We highly recommend Inspired Catering for all your family gatherings and celebrations. The entire experience was a breeze from beginning to end and we are grateful for their expertise. The menu was unique and delicious. The staff is both warm and efficient, making sure my family and my guests were well taken care of. I'm also pretty sure they left my kitchen cleaner than when they started! You can't go wrong with Lisa Cole and her capable team.

We recently hired Inspired Catering for a Donor Reception. Lisa Cole and her staff were top notch! The passed hors d'oeuvres were visually appealing and delicious - the entire menu selection was very creative and diverse. The crab cake sliders were a particular favorite. Wrapping up the event, the desserts were spectacular - perfect creme puffs, delicious truffles, and the most beautiful sweets crisps with raspberries, and other equally delicious selections. Our guests were very impressed with both the selection and presentation of all the food. And, of curse, we had bar service. Lisa was also able to provide a full bar with seasonal sangria in addition to wine, beer and cocktails. City Steam beer selection delighted our guests. Lisa was so easy to work with from the first contact and all communication was very clear and prompt. She even made the arrangements for our rental needs. The team at Northwest Catholic highly recommends working with Lisa for any event you are planning.

She welcomed our input and created a menu that was perfect for the event. The staff was very professional and focused on the needs of our guests. They packed up all the rental items for us and left the kitchen in spotless condition. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with Lisa and her team!

Lisa and her team at Inspired Catering were absolutely amazing. We hired Lisa to cater our New England picnic-themed rehearsal dinner. We wanted a family-style dinner with multiple shared dishes coming out at once (not traditional single plated meals) and she executed our vision flawlessly. She took the time to meet with us, listen to our ideas, and offer helpful suggestions. She had some ideas about decor and plating that we definitely wouldn't have thought of. She even used one of her contacts at a local rental company to secure us some hard-to-find items! We knew her food would be delicious (it was) but Lisa's ability to make sure that the entire event, from facility configuration, timing, service, and decor, was perfect that made our experience truly exceptional. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are looking for an experienced caterer serving delicious wholesome food who is a joy to work with and who won't let any important details go unnoticed, you won't be disappointed by Inspired Catering.

Lisa and her team recently catered a scholarship reception for Goodwin College. Working with her and her team is a great experience and we love the food! I have used Inspired Catering previously and Lisa is very flexible, whether the event is for 100 people or just 30. Her menu is set right, and she has great suggestions on the set-up and flow of the event. Lisa is sensitive to the fact that Goodwin College is a non-profit in her pricing and approach, however, the service does not waver. I have recommended Inspired Catering to others and will hire them again.

I have attended many Inspired Catering events and the food is always awesome. Lisa Cole always serves a wide range of food, so everybody can find something they will enjoy. In addition to the food being delicious, Lisa's food presentation is always unique providing an added artistic flavor. Lisa is very easy to work with and is flexible to your needs while her staff is also very professional. I would definitely recommend Inspired Catering for any type of event. I am not even engaged, but I know Lisa is catering my wedding! My favorite menu items are the shrimp diablo, vegetable dumplings, and beef tenderloin with red pepper butter.

I highly recommend Lisa and the Inspired Catering team. They have catered numerous parties for my family. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. In addition, the Inspired team is always willing to tailor the menu to each event. IMO, Inspired Catering is the best catering company in CT, hands down. P.S. - Make sure to try the dumplings!

I recently attended an event catered by Lisa Cole and Inspired Catering in Longmeadow, MA.I was completely blown away. Her recipes are uniquely creative and offer a variety that would satisfy even the pickiest of palettes. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to answer questions about the menu, food allergies, etc. To top it all off, her presentation was phenomenal. Every platter is meticulously arranged to the highest standard, offering an upscale catering experience to highlight any party. The skill with which the event is handled is evident of a truly professional caterer whom I would highly recommend to anyone.

Thanks to Lisa Cole, our recent beachfront wedding in Old Saybrook came off without a hitch. The bride and groom were in Chicago, I was in New Jersey, and we could not arrive at the venue until the actual rehearsal. In a less organized and experienced person’s hands, this could have gone so very wrong…. Instead, when I arrived, the tent looked perfect, the staff was running around tending to last minute details, and Lisa was a calmly organizing things. The next day was really lovely. And, since I knew Lisa had everything under control, I was totally able to enjoy being with family and friends. The food was a-mazing. The wait-staff were delightful, and seriously, everything went perfectly. Even the threat of a thunderstorm petered out and all our contingency planning was unneeded. Two of the guests at the wedding are planning big events in the next year, and they already asked me for Lisa’s contact info, so I guess that’s the best endorsement she could ask for….

I am writing on behalf of the Pond House Café in West Hartford. Lisa and her delightful team catered a recent summer staff outing for us. We wanted our hardworking staff to be on the receiving end of a party with great food and service, we were not disappointed. The staff loved the hand passed Hors' doeuvres and delicious buffet dinner. People are still talking about the pulled pork weeks later! The presentation was nicely done and the Inspired Catering staff were so pleasant to work with. There was an abundance of food which was a great plus for us! If you are looking for an elegant and tasty affair, Inspired Catering is a top choice! My fave is her chicken potstickers with guave glaze - ahhh--just delicious! She offers a wide selection of vegetarian, meat and seafood options. She does a beautiful job of blending flavors to create soul-satisfying bites.
