I chose Skyline catering recently for a business lunch at my company and was impressed with every aspect of the process. From the great communication with Ernie, to the efficient invoicing of the business department and the final step of the delicious food that was delivered. In a time when businesses are lacking in employees and dependability, Skyline Catering is obviously a business that still believes in high expectations and delivering on that promise as well.

From the first email with Skyline catering to the delivery of the lunches the experience was fantastic. I honestly have never worked with a caterer that is so responsive and helpful. Top notch customer service for sure. Ernie was positive and accommodating and very knowledgeable. I ordered box lunches for my daughter’s baby shower and was able to drop off special boxes and tissue to coordinate with the shower color scheme. I was told the lunches would arrive at 11:30 and they DID! Now for the food....delicious. I ordered the chicken salad sandwiches and the broccoli salad and quinoa salad. The sandwich was bigger than I anticipated and was wrapped so nicely in paper. The side salads came in small individual containers. There was also a bag of chips and a cookie (I passed on cookies because we had cookies as favors so Ernie substituted a croissant). The presentation was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I had so many compliments on the food and had many guests ask where I got it from. The lunches were a great value and we definitely got our money’s worth. I would not hesitate to order from Skyline Catering again and I honestly cannot say enough about their service and professionalism!!!

We used Skyline Catering for our wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Ernie and his team did a fantastic job helping to make our day special. The food was a hit: the meat, vegetarian option, and vegetables were cooked perfectly. When we first met Ernie for a food trying - I really enjoyed the pork tenderloin option but I personally don't care for brown gravy. Within 10 minutes, Ernie had whipped up a new Korean sauce that was amazing and even better the day of. We had many compliments from guests at the wedding (including my mom who is very picky when it comes to service/catering). The service was top notch as well, we will be recommending Skyline Catering to anyone that we can. Lastly, we had a couple day of unforeseen hurdles from our side to get over and Ernie did a great job helping & navigating through them.

Ernie and his team are outstanding! Not only is Skyline's food fantastic, but it is so easy to work with them! I have used them for events at work from small 30 people events up to 500+, their attention to service, and to provide the perfect menu and display to fit the event is a priority for Skyline. They also recently catered my son's wedding. The guests had rave reviews on the food! I cannot thank Ernie and the Team at Skyline enough for their help making my son's special day even more memorable! If I could give more stars, I would!

Recently used Skyline Catering for a Board of Directors Meeting here in Milwaukee - we are from out of town. Offerings from menus were exactly as described, reasonably prices and service was great. Food arrived when promised and staff was very professional. Will definitely use them again when we are back in Milwaukee.

I work a block away and just so few fast lunch options there. My colleagues asked me to buy him some homemade cookies there and I also picked up their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. IT WAS SO GREAT! I never had that kind of awesome bread and the steak was great as well. Enjoy their food a lot! Sandwiches, Salads and many kind of meals in the fridge. You'll know they are all made with fresh ingredients. Not to mention their home made cookies. I always picked up my favorite oatmeal and raisin with my lunch. The place is clean, people is nice and the food is just delicious! Love Skyline Catering :)

Skyline did an amazing job catering for our Independence Day Celebration at 7SEVENTY7. The food was delicious, they were able to use our own grills onsite which was an amazing touch! It made everything so much fresher. The set up and take down were smooth and efficient, they provided everything (plates/silverware), not to mention 5-star service. Actively bussing and cleaning to ensure everything stayed neat and presentable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ernie for our event and cannot wait to have them back.

Had a catered lunch at work for 20-ish people. We did the two meat buffet, and it was excellent. They came early, set it all up for us and it was plenty of food to feed everyone! We had great options to choose from for sides, more than most places give you. We will use them again!

I have been going to Skyline for at least five years now and I always have an excellent experience. Everything I've eaten from there has been phenomenal-whether it be their hot meals or their box lunches. The customer service is awesome as well, and they are extremely efficient during their busy lunch hour. I can't say enough about how awesome they are!

Skyline Catering/Bucyrus Club are a dynamic duo! I have nothing but good to say about my experience. I had my daughter’s bridal shower there last month. The venue is beautiful, the food is fabulous and the crew that worked during our event was amazing. I went into this blind as I’ve never tasted the food nor have I been to the venue. But, I was not disappointed!!! Everyone at the shower raved about the food and venue! Several people that live in the area have told me they plan on using Skyline in the future. I will as well!

We recently ordered a few appetizers for a family member's memorial service. Skyline Catering did an awesome job with the order! I highly recommend the snack basket. It had quite a variety of snacks in it--little bags of chips, granola bars, cookies, Rice Krispie treats, bags of trail mixes, and even fresh fruit! We also got 2 cheese, sausage, grape, and cracker platters and a tray of cut-up veggies and dip. The display was beautifully arranged and packaged in wicker trays with cloth napkins and nice serving platters. They delivered right on time and set everything up for us. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Impressive, to say the least! Ernie, Robin and staff did a fantastic job. When I walked into South Shore Pavilion for our son’s wedding I was absolutely blown away. They had everything as I had envisioned but more importantly as the bride did. The staff was super friendly, on top of things always and very attentive to details. My husband and I received many, many compliments on the food. We had the Bourbon bacon chicken, pulled bbq pork and the macaroni and cheese were all sooo good! The salads and wedding cake were served to our guests, the only thing people had to get up for was the buffet that was well organized and everything was fresh and delicious!!! I would highly recommend Skyline Catering if you’re planning an event.

