire bar staff was PHENOMENAL- quick, friendly service and excellent drinks! Our guests were blown away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We found LiquidMotion because they were the bar service required by our venue, but we were so happy to work with them! They were very helpful in helping us choose our beverage package. My favorite part is that they allowed us to design our own signature drinks, which was very important to us as my husband and I both came from bartending and barista backgrounds. I ended up creating drinks recipes that showcased our favorite ingredients but that, admittedly, I did not have time to test out before submitting the recipes to LiquidMotion. Thankfully, their bartender had an expert touch, because all three of the signature drinks were AMAZING, and guests couldn't stop raving about them. The bartender even went the extra mile and provided special fresh lavender (a central theme in our wedding) sprig garnishes from her own garden, for which I am endlessly grateful.

We used Liquid Motion for our bar service at our wedding 12/3/2022 at Urban Daisy in Minneapolis. They are their preferred vendor so we were required to use them. We worked with Chelsie on selecting our bar menu and I have nothing but amazing things to say. She was so responsive and very friendly. Their service was exceptional on our wedding day and our guests raved about how friendly our bartenders were. At first I was a little disappointed at how pricey everything was- but after our big day I can honestly say it was 100% worth it for the service that you get. I would strongly recommend working with Liquid Motion!

We had a great experience with LiquidMotion on our wedding day! While they were the exclusive bartending service for our venue, we were so pleased with their service. Leading up to our day, we worked with Chelsie and she was excellent! Far ahead of time, she sent us quotes on different bar packages for our group and was very responsive to inquiries we had. She was very easy to get in touch with throughout the planning process and made sure that everything on our day was just as we hoped it would be. Chelsie was so responsive throughout the entire wedding process, and was so kind and quick to answer our questions whenever we had them! Excellent service for our wedding! We did the option where we purchase alcohol on our own and they served it. This was a huge money saver and allowed us to have an open bar for our guests the entire night! The bartenders were very upfront and transparent the entire night. One of them even made a quick liquor store run midway through the evening to make sure we wouldn’t run out of some guest favorites!

LiquidMotion provided bartending and table-side wine pour services for our wedding, and our whole experience with them was outstanding! The creative flexibility in both business-model and execution made LiquidMotion one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with. Their promptness, patience, and attention to detail took a lot of the stress out of the planning phase, and we found that their services were a great value for the money. One thing that really blew us away was how flexible and accommodating LiquidMotion was in allowing us to customize the beverage experience to fit our overall vision for the wedding. First of all, they allowed us to source alcohol from multiple sources. We sourced most of our alcohol through their partnership with Mac’s Liquor (highly recommended), but we also sourced a lot of our wine from Costco, and even some additional liquor from Surdyk’s. LiquidMotion didn’t bat an eye at this, and all we had to do was put our self-sourced alcohol behind the bar at our venue. When we told them that we wanted to serve champagne via a champagne wall, and also have signature ‘His and Hers’ cocktails served through a custom ice sculpture, they said ‘no problem’! Brian, Corey, and the rest of the business team at LiquidMotion did a tremendous job in making the beverage service at our wedding a huge success! And on the day-of, we couldn’t have been happier with our two bartenders Ryan and Maxim. They were super professional, entertaining, and made lots of friendly conversation with our wedding guests. (In addition to making outstanding drinks!)

We truly could not have asked for a better bartending service for our wedding. We ended up starting cocktail hour a half hour prior to originally scheduled and the bartenders we had (Chelsie and Janet) were set up and ready for that to happen! They were also so great with interacting with our guests... I think some people went up to the bar just to hang out and chat with them. They also paired with Lee at Mac's Liquor to provide our alcohol. Between those two services, we can't recommend them enough. Definitely budget friendly and amazing service.

Pricing was tough to beat, the service provided was complete and hassle free, and of course the staff were highly professional and friendly at the event! We hired Liquid Motion to bartend our wedding. They were very easy to work with and accommodating when our wedding had to be rescheduled due to Covid. We had a call with Corey a month before our wedding and he answered all of our questions and eased our concerns with all of the covid restrictions. Brian and team are such professionals and knew exactly what we needed for our wedding to go off without a hitch. They literally do everything for you from working with Mac’s Liquor to get our alcohol ordered, picking up our alcohol, icing it down, serving it, packing up the used alcohol for us to take home, and bringing back the unused alcohol for reimbursement to Mac’s. We ordered beer/liquor through Mac’s Liquor and LiquidMotion handled the delivery of that to our venue on the day of our event. At the end of the night, LiquidMotion returned unopened cases/bottles to Mac’s, which was great to not have to worry on our side. Corey and Brian were also up to date on COVID guidance and helped us navigate how the day would look while still keeping it special. Our bartender, Eric, was the perfect bartender for the event, and he managed the amount of alcohol during the night very well. If we ever plan an event where we need a bartender, LiquidMotion would be our top pick again.

Liquid Motion is a fantastic choice for bartending at your next wedding or other event. Brian and his team were awesome to work with, extremely responsive with questions about pricing and other specifics. Speaking of pricing, we found their service to be very competitive and reasonable for the service (full mixer package, two bartenders for seven hours). Our venue allowed us to bring in our own alcohol and Brian went so far as to recommend a liquor store to work with for beer, wine, and liquor procurement. The day-of went so smoothly from a beverage standpoint. Liquid Motion’s bartenders are professional and fast. We were a little worried about the initial “surge” at the bar to kick off cocktail hour, but they handled that with ease. Deciding to go with a batch cocktail (old fashioned) helped soothe the rush too. There were multiple compliments on the old fashioned. At the end of the night, Brian’s team took care of all tear down and returns of unopened beverages which was a great weight off our shoulders. We highly recommend Liquid Motion.

I rarely write reviews, but I think Liquidmotion deserves all the praise!!! They have exceeded my expectations, everything was perfect and even though the drinks were all mocktails they tasted so fresh and delicious! Seriously one of the highlights of my wedding, unfortunately our food cater sucked and I’m so glad at least the drinks were amazing because it saved the wedding and our guests kept raving about the drinks, I was also able to customize my own drinks and name them, I had a “bridelicious” which was a grapefruit drink and it was served in a coupe glass, so cute! I also had a “married man” drink and it was a mock of Moscow mule made with ginger beer, and the last ones as called “happily ever after” a mocktail mojito! Seriously don’t hesitate to book them, they are so worth the money and will deliver exactly what was promised!

As I was preparing to walk down the aisle I totally forgot my written down vows. Buzz was the closest person to me in this minor crisis.
