Popped in on a Wednesday night around 7:45 pm and business was slow. I was able to place my order with ease and the food came out shortly after. The Hook & Ladder sub was really tasty. I gave 3 stars because of the overall cleanliness of the store. As I said previously, it was a slow night and there were at least 4 people standing behind the counter. You would think this would more than enough staff needed to keep the dining and fountain drink area tidy. Other than that, everything was great !

BEST SERVICE PERIOD. I don't know if you've noticed, but food service has dropped in quality. The staff here are attentive, mature and put forth effort. I don't have time for hit-or-miss food. This location is my go to.

I like Firehouse Subs. They all have good products. This is a very small location. We had no problem getting in to order and have a seat. The people working were very friendly and fast with service from start to finish. The food was served quickly, correctly, and as ordered. They were entertaining and we had a good conversation. These people work hard and have excellent CSR skills. I highly recommend this location. If you go tell them I said high.

Good food, better people. I've never been disappointed at a Firehouse but after dealing with food poisoning and not eating for 5 days this was EXACTLY what I needed. Not to mention that EVERY employee there made for a hell of a nice experience. They have a good sense of humor and flat out just fantastic attitudes. I will be coming back to this location frequently and hopefully I'll be able to give them the tips that good people like them deserve.

The staff and owner or very friendly amd helpful. The Italian sub was surprisingly very good . The prime rib sub was surprisingly not my favorite. Although the bread was very toasty on both. Thank you all for a joyful experience.

Wow what a good sandwich. I had the bacon Turkey bravo and a side salad. The sandwich was scrumptious with succulent meat. And the salad was extremely fresh and crisp. We’ll done, Firehouse! I will be seeking out a Firehouse Sub in my home town.

Had a great lunch experience here on Sun 4.03 Ordering was simple and quick, this store was busy with people dining and lots of takeout, and food still got made quickly (and tasted pretty good, unlike other FS locations). The location is fairly large and comfortable, and is kept pretty clean by the staff. Worth taking the time to stop in at this location if you're a fan of Firehouse Subs.

I don't get to go here often because there isn't one near me and too far away to make a special trip. The sandwhiches I have had are really good. In my opinion the bread to meat ratio isn't that great. The bread is good but I would prefer a thinner bun since there just isn't much meat on the sandwhich. I guess that is why I don't ever think about driving out of my way to get one. If I am hungry and one is right in front of me, I know that it is an ok place to eat, but If I can wait, I might go somewhere that really offers a lot of meat. Again, they have good and tasty sandwhiches but just not awesome.

They have awesome sandwiches and a very friendly staff. I come often and not once have had any issues. My favorite sandwich is the Hero. It's awesome that they support the local fire dept also. However, I wish they were a little more transparent as to how the donations go to the fire dept.

You gotta love fire house subs! The sandwiches are made to order and over sized! Sometimes sandwiches are filling but I normally take half the sandwich for dinner and eat the other half for lunch; Plenty of food to fill you up. Plenty of parking and the staff is always friendly!

I go here every week for lunch during work, and now the employees recognize me. The food is really good. I stopped going to subway for a while after I first tried firehouse subs and discovered there were sandwiches so tasty. They have a freestyle machine so that’s really cool. And they usually have my favorite chips and only once didn’t. This place is a favorite.

Not a Subway! This is so much better than subway. It doesn't feel like fast food. I hardly get take out from here because I like the history of the restaurant. I love the pickles they have here. The sandwiches are signatures or custom. It's fun trying the featured ones.

This was my first time at this location and I was very pleased. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and said they’d be right with me once they finished with the other customer. The food tasted great and prepared perfectly. It’s in a perfect location and has plenty of seats on the inside. This is a good place to go if your in the mood for a good sandwich.

I usually go here once a week because the staff is so friendly and efficient. Most of them even know my name. The sandwiches are very good. I usually go there for the delicious sandwiches. Alma is my favorite server because she is so shy and beautiful.

This location is the closest one to me, but it isn't the best. The sandwiches get soggy from the watery lettuce and globs of mayo. The employees are friendly, but for whatever reason they don't put online orders or delivery orders out on the online order shelf like other locations do, so the line gets clogged up and online orders get cold because they sit around behind the counter while the line moves. I was there today and I saw several orders sitting in a little pile, and at least three of the people in line were picking up an online order. It's been like this since before covid.

Always fast and courteous service and the subs are delicious. They have a large menu, or you can customize to fit your taste. You can also order ahead online and pick it up, which is convenient for me when I'm on my way to work after class. I love this place.

Get the Hook n Ladder and call it a day! The absolute BEST bread out of all the Po Boy joints. Love the Kosher pickle wedge they give you - although on my last visit they forgot to include it? Actually, for the first time, they really screwed up my order. Smh. But I LOVE their subs!

I live in the galleria area and thought Firehouse subs was still in their location on the second level of the shopping center off Richmond and Weslayan across from Buffalo Wild Wings. I was a little bummed I got there and it was no longer there. I drive a bit further into Bellaire to visit this location because I wanted to introduce my partner to your food! I genuinely love the food , the message and the loyalty to assist fire fighters in the community and beyond. It’s hard to find a lot of places to eat and shop that truly have a cause they support that matters. I happily spend my money with Firehouse Subs and the great cause you stand for.

The sandwiches are the same at any firehouse you go to basically, so let’s talk location. There aren’t many of these in Houston, but this one seems to be unique; this is the only firehouse I’ve seen that doesn’t have a mural and high ceilings. This really feels more like an oldschool sandwich shop, and I really like that. Other locations can feel a little sterile and cold, but this one has some character! I love the chips and all the food there. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

My wife and I will jump in for a friendly quick bite... The staff is very laid back and after several visits will call you by name... my favorite is the Engineer with jalapeno sliced on the side... everything is fresh and you call What you want on your sub, it's prepared in minutes and they deliver tho your table... it just does not get any better... Great subs in a cool themed shop. Great place if you're interested in seeing lots of fire, police and EMS patches from all over. Edit: they've recently taken down allot of the patches for some reason. Kinda bummed because I gave them some of them.
