We absolutely loved working with Chef Jacks for our wedding. We got married on 10/22/2022, and we started working with Chef Jacks in November 2021, post booking our venue. We did our tasting in November 2021, and was completely sold on working with Chef Jacks as our caterer. -- I can't say enough about how organized and amazing everything was. The service, food, linens, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend Chef Jacks for your next event! On the night of the wedding, plus after, so many of our guests shared compliments about how great the food/service was!

Chef Jack's catered our May 2021 wedding. We planned our Wisconsin wedding from Orlando, FL and ultimately ended up booking them before even doing a tasting (which made me nervous). However they absolutely blew us and our guests away!!! The tasting experience in itself was extravagant, and we received countless compliments at the wedding about the food and the professional service Chef Jacks provided. We chose plated meals with both filet AND chicken for every guest, and it was still more cost effective than the buffet options at the other competitors we were considering. All the entrees were provided to guests within ~15-20 min of sitting down, which allowed perfect time to finish the salads before the main dish. Everything was a perfect temperature, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

We hired Chef Jack's to cater our plated meal for our wedding of 140 guests and they did a phenomenal job! The wait staff was very professional and well dressed. The table settings were beautiful & high quality. When searching for a caterer, we found that Chef Jack's offered the best quality for the price. The food was delicious and the tasting experience at their Waukesha location was so fun!! Would highly recommend Chef Jack's!

Chef Jack’s catered our wedding reception, and we were very pleased with them throughout the process. They were organized at our meeting to iron out the details, and very accommodating to changes we requested as the wedding began to take shape in the final month or two of planning. The hors d'oeuvres were flashy and inspiring, and the buffet was delicious, but by far the complement we heard most from our guests came during the dancing: Chef Jack’s came through with their signature chocolate-cupped liquor shot, and every single guest was thrilled. We would highly recommend contracting with Chef Jack’s to cater future events.

Chef Jacks did an amazing job catering our summer 2022 wedding in Milwaukee! Starting with the complimentary tasting, the representative was very friendly, up front about everything, and not pushy at all. We were able to customize almost every aspect of the service from the drinks to linen colors to napkin folds. At the wedding, the food was fantastic and service was out of this world. The food/drink service was efficient/quick and the staff frequently checked in with us to make sure we were able to eat and drink throughout the night. The staff were extremely friendly, classy, and accommodating to the many different dietary needs of our wedding guests. We cannot recommend Chef Jack’s enough!!!!!

Chef Jack's did an absolutely amazing job catering our September 2022 wedding! The food was served hot, in generous portions, & tasted phenomenal! We even had multiple guests come up to us throughout the night to comment on just how tasty the food was! The entire staff was so kind and would continuously check in on the wedding party as well as our parents to see if anyone needed anything which was amazing. We would 110% recommend Chef Jack's to any couples looking for the most delicious wedding catering!

We used Chef Jack’s for both catering and bar services at our wedding this summer and I cannot begin to explain how amazing they were. Throughout the entire planning process they were very responsive, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible and worked with us to customize our bar to include special wines and liquors. On the day of the wedding, they executed perfectly. The food was amazing but it was the little details that stood out to us. The team set aside plates of all the appetizers from cocktail hour for my husband and I because they knew how busy with guests we would be. During dinner, we snuck away for sunset photos and, when we came back, the caterers offered us a second plate of food to make sure we had enough to eat. Every single caterer/bartender was enjoyable throughout the entire evening. We interviewed 10+ caterers for our wedding and we absolutely picked the best one. If you are debating booking with Chef Jack’s, I guarantee they are the best choice in all of Milwaukee. Can’t wait to work with them again!

Chef Jack's catered our wedding reception and did appetizers for cocktail hour on 9/3/2022 at The Farm at Dover. They offered us a tasting menu before we put down a deposit to make sure we liked it which was very helpful during the planning process. While we didn't get to try everything on the menu we found that everything tasted great and they gave us suggestions on other options to include for our menu. Their team was flexible when it came to changing out our final choices and numbers as long as we did it before the deadline outlined. The catering team was familiar with the venue and venue staff which made for a smooth day-of operation from our perspective. The passed appetizers were great. We went with a buffet style dinner, which worked out well in the venue for our guests. The food was great and the servers were pleasant and professional. The company had strict policies about the timing and length of service but we were able to work together with them and our planner to make sure everything went smoothly and as we had planned. We would recommend using Chef Jacks for your event.

