We had a beautiful wedding at the beginning of June and I don’t regret for a SECOND choosing Vibrant Occasions! Frankly, I’d choose them for dinner tonight if we could!! We have received so many compliments on the food… we did passed appetizers during cocktail hour, a taco bar, and an ice cream bar. Everything was SUCH a hit!! The kids and adults both absolutely loved our ice cream bar. We had 3 types of tacos, chips/salsa/queso, street corn, and pinto beans. We are so grateful to the catering team and staff for their consideration, thoughtfulness, and hard work on our special day. We had food plates with water on our table ready for us, and they made sure we didn’t need anything else. We had a bag of leftovers to take with us that I enjoyed snacking on late that evening. One of my bridesmaids the following day said “Jennifer… I can’t stop thinking about those tacos.” If that doesn’t say it, I don’t know what does! Thank you thank you for everything and to anyone reading… don’t hesitate! Trust this team and you won’t regret it!!

Let me preface my long-overdue review with this...having a "destination" wedding is very difficult when you don't know the area, the vendors, etc. But Leah and Serge couldn't have made it any easier for us! Our daughter was married at Legacy Acres in February, and we hired Vibrant Occasions to be our caterer for the event. We flew in for a tasting after NUMEROUS phone conversations and emails. Leah opened their headquarters just for us on a Saturday (when you know they're already busy as heck with orders) and we tasted many different food options from apps to entrees to sides to desserts. All were incredibly good, with great detail, quality, and preparation. We went from originally wanting a sit-down 3-course meal to rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a late-night snack. Again, Leah worked with us and our many changes, without complaint and knocked it out of the park! That girl has the patience of a Saint!! We started with the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, which included Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Smokies, Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Mini New England Crab Cakes, and Cajun Shrimp Shooters. We moved into the "action" stations once the bride and groom arrived. This was fantastic as they set up stations on both sides of the venue to alleviate the ugly lines that we all hate so much at weddings! One side had Grilled Chicken Sliders, Ham & Cheese Sliders on Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, A Dinner Salad w/choice of dressings, House Made Potato Chips, then one of my favorites, the Macaroni & Cheese Bar with ALL the toppings you could wish for! The other side of the room had the taco action station where they served Korean BBQ tacos, Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos, a Vegetarian Taco, and of course a few sauces to accompany them. And the tacos were made to order!! Even had a Vegan option - the Stuffed Zucchini Boats! But my favorite part of the night was the last action station, which we opened at 9:30 pm... The late-night snack, which after dancing and drinking for hours was FANFREAKINGTASTIC!! Cheesesteak Sandwich baby! A Shaved Black Angus prime strip steak seared with fresh peppers and onions on a toasted hoagie roll topped with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce served with a side of Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. HELLO LOVER!! They even brought their mobile kitchen to Legacy to ensure the food was hot for our guests! As you can see from the pictures provided, the food was incredible! I cannot thank the team at Vibrant enough for all they did for our daughter's special day. From Leah/Serge to the servers, the cooks, the runners, etc. All were professional, prompt, polite, and extremely skilled in food service. We would hire them again in a second, but you should hire them NOW for your special occasion!

If you want to have the BEST meal of your life on the BEST day of your life (or any day lol), this is who you need to book! Serge, Mary, Leah, and the entire VO team are all very professional, easy to work with, and very kind! It's obvious that they truly care and have a passion for what they do... that goes a long way! Everything we chose was customizable, although our food was SO GOOD at the tasting that nothing had to be changed! We had SO MANY compliments on the food from our wedding. Even my Pastor preached about it from the pulpit the next day! lol P.S. I HIGHLY recommend the Banana Foster Action Station... it was a HUGE HIT with the guests!

This past week I attended a dinner Function catered by Vibrant Occasions. There were three "mini" entrées offered as a single entre. They were so delicious. There was a chicken Tikka Masala, some sort of beef roast with crushed pistachio and a roasted sandwich which was amazing not sure what it was. After the event was over my wife brought home a whole 9x13 pan of the Chicken Tikka and it made my month. I decided to share so I brought the pan to work for all the staff to enjoy it. This is the important part. One of my staff members is allergic to mushrooms so I reached out to vibrant occasions and was greeted by a voicemail. I left a message asking about the allergy and within 15 minutes I had a call back from a very sweet Mary who went over my allergy concerns and was just so pleasant. She didn't have to do that. I was not her client. But she was so gracious and kind. Thank you for catering the event and thank you for going above and beyond

Vibrant Occasions Catering did a superb job at my daughter's wedding this past Saturday evening. The food was absolutely delicious! If far exceeded our expectations! The workers were quick to work and very helpful with the food. I have had nothing but compliments from so many guests. I highly recommend them!

Chef Serge and Mary were one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Planning a wedding in Arkansas from Washington, DC, they really made it stress-free. Tastings were set up and the menu reviewed twice before arrival. Chef Serge was punctual (just like on wedding day) and we were able to have a dialogue about each dish on the cocktail menu (7 options) and the dinner menu. They even allowed us to have a dual meat option which really impressed our guests. Based on the size of our wedding, they brought the entire staff who was professional and stuck to the all black dress code we had in place. Mary went above and beyond by working with us as we were impacted by Covid close to wedding day. On wedding day, the food was even better than the tasting! I would give them 11/10 lol. Thanks for everything Mary and Chef Serge. It was perfect!

