Great customer service. I recommend calling your order in to eliminate waiting. The food is awesome and the portions are worth the money. Plenty to share. Nice and clean. Finally I recommend adding one of their flavored juices to go with your meal

Fish dinner was great Fried Green Tomatoes was awesome😉😉(BUT)My wife ordered the chicken breasts dinner..and her chicken was spoiled had a really bad smell....when she tryed calling them round 4:45 thru kept getting a busy tone!!!!!!i guess they take the phone off the hook!!!!!!!!!wife had a bad😒 experience...i had a good one can't win them all$$$$

I’ve been coming here almost every Sunday. This week I tried the Salmon. Amazing!!! I be enjoyed every single meal. You must try it for yourself.

I ordered the shrimp and grits, came with 2 sides. I ordered green beans and macaroni and cheese for the sides. Everything was so good! And you get a lot, I couldn’t even eat half of it right when I got it. Fast service and the people are nice too. Definitely will be ordering some more things on their menu.

First time I had it it was great . Second was terrible via DoorDash. After that it has been great. The only issue is that they never answer their phones . When you want to order on DoorDash it tells you they’ll be open the next day at 12:00 pm but then the next day comes, they’re not open. Their hours of operations may be hurting their business especially those who get off work at 5:00/30 … because they close at 6pm . Maybe try extending to 7PM. Tried calling 4x to see if they were open so I could have someone pick it up since I’ve been craving it … but no answer . So kinda upsetting especially because they’re pretty good but have to move onto other options moving forward since hours of operations are never accurate .

I'm sold at this point! The first time I had the meatloaf with mash potatoes Mac and cheese and greens/cabbage mix. Everything was good. The second time I went I had the half chicken and dressing special...FIRE! Great sized portions.

I bought two meals via DOOR DASH (YASSSS) to sample with the family and all I can say is wow. Fresh ingredients. Wonderful taste. Decent price point. The mac-n-cheese - off the chain. Salmon and fried chicken very tasty. Dressing was sweet but tasty when combined with salmon. Sweet potatoes are a piece of heaven. The only thing I would question are the drink sizes. The jug was a bit disappointing. But other than that, I will most definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants some great food. And will order again.

Service was fast the food was delicious. I was left wanting more meat! The dinner I ordered was a half order of fried catfish (1nice slice)with sweet potatoes 🍠 and macaroni &cheese. It also came with cornbread. They offer curbside so they brought it out to my car and there was a mint in the bag! Check this place out you won’t be disappointed. $$

Yesterday was not a good experience with my food I got fried chicken wings which were tough and hard to chew, mac and cheese which was pretty good, sweet potatoes were ok, but the greens and cabbage were horrible they was sour like vinegar I had to throw them away normally they are perfect I'm not sure what happened but it wasn't right. Last but not least I ask for hot water cornbread and they gave me a dinner roll. I normally go to this place 3x month but I'm not sure now.Hope they improve.

I went for lunch today and they has some issues with getting the people the right order. I ordered online and still waited an hour after I got there to pick up. Stuffing need an hour so I changed to potatoes. Food was okay. A little salty for me. Potato salad was potato a little hard and to.much mustard for me. Mac and cheese not creamy but good flavor yams were delicious!!!

absolutely delicious food and wonderful people behind the scenes! you really can taste the love and passion they put into their food! I saw a post about Muva’s on Facebook and knew we just had to try it. The chicken & waffles is delicious, the mac & cheese is creamy and loaded with cheese, the greens are salty, savory, smoky, and all around to die for. And the dressing? May just be the best I’ve had (sorry, mom ;) ) We ordered banana pudding for dessert and it was a great dessert to top off a great meal! 10/10

I want to support BB but it's sad when your hours are 12-6 and I come at 4:30 and it's closed. I placed an on line order the money was withdrawn from my account. I go to pick up my order the place was closed, doors locked lights off. I call the next day to speak with someone and I am told on line ordering does not work. Please do better. I do and will continue to support but changes need to be made.

Just moved to Indianapolis and it's my first time ordering this place... Ordered the meatloaf dinner double side of Mac and cheese kids chicken dinner side of Mac and cheese 2 cornbread and peach cobbler.... 🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵 let's just say IT'S NAP TIME 🥰🥰🥰😴😴😴 I would definitely recommend

Black dollar I spent my black dollar at Muva's Kitchen. I don't have any complaints. The food was good along with the service. I go the greens, fried corn and turkey chops. I got my monies worth, I will be going back again. Thank you Muva's Kitchen

Did an online order for 7 entrées. Received my order confirmation at 115pm. Got the second email to let us know what time to pick up the order, pick-up time is for 2:44pm. Arrived at the establishment at said time and my order wasn't available. Showed my email letting them know my order time only to be told they had to "find it". Then later was informed that I had to wait on my meatloaf entree. Needless to say I didn't leave with my order(s) until 3:40. I expect to wait on food but a hour for all of my food further lets me know that none of it was ready at the said time. I hope the time situation gets better with time or this business won't last long

Food is very good! I appreciate the professionalism and customer service. I've been to a couple of other soul food restaurants in the city and they treat you like they're doing you a favor for allowing you to pay for their food. Not Muva's, I will continue to support! Keep up the great work!

This place right here! When I tell you, you haven't had good soul food until you've had Muva's. My banana pudding didn't make it home, it was gone by the third stop light. Don't second guess it, let Muva's feed your soul.

The place was very efficient run very professionally crowded go early or order online as early as possible like when they open LOL because they run out of a lot of stuff that you had a taste bud for that you will not get if you wait too late by late I mean anything after 3:00the food was okay didn't care for the green beans and didn't care for the dressing because the cornbread was sweet and you could taste it in the dressing sweet dressing is not what I'm particularly looking for employees were very friendly and courteous and the upside to going late is they gave us free desserts and a lot more food than we probably wouldn't have gotten if we had a went early