Chef Jack's was amazing to work with the entire process. The whole team is prompt to respond to emails and good at reminders. The food we tasted was all delicious and was amazing day of our wedding. The passed appetizers were raved about, the semi sit down worked out very well for our guests, and friends are still asking about the cordials. The entire process was great. Only down fall was we didn't get to eat all of our appetizers as we kept getting caught in conversations, we didn't get a chocolate cordial, and our cake was cleared from our table before we got to enjoy it. luckily our bartenders has some for us. Still would do it all over again!

Chef Jacks was incredible. We received so many compliments on our food. The presentation and the taste of our food was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Chef Jacks went above and beyond anything I expected. They were still at the venue at the end of the night helping us pack away centerpieces and linens. Chef Jack's catered our wedding at the Waukesha Historic Courthouse 1893 on 07/30/22 and literally all of my guests commented on how delicious the catering was! When I could grab a few seconds to eat in between talking with everyone, I was blown away at their food selection and taste! Their chefs are very talented and prepare the best food for any occasion--especially for a wedding. Highly recommend and will plan to use them again for my future catering needs.

We just celebrated 25 Years with our beautiful publication...At The Lake Magazine, and decided to have a Celebration with our customers at the Riviera in Lake Geneva. We did our research, and chose Chef Jack's Catering out of Waukesha! They were the absolute best catering company that I have ever worked with! They offered the best food appetizers, and their waitstaff, bartenders were so friendly and professional! From the moment our guests arrived, they had a glass of champagne, and then appetizers were offered into the evening! They brought the wine/beer/soda, and bartenders, and made the evening so enjoyable! Their beautiful linens were just the perfect touch! If you are looking for a catering company....please go to Chef Jack's Catering! We even went to their location months ago, and they offered a "Tasting" event! That way we had chosen exactly the perfect appetizers!! The most professional catering company ever!!!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Jack's at our wedding. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 2020, but they were extremely understanding and willing to work with us to shift the date. It was worth the wait. The food was delicious, it came out hot and came out quickly. Leading up to the wedding they were extremely helpful and responsive, and there was never any question about whether they were going to deliver on their promises, which was nice peace of mind. The staff at the wedding was extremely professional, pleasant, and very helpful. Could not be happier that we chose them for our event.

Chef Jacks was simply amazing. Our wedding was on June 20. From the first moment we reached out with a general inquiry, their communication has been great and the entire team is very knowledgeable and friendly. We did our tasting with Tony months ago, and he did a great job fully explaining everything. The food options were all SO GOOD!!! We had trouble deciding which options to go with (we chose buffet) because they were all so tasty. I personally thought they offered a good amount of food for their buffet, too. We compared them against a few other caterers and Chef Jacks offered more and were affordable too. As we got closer to the big day, we worked more with Candy, and she was also there on the day of the wedding. Our guests RAVED about how good the food was. The staff all looked very professional in their uniforms, and made sure me and my husband were taken care of the entire night. Between their food, their service, and the communication, I would highly recommend using Chef Jacks!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chef Jack's for my wedding on 9/26/20. From our first meeting at the food tasting all the way until the end of the event, Chef Jacks team was AMAZING. Every staff member was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were so easy- going with last minute changes I had to make to our guest count just days prior to the wedding. Their service was fabulous and all of our guests agreed. No one waited in line at the bar and food came out hot and cooked to perfection. My husband and were so impressed with Chef Jack's! We really feel like we went with the best in the biz for catering! From our first meeting to the final wedding day everything went so smoothly. Our wedding was unfortunately impacted by the pandemic and it was nothing but a professional response to deal with that and move out our wedding date. Now onto the important stuff, the food was INCREDIBLE! We did passed appetizers and a buffet dinner. The appetizers were a hit! The shot glass of tomato soup with a mini grilled cheeses is a must have! The main meal was perfect and there was ample amounts of food for seconds! Everyone we worked with was a dream. Our first meeting with Tony went so smoothly, working with Candy to coordinate with our venue was a breeze and Lisa and Pam knocked it out of the park the day of the wedding! I can't forget to mention that the table set up looked fantastic and it really is a perk that they do all that work for you! 100% recommend Chef Jack's!

