Great experience from start to finish. Clean location, although hard to see from University Ave. Tucked into the middle of upscale living and shopping center. Kenneth was great in suggesting Drinks, Cookies, and a Side item. Greeted, and Thanked, I greatly appreciate being welcomed to spend hard earned money anywhere. Outside seating at 4 tables. A bit chilly, but worth people watching while having lunch. Great Job to all. Just completed Survey on Reciept, and earned a Great tasting Sugar Cookie..

I absolutely love the sandwiches here. They are served warm from a turnstile similar to what fast food pizzas are cooked in. My favorite selection is 'the wreck' with bacon on it. Though I have never experienced this before, on this visit when I ordered a Oreo cookie shake the young lady did not fill my cup with the ice cream mixture but there was a good 1/2 cup of shake left in the blender. I thought that she was going to get a spatula is get the rest out but she inverted the blender and rinsed it out before I could say something about the discrepancy. This will in no way stop me from going to potbelly (it one of my favorite sandwich shops), but that event will keep me from ordering there shakes in the future.

Not just sandwiches, even though their toasted bread and flat bread are incredible even on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich… They also have soup, macaroni and cheese, cookies, chips, multiple different custom made milkshakes. Great little restaurant with a very friendly staff.

The food was good but not spectacular. I had the brocolli cheddar soup and it was also good. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the dining area was clean and nice.

The food is always good. I like that the sandwiches are always made to order and can be customized to whatever you like. My favorite is the Italian. I have tried their other sandwiches and this one is the best. If you like soup with your sandwich, get the chicken pot pie soup while it's available. It's delicious! And don't leave without picking up a bag of their mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I get a bag every time I order. They're addictive. The service is excellent too. I placed a delivery order at work and the sandwich had the wrong toppings on it. I called them and they immediately delivered another sandwich. They apologized and assured me it wouldn't happen again. Great food and great service! You can't go wrong here! 😋😋😋😋❤❤❤❤

We had the pick two, mine was Broccoli Cheese Soup and a half Turkey Club with Avacado sandwich. The sandwich was excellent and the soup was good with a nice flavor, but in my opinion it was too thin. It needed more of the cheese consistency. Service was good, facility was very clean, staff was very helpful.

Food has always been pretty good. Service is usually good. Love the extra touch of putting the cute little cookies on the straw when making shakes. The coffee shake is way too delicious if you like that kind of thing!

Their small chocolate oatmeal cookies are really good. Sandwiches are good too, but I really come here for those cookies. They are perfectly soft and have just the right amount of sweetness to them. So glad we have it.

I got a turkey club sandwich and it was great the bread was thick to me I'm not a fan of bread but I wanted something different for lunch. I also got a chicken salad salad and haven't tried it yet because I left it at work in the fridge. I tried this place because my friends insisted that I try it. I'll be going back to try more food.

Came in for my first visit and was completely blown away. So friendly. Like soo friendly. Had a medium sized order which was delivered very quickly. Everything is beyond delicious. Subs soup shake and chili all fantastic. I will be back!

I really enjoyed Potbelly’s every time my husband and I went. We’ve dined and ordered to go + I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re into hot food, I’d suggest their hot peppers. Delicious! Enjoy!

Yes the food is good, pleasant atmosphere. However, for sanwhiches and drinks over $22.00. We based our decision to come here because of the ratings. They are just a little pricey for us.

The food wasn't bad, but not worth the price. I spent $30-40, and the only thing I can remember is the flavorful chips. Next time I will pick up a sandwich from Subway, and if I'm feeling frivolous, go back to this place for a bag of chips.

I forget to photograph my food. Okay, let me review. An app exists to place orders. I sometimes use it. It takes a little time once you are familiar with it. Commonly, I order a roast beef sandwich on white bread with hot peppers and a little mayo. I usually order a sugar cookie and Coke. The app has defaults in it. It selects multigrain unless changed. Others exist. When I ordered through the app 2 or 3 times, I encountered a problem. 2 times I ordered a bottled Coke. They had none. I got the less expensive fountain version there. Another time no cheese meant no cheese. Just be certain you get what you paid to get.

Just left there. Quick service but they gave me a sandwich sans the desired meat:. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich w bacon, but no chicken salad on the sandwich..Just the bacon and toppings. Only had 30 for lunch so can't go back. I'm less than thrilled about this. Friendly staff though

Get in my bellly.!.!. The food in this minimalistic sandwich shop is awesome, even when ordering a smaller sandwich I found myself full. Don’t forget to try their special pepper blend while you’re inside to get a mouth popping crispy juicy treat!

Always so good, fresh and the staff are friendly. The turkey on white is on point, though the multigrain is amazing as well. I could also eat a peanut butter and jelly on white any day. A plus is that they also carry Zapp’s chips in multiple flavors, can I get a hallelujah!