Jordan & I were married in June 2022. We can’t thank you guys enough for the wonderful experience during our wedding reception. Your team was so professional. You left the venue in pristine condition. We received so many compliments on brinner (breakfast for dinner). The quality and amount were complimented as well. Your team took great care of the two of us. We loved our intimate meal together before the reception and our to go meal the next day. Plus your sweet team took care of packing up the wedding cake and donating it. Truly THE BEST!

My daughter recently got married at the Grandeur House. We choose Vibrant Occassions to cater her wedding. My daughter and her fiance choose grilled chicken fettuccine alfredo and bacon wrapped pork loin. They were both wonderful, we received so many compliments from our guest. Mary and Serg were wonderful and kept within our budget. They were present at my daughters wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a friend who was vegan and Mary made sure he had a meal prepared for him as well. The serving staff was excellent and efficient and very professional. One of the best decisions we made for my daughters wedding.

Any questions we needed answered, Leah was promote to get back with us and make us feel at ease. We were able to make changes, adjust numbers as needed, and even with all the constantly changing COVID guidelines, Leah kept us informed with any and all changes. This team was not only amazing to work with, but the food... I can't explain how many guests came up and asked who prepared the amazing food! Vibrant Occasions did the catering for my daughter's wedding on 3/20/21. The meal was spectacular and was designed specifically for my daughter's wedding with the request for Southern Comfort food. The Mac and Cheese is not to be missed! Mary is incredibly efficient, organized and was extremely accommodating as the process move forward. They provided full service staff, as well as "real china" for the meal and served the dessert as well. I would recommend them without hesitation if you are contemplating a wedding in the future.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I may not have been able to breath in my dress but I could eat. They answered questions we didn’t even know we had. We probably got more complements on the food than my dress. They made everything super smooth and cleaned up our mess afterwords. If we could eat Serge’s food everyday we would. They went above and beyond all our expectations.

She was able to give me several suggestions, help me look at what I wanted, and talk about all the options that would work for us. The food options were amazing, and you could tell she was so proud of her workers, her establishment, and all of their hard work. She was so helpful, and so kind and I would recommend her 100%!

They communicated with my Mom who was helping from out of town and were very accommodating to ideas and changes we needed. Plus, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. We got so many compliments on the food! AMAZING!! Vibrant Occasions took on so much more than they even had to on my wedding day. Anything that came up that they could take care of they did. The team was incredible and so nice. If there was ever a single hang up I had NO idea. The food was INCREDIBLE. We utilized their bartenders and I can't say I ever saw a line waiting for drinks. Vibrant Occasions even cut my wedding cake. This place knows what they're doing and their team from top to bottom through my entire experience made this stressful time so much more enjoyable. Vibrant Occasions was the caterer of choice by the funeral home we used when my son passed. I had not heard of them previously. The food they provided was beautiful, beautifully served, delicious, and plentiful. They fulfilled our special requests, and their staff server was so accommodating, kind, and professional. No detail was left undone. The chicken sandwiches, deviled eggs and brownies were my favorites and everyone liked the 7 layer dip a lot. Fruit was obviously very fresh. Mary, with Vibrant Occasions, executed the catering for our wedding flawlessly. They were quick to be responsive, communicated clearly, and provided many options at a very reasonable price. We had a formal sit down dinner for our family including Filet and shrimp, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and salads. Every item was cooked and plated to perfection. The staff served the meal quickly and quietly and really allowed us to enjoy our time with our family. We then had three rounds of passed hors d’oeuvres throughout our reception. People are still taking about how delicious every item was and how perfectly timed the servers would show up with another item. We did a passed hors d’oeuvres miniature version of the chicken and waffles as a late night snack and everyone LOVED them. I highly recommend Vibrant Occasions as your caterer for any event. You will not be disappointed.

Leah and crew catered my daughter's wedding this past weekend. We got more compliments on the food quality and service! With Covid-19 restrictions in place, the Vibrant Occasions staffed handled everything so well! All the food was kept warm and our guests were fed delicious food! The owners were really easy to work with and made the long distance planning I went through a breeze. The food was good and I had a lot of compliments on it. While my menu was a simple one of pasta I know they can do more advanced things and will gladly work with you if you’re looking for something different. Just be aware that the more “creative” you get with the food the more expensive it will be.

Dinner's Ready Catering jumpstarted Civitan Services' Murder Mystery Dinner in 2014. This year we held our 2nd Annual Murder Mystery Dinner. We conducted an event survey where 86% were extremely pleased with the food after feeding 500 people in an hour at various live action food stations. We had 400 people at our first event; the event grew to 500 people this year. A big part of the increase is due to the unique food experience. Central Arkansas offers incredible caterers. However, I will ensure you that Dinner's Ready will make sure that the day of your event is stress-free. They are extremely passionate, hardworking and polite group of people. Not only does the food and food stations look beautiful, they TASTE INCREDIBLE. You will not be sorry you chose Dinner's Ready for your big event or wedding.