If I could give 10 stars I would - Chef Jack's is absolutely amazing. Everyone who attended our wedding could not and still cannot stop talking about how good the food is. From our first meeting/tasting with Tony to the very responsive team who quickly answered any emails/questions and guided me through the process, to the entire waitstaff at the event to the absolutely outstanding food…they all killed it! I have planned hundreds of events and worked with top of the line catering companies in New York and Chicago and I do not think I’ve ever had better food and more compliments on the food with any other caterer. We did the action stations - with an Asian station, mac and cheese station, meat carving station, "cold" station (cheeses, salad, dinner rolls, etc) plus passed appetizers during the cocktail hour. Every single thing tasted as good or better than it did at the tasting. Happy to answer any questions from anyone regarding Chef Jack's - but you cannot go wrong!

Our experience with Chef Jack’s was phenomenal for almost all of our wedding needs. The food was to die for, the price was reasonable, and their dietary friendly options were absolutely stellar. With our wedding being plated and having a large guest count, we worried about the food still being warm and fresh. They did not fail to impress us on this front! Tony was lovely from start to finish and the staff the day off was efficient and organized. Our one complaint would be that the company pushed back when we asked their staff to wear masks at our reception. As we were customer it was disheartening to know that they were so flexible on everything except our mask request. Knowing that masks have become a political issue in today’s social climate, it felt as if the vendor was trying to make a statement rather than accommodate their well paying and reasonable customer. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple or individual in need of catering, as all else was true perfection, but felt it important to share our experience.

Chef Jack’s catered our wedding in the Blue Ribbon Hall at the Best Place in September. They were incredible to work with! They were always so quick to respond to emails and answer all of our questions. The tasting is a beautiful experience, and there are so many different options. Candy was so helpful at our venue walk through, and all of the staff were wonderful! They were also very accommodating with some of the changes we had to make for covid. The food was delicious, and our guests loved it! The bacon wrapped pineapple and chicken en croute were big hits.

Choose Chef Jack's!! By far the best decision we made for our wedding on 10-06-18 was choosing The Rotunda and Chef Jack's. People are still raving about the food from that night! Everything tasted so amazing! I wish we could have Chef Jack's food everyday. The catering staff workers were so helpful and nice as well! I believe Carly was our floor manager that evening, and she just did a phenomenal job making sure things went smoothly. Chef Jack's catered our wedding this past September (09/24/20). Everything from the communication, food tastings, and service of the day of the wedding was awesome. Candy, specifically, was such a pleasure to work with. She was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of all along the way. Always made sure that we got to eat on our wedding day too! The food was also some of my favorite to be very honest too (lobster mac&cheese is a must) . We had the buffet stations, that alone was a hit with our guests. The stations had LED lighting, looked very professional, we got many compliments from guests about it. The chefs at each station were informative and very pleasant to have. I also would like to point out how they accommodated for our guest quantity with covid. I seen other catering vendors not accommodate with the situation, or even cancel. But Chef Jacks let us work lower than the their minimum due to covid restrictions without the extra charges. Which we appreciated SO SO MUCH. Every little question or request I had during the whole planning process was handled well and responded quickly. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to cater for any event.

Chef Jack's was amazing to work with from start to finish. They were so responsive and welcoming. We fell in love with the staff and the food at our initial tasting and knew we made the right choice when the pandemic hit. Like most 2020 brides, I was scrambling to contact our vendors on a regular basis from March through September. Chef Jack's was always sure to get back to me right away and ensure us things were going to work out. We only had to make minor changes and they handled everything seamlessly. They made sure our vision became a reality. We received countless compliments on how good the food was and how full everyone was. To top it all off the presentation was beautiful. My personal favorite part was Chef Jack's holding true to their promise that the bride and groom would receive the hors d'oeuvres. They made sure to serve my husband and I during our photo breaks. We would highly recommend Chef Jack's.