Skyline catered the Cudahy Bulldogs Football banquet yesterday and they did a fantastic job. The meal was a simple turkey, mashed potatoes, gravey, corn, and roll but it was delicious! I had a family of five and all absolutely loved the lunch, including my youngest who is an extremely picky eater. The staff kept up with the food presentation as the line of people moved through. Excellent job. I highly recommend Skyline for your catering needs.

Ernie and his incredible staff catered my daughters wedding at South Shore Terrace Pavilion on 11/3/18 and it was absolutely amazing!!! From the moment we walked in they were top notch... Robin had the venue set up and table decorations exactly, if not better than my daughter wanted. The food was beyond delicious and I received MANY compliments throughout the night about it. The staff was extremely professional and really did a great job!!! Thank you for an amazing experience Ernie and the rest of your staff.

If I could give Ernie, John, and the rest of the crew at Skyline more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. They catered my wife and I's wedding and we feel like they are part of our family at this point. The entire staff was extremely respectful towards us and our guests and cared for every little detail so we did not have to. We planned our wedding in about 3 months and Ernie took on the challenge as if they had over a year to work with. Both John and Ernie made sure we were enjoying ourselves and the food and even saved some food for me since I was not able to eat while at the reception. My family and I loved every minute of working with Skyline. We will definitely be going there for meals in the future and any catering need we may have. If any of you have any questions about the service Ernie and John provide, feel free to contact me as I can attest to how amazing, personable, and caring these two men and their staff are. The taste and pricing are obviously important to note. For the food alone, the price was excellent, but when you add all the factors mentioned above along with the taste, there is no better place to go to. Our menu included chicken cordon bleu, pork tenderloin, rice, cooked vegetables, fruit and veggie trays, and appetizers of bacon wrapped chestnuts and cheese and sausage skewers. I spoke with a number of our guests and all of them responded by noting it was the best wedding food they ever had and two people noted it may be the best food they have tasted in general! If this doesn't convince you, head into the store and try something out! Skyline is absolutely amazing!

I eat at Skyline regularly for lunch and their salads are always so satisfying. Love their sandwiches, too, oh, and the peanut butter cookies....and the chicken tortilla soup....anyway, you get the idea! Food is great - service is good, and I really appreciate that if you want something and don't see it, let them know, and they'll make it for you! Keep up the great work!

Our company has paid for catering each Wednesday in St Francis, WI. They tried a few other places but by popular demand they have continued to treat us with great food from Skyline Catering. Every lunch is fresh, varied and tasty! What a great catering company!

Our organization used Skyline to cater a football banquet. We had 3 banquets on the same day that were approximately 2 hours apart with 100 people at each seating. The food was amazing! I order from Skyline semi-frequently for team lunches. The food is ALWAYS fantastic with generous portions. The price is moderate. I usually order the buffets (Build your own) and they are always prompt to deliver and setup! You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding place for lunch around Milwaukee airport!!! There are plenty of options on Layton for fast food, but if you are looking for a great soup, salad, sandwich spot Skyline Catering is the place to go. They even have a rewards card for frequent visitors such as myself. I would highly recommend the Philly Cheese hot sandwich and the chicken tortilla soup. Not to forget they have "TACO Monday's" which is a great. Get on their email list so you can be updated everyday of what the specials are.

The veggie pizza and mushroom bisque soup is FANTASTIC! In the morning I pick up salads for lunch on my way to work and the staff is friendly and quick. The food is all around fantastic and the location is perfect to jump on freeway! I recommend Skyline to all my friends.

Ernie, Robin and the entire staff at Skyline did a fantastic job catering our wedding. Ernie made sure that we had everything we wanted including the specific salad dressing for my husband. He happily changed our menu for us numerous times when we were uncertain about things. Robin did an amazing job when it came to decorating for our wedding. She took the ideas I had and made them look 100 times better than what I imagined. The food was amazing and I haven’t stopped getting messages about how great it was. The staff was super friendly and polite and made sure we were happy with everything. I currently subscribe to Skyline Catering email so I know what is being served that day. The food is always fresh and fast and the Employees are very friendly and always eager to answer questions and make suggestions. I was able to sample their soup before purchase which was great!

I eat here just about everyday for lunch and they have the best customer service! Not only is the service great but the soups and sandwhiches beat anything in the area. They have great take home goods and even beer! This is Wisconsin after all and the selection of beer makes this a one stop shop. Great food and drink, whats not to love!

I've come here multiple times and it fails to disappoint. First sandwich I've had was their BLT and it was great. I've had their other sandwiches and soups and am still amazed at the quality. Great food, prices and the staff is amazing. Highly recommended for a good meal.

Everything is quality at a very fair price. They have daily meal specials, ala carte sandwiches, take and bake meals, frozen pizzas, and some awesome soup. Fresh veggies and fruit too! Great staff. Quality food. Not too expensive. Fast service considering everything is made to order, other than the take and bake meals... I recommend you try it out.
