The service was pretty bad, I ordered for myself and the family. And my husband didn't get what he requested because they were out. I ordered large drinks and they were out also so we had no choice but to get small drinks. And I ordered sugar cookies and they only had chocolate chip. The place was clean but under staffed. Even though I put in my order online it had 7 people waiting in line. I felt that the service was decent, the lady communicated well but because of how much was out and how behind they were wasn't her fault. The company should have more workers and the workers their should be able to show online what products were out. I've been here before and didn't have these problems. Hopefully if I go back it will be taken care of. I would still recommend this place for lunch but to dine in and not order online just so that you can know what your getting because I didn't receive money back, I just could get other options only. It's a cool place to take the kids because of the firehouse decor and dinner appeal.

Better than other chain subs in my opinion. Service could be a little faster but the sandwiches are good. I do always get the meatball and pepperoni so I cannot speak for any others. It is my go to as far as all the take-out chain sub places.

The bread was fabulous, perfectly toasted and light. We got the Italian sub and the tuna, both tasted good for the price The pickle 🥒 was the star, make sure to get the pickle. We visited at 11am, there was a long line, three people behind the counter, one who knew what he was doing, he was working hard while trying to help the other two. They were out of several fillings, like tuna there was only enough for one small sandwich. We had to keep revising our order. Hopefully it's just a post COVID supply problems. I'd go back I might order a pickle sandwich

Very good sandwiches. Almost always perfect. This time my italian had almost no dressing, so it was a basic sandwich. It was still good. They are helpful and friendly at the store and usually busy.

Finally tried Firehouse since we had the T-mobile Tuesdays promotion & were very pleased. The Hook & Ladder was a great sub & we plan on returning. With that being said I did read MANY negative reviews in regards to horrible customer service. The young lady behind the counter this evening was very pleasant so I guess I will just keep in mind that the customer service varies from horrible to great depending on who is working 🤷

First time visiting. Parking was a little difficult. This is not fast food, but it was amazing! I got the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball and hubby got an Italian. Both well worth the wait!! Will def. be back.

We had the best experience last night (6/12/17 5:30ish pm). The cashier went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and that we enjoyed our meal here. The food was great and everything was correct. We didn't even have to ask for a fire hat for our son. The cashier gave him one even before we ordered. He even greeted our son. I love this Firehouse even more after last night.

We eat here all the time but it has recently gone downhill in their service. Sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to a staff member take orders when mine would have taken 30 seconds. That's not okay you can't just forget about your call-in customers they're paying customers too

Took advantage of t-mobile Tuesday. I had the Italian sub and it was very well prepared. Very clean establishment, friendly and efficient staff. I wasnt impressed with any of thr hot sides. May take the salad next time

I got a medium sandwich, and it was plenty enough food to satisfy my belly. The quality justifies the prices being slightly higher than Subway or Jimmy John's. I guess they have a rewards program, but they don't try to push you into participating. May be worth your while if you will be eating there a lot.

Was my first time ordering firehouse subs, I had a issue with one of my sandwiches and Sarah helped me with fixing it for a later date. I was welcomed as soon as I came in the door. I enjoyed an engineer fully involved. Delicious sandwich! They were a little slower than usual. Might have been training a new person. The covid precautions really cut into their useable spaces, but, that was really not their fault.

Great subs and friendly staff. It can be a little busy at times and isn't the cheapest meal either. They keep it pretty clean and they have one of the Freestyle Coke machines, but like i said it is a high volume place and some times the machine will be out of a flavoring. I recommend the smokehouse brisket sandwich.

23 minutes to make my sandwich, with only 2 others in front of me. One person largely just started off at the tv in the corner, i got the impression they were a trainee. It wasn't until after 4 or 5 more customers came in after me that others came up from the back in order to start working on actually making sandwhiches and filling orders.

Good subs very fresh. Had the jerk turkey sub combo delicious but was very sloppy put together they said oh sorry. The turkey was all over the basket and almost all in one half of the sub. Over all a good choice I would recommend that sub!

The food is delicious, don't get me wrong, but the restaurant wasn't even crowded and it took 20 minutes for customers to get their food, and only 2 people were working at the time. I'm not saying this is a bad place, but the employees may want to speed it up a little.

I ordered on line to "skip the line" Not so much, stood under the rapid response sign for 5 minutes and 3 employees, waiting on 3 customers walked past me for 5 minutes, not a word, finally a female asked why I was standing there, I said I had placed an order on line, she pointed to a bag on the counter, and said we just put the orders on the counter, well that may be but that was not my order on the counter. when I did get my order, I did not receive a pickle spear, as per the menu, did not rcv the cookie I ordered and paid for., and my "Hot sub" was luke warm at best. wont be going back. customer service is non existent.