My fiancé and I found Chef Jack's as they were a preferred caterer at our reception venue. We were impressed initially with the offering, the pricing, and the responsiveness of their staff. The tasting we booked with Chef Jack's was phenomenal and won us over immediately. They allowed us to bring a few guests with us and hosted us for a full-fledged dining experience. They had a table set as if we were at a reception with several courses to sample. After this experience, we immediately knew we wanted to book Chef Jack's. We received so many compliments about how delicious the food was at our October 2020 wedding. The chicken en'croute is absolutely TO DIE FOR. The appetizers are phenomenal. The bar service and wait staff were so polite and accommodating. We booked Chef Jack's pre-COVID and are happy to say that their service and responsiveness continued throughout the pandemic. They flexed with us on everything given the extenuating circumstances of having an event in the midst of a pandemic. Above all, Tony was the most helpful and kind throughout the process. We really enjoyed working with Tony and the Chef Jack's team. I would undoubtedly use Chef Jack's again if I need an event catered and whole heartedly recommend them to everyone.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW AMAZING CHEF JACK'S WAS!! I worked directly with Candy and Tony at Chef Jack's and they were fantastic. They were fantastic with helping me setup table decorations. The staff they had the day of my wedding were amazing; they cleaned each decoration they set out, they thoroughly re-wiped down the silverware and checked their cleanliness, cleaned and packaged everything up nicely and were soooo friendly to us and our guest. If that wasn't enough, their food is to die for!! So many of my guests have commented on how delicious the food was and I myself was thrilled to get a good meal after a whole day of getting ready. I highly suggest the chicken en croute! Their appetizers were all so good it was hard to choose and I'm so glad we got the chocolate cordials. Chef Jack's is absolutely amazing. There's a reason a company is able to stay in business for 30+ years!!

They catered our wedding. The food was phenomenal!! Our salads came in martini glasses! Everything was good. They had a lot of options for appetizers and dinner. Something for everyone. The staff is great to work with as well, especially if there are food allergies. Highly recommend!! I'm honestly a little sad I don't have an event coming up where I can have their food.

Chef Jack and his wonderful crew catered our daughter's wedding on May 2nd, 2015. We are still receiving compliments on how outstanding the food and service was. Almost all of the comments mention how the food was HOT, DELICIOUS, PERFECTLY PRESENTED, and did not taste at all like the typical wedding food. We were thrilled, to say the least. My husband and I were able to relax and play host and hostess and never had to worry about any details during the entire evening. Everything was handled as planned. Our expectations were exceeded. Perhaps the best compliment came from good friends of ours who are "gourmet" diners. They wanted to know where Chef Jack's restaurant is located -- they wanted to make reservations as they had enjoyed the food served at the wedding that much. A HUGE compliment coming from them. If you are looking for a caterer and want your event to be seamless from start to finish -- Chef Jack's Catering is for you. The staff was professional and efficient and Tony, Candy and Pam were a joy to work with. Chef Jack's is amazing! Because of covid, we were unable to do the tasting in person back in March, but Eric arranged it so that we were able to take everything to go so we could still sample before deciding on a menu. They took extra safety precautions for the wedding itself and made us and our guests feel safe. The food was also absolutely delicious - both the appetizers and entrees. They even included chocolate covered strawberries to serve with our cake and bailey's in little chocolate cups. The guests LOVED it. We got so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend!!

Catering was one of the important things for our wedding, and after tasting and pricing we decided to go with Jack's Catering. Couldn't have made a better decision, I was a little worried with them as I felt some minor mis communication leading up to the wedding. But on the wedding day they were super organized, and EVERYONE loved the food. They did an incredible job, had lots of servers for our guests and the food kept on coming. They were worth every penny we spent, and had to write a review. If you want a well Catered event seriously consider Jack's I know we were very thankful we picked them.

