I love firehouse sub's and wish the one here in Victoria didnt close down! After exploring Katy, TX my bro and I came here and were greeted warmly by the staff. We ordered our food to go and devoured it once we got to our airbnb.

Always a good experience when I visit this location. The food is always prepared correctly and at the right temperature. I alternate between four different subs each time I visit. The Steak and Cheese is my favorite. 2nd favorite is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The Italian and Meatball are good subs. Good selection of chips.

This has to be the best Firehouse in the Houston area. I have visited many but my food is always the best at this one and the staff is so friendly! The inside is always clean although I normally order to go.

Wow! I ate there and it was great, service and food. The Staff was very professional and they kept it clean bathrooms too! Today I took my grandson after his ball game and staff did excellent job getting my order out to us. My grandson wants to eat again, he enjoyed his sandwich so much another sandwich he is nine years old, and a very picky eater! He wanted more! Again Thank you

Went here to satisfy a meatball sub craving because I saw a review saying they had the best fast food subs. The sandwich looked and tasted great. I noticed the sandwich actually looked it was prepared with care, like it was crafted and not just thrown together by some disinterested employee. Honestly want expecting that. Definitely recommend and will return for next craving!

Great associates, food and atmosphere! My darling and I eat here once a week since we moved to the area. I'm going through the menu but my favorite sandwich thus far is the meatball one. Second up the brisket. I recommend this location. Plenty of parking as well. Get the app and earn rewards.

Wasn't bad, but the sandwiches were fairly bland, especially for the prices. The small was like 4 inches with meat on maybe 2 inches. Second and probably last time to firehouse, will stick with our normal Jimmy John's.

Review on service- I am big on reading reviews before I try a place for the first time so after reading reviews I came in with expectations of friendly service and I was disappointed. We walked in only 1 other customer was sitting at the table and not one person behind the counter greeted us. I finally said hello to the 2 ladies behind the counter and told them this was our first time........ nothing...... Thankfully I read reviews on some of the favorites and suggestions so we decided what we wanted and ordered our food. Review on food- I ordered the hook and ladder and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! My husband got the firehouse steak and cheese and he loved it!!! I ordered the mac and cheese and it came to us not very warm and was very bland. Not a fan of the mac and cheese at all. Overall- We are not going to let the lack of Customer service prevent us from coming back because the sandwiches were so delicious but we may try a different location next time.

I love this place! The owner is great and is always there. The staff is friendly and go way over the normal fast food customer service. The food is always the best. If you sign up for their reward program you get free subs!!

I really like Firehouse Subs sandwiches. Firehouse Subs has a variety of sandwiches in different sizes, chips, and salads. There are also cookies and brownies. They have a large selection of hot sauces. There is a kid's menu, and kids can get fire hats. The franchise owner has been there each time I have been to eat. Friendly staff, casual place. Good for lunch. You can also call in orders or order online. I also like that Firehouse Subs is community oriented and supports first responders.

Food was good. Went through the drive thru. Order not completely correct. Ordered the steak sub but without any veggies. Veggies were put on the order. Two drinks ordered were diet cokes, but they were Dr. Peppers instead. My daughter is diabetic.

The place is a great place to eat they never get the order wrong and the food is good. You should check out the brisket cheddar sandwich. The staff is never too excited to be working there however they aren't rude so you are always treat you with respect.

Just ordered on the phone and 10 minutes later they didn't even start on my order. Also the place smells so weird. I can't even stay inside without plugging my nose. Food was good though. I would come again but that smell...

Can't review the food or service - showed up @ 21:30 (9:30 PM) Saturday & was met by locked doors - got a sign from one employee that they were closed, & another came to the door & said they closed @ 9. He seemed to be unaware when I informed him that the hours listed online stated they were open until 10:00 on Friday & Saturday.
