We hired Superb Sushi to provide 2 hours of live sushi and tempura stations for the happy hour and dinner at our sons wedding. (We gave them the count of 50 guests and we had 48 attend.) Their services were excellent and they provided plenty of options and never ran out of anything including tempura shrimp! We would highly recommend Kevin Higa and his company, Superb Sushi, for any event!

Sushi was so fresh and tasty! I ate the Poke/Tako combo and added Miso soup. I was so impressed by the quality of the food. So much food at a reasonable price. Would definitely return the next time I travel to Oahu!

We hired Superb Sushi for a live sushi bar for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we couldn't have been happier. The sushi chef arrived early at our house, set up his own table and equipment, and made hand rolls and nigiri to order for our guests at an incredibly fast pace. At the end of the dinner, he even created sushi rolls out of the extra fish we had ordered. The chef was incredibly respectful and professional, and the events manager Nancy was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

There is nothing quite like getting to a remote and natural wedding venue and being greeted by fresh sushi to start things off. Superb sushi absolutely wowed our guests with their fresh and tasty creations: in fact we were a little jealous that as bride and groom we didn't get a chance in our busy day to have more and more! Further, they handled everything at the site very well, from set up to service and then take down they were on top of it. Our guests were well pleased and Superb Sushi is exceptionally well priced for all that quality and service. Thank you!

If you watch the stream of lunch traffic of togo orders for office and construction workers that should clue you in as to how good this place is. Of course order ahead (I almost always get the Combo A, Cali roll, poke, miso soup, and don't forget the dipping "crack sauce"), and they do catering as well. Sushi Platters, rolls,etc.

Love this place! Food is really good quality. I can tell that they use higg quality rice and cook it just right. My favorite is firecracker sushi, futomaki oshinko and tako.

You need sushi? Call Kevin they do all kinds of events from 10 people to 1000 people live on site sushi and tempura stations and any other food you may want to add from prime rib to suckling pig no doubt the best party sushi in town.

We ordered inari sushi, inside out cali roll, tekamaki, and tamago maki. All was very delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a place to return to.