Hands down, the BEST caterer there is out there! We just had our wedding last weekend and people could not stop talking about amazing the food was- and that's usually one of the things people don't really remember. Well, our food was absolutely delicious and extremely memorable! We had family style with passed appetizers and it was the best food we've ever tasted. From beginning to end, Chef Jack's did not disappoint. We met with Tony shortly after getting engaged in winter of 2014 and were so impressed with the layout of the tasting and how personable Tony was. CJ may be a little on the pricier side, but it is totally worth it-we did tastings with Zilli, Saz's and Brocach and none of them came close. We were so confident in our decision and couldn't wait for the rest of our guests to try the food CJ prepared at the wedding. We got married 5/23/2015 and people are constantly telling my husband and I that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We were shocked and impressed at how fast everyone got their food at the wedding. CJ knows what they are doing and can execute better than anyone else. I know the only complaint that my husband had was that his cake was cleared too soon and he wasnt able to enjoy it-but lucky for us, we have the cake topper ;)

Phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about the staff that worked the Kelly wedding at the Rotunda Room on 11.4.17 The staffing was excellently operated and everyone of them was outstanding. The passers for passed apps were really on top of it, covering the entire room and never congregating or dragging their feet. The food was well presented and was definitely filling. Which was great because the lovely two behind the bar all night kept the beer flowing! I give my highest of highest accolades to the staff working this wedding, I was truly blown away. Keep up the great work and kudos to whoever does FOH hiring!

Choosing the catering for a wedding can be a trying experience and ultimately, we’re happy we went with Chef Jack’s. Day-of, they did a phenomenal job. The staff was professional, attentive, and extremely pleasant. Not only did they make sure that my husband and I were fed when we arrived (very late) to our cocktail hour, but they made sure that we got some of our wedding cake, even though we were off taking pictures at the time it was being served. They were great to accommodate any and all dietary requests and restrictions we had and if anything went wrong day-of, we would have had absolutely no idea. They truly are a professional company. However, we did run into a couple of issues throughout the planning process that should serve as a warning for others. First, when we initially met with them, we were told that they could accommodate “most menu items” at our reception hall. Due to the unusual circumstances surrounding our location (no kitchen and it being a historic venue), we had heard this from other vendors since some items simply cannot be accommodated (which is understandable). While every other catering company we met with let us know the detailed things that could not be provided, Chef Jack’s did not. They simply told us time and again that they could do “most menu items”. Not until after we had sent in our non-refundable deposit and contract were we informed that one of our entrée choices could not be accommodated due to the restrictions imposed by our venue. Needless to say, it didn’t go over well. Ultimately, they were able to provide a single entrée for the bride, but the fact that they were not upfront with this information when they have been catering there for many years was problematic. Second, when we tried to schedule a secondary tasting with them about six months from the date of our wedding, they said we could not be accommodated in our timeframe as their schedule was already full. Unsatisfied after the news of our entrée issue, we wanted to make sure that we could schedule another tasting. Living out of town and trying to plan a wedding is stressful. Having to beg your catering vendor to schedule a secondary meeting in a limited timeframe after an entrée debacle is even more stressful. Ultimately, they were able to fit us in, but we were not allowed to try any additional food. However, we did get to meet Candy this time around and she was a bright spot for us. She was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. She understood the stress that goes into wedding planning (particularly out of town) and how difficult it can be to plan a day that you’re going to be happy with forever. She was happy to work through all of our information and give advice and suggestions on things we weren’t sure of at the time. In the months after, leading up to the wedding, she was the main point of contact and we enjoyed working with her. In the end, the real testament goes to Candy and the staff who worked so hard to make the day go off without any hiccups. They did a beautiful job and the staff members were so kind, professional, and polite. Just a warning to make sure you have every single piece of information you need (preferably in writing) before you book with Chef Jack’s.

These guys are The.Absolute.Best!! The day of, we were never worried about the food - they took care of everything. Not only was the food amazing (we had lots of guests comment how delicious it all was) but the service was wonderful. The workers addressed my husband and i by our first names and there was someone designated to take care of us. I wish I remembered her name, but one of the women pushed my chair in for me, got us champagne, and communicated with our venue when I asked to move tables. They are extremely professional and timely with their communication. Chef Jack's will go above and beyond to make your wedding day delicious and enjoyable!!
