Had a small mix up with my catering order but the manager Amy went the extra mile to get my order fixed & extended her sincere apologies with some sweets for my family for the New Year holiday. Stopped in our gulfport firehouse subs shop on hwy. 49 , 1st time eating there , and the staff ( Hanna , Kody , and Abbie ) are very courteous and friendly and helpful on the variety of subs they have to offer , so after reviewing the menu and a few questions later I got the small meatball sub combo . Just the right size , very tasty , and a great value for the money . I will be back again .

I discovered this place when a coworker gave me a gift card for Christmas last year. Wished I knew about this place sooner! Love the spicy cajun chicken sandwich and the brownies! And the app allows customers to get rewards for eating there. I’m not into the catering platter, but I do build up points for the free large sandwich with any purchase. And you get a medium sub sandwich on your birthday with any purchase, I believe. They also round up to donate to the local firefighters! I’ll be continuing eating here for sure! Thank you to the workers for the awesome food!

Recommend the Firehouse Hero Sub Excellent sandwiches and excellent service! Have lived by the chain for 5 years and i have always been skeptical. I didn't know what i was missing. Firehouse does not let you down on the portion sizes of your meat or veggies!

I tried Firehouse Subs for the first time about a month ago and fell in love with them. I always went to the Firehouse on Pass Rd in Biloxi. Today I tried the one on hwy 49. If I had tried this one first I still would have liked the subs but I wouldn't have fallen in love with them. There is a difference in the stores. Pass Rd Firehouse Subs, in Biloxi, is so much better.

Outside of spotty drink machine performance this is an enjoyable dining experience. It has a well earned regular customer base and they are greeted with the utmost curtesy and respect. This store has gone from zero to hero. You want a decent sandwich at a reliable chain store that is above the ordinary? This is that store. 👆👆😍😍

This place is excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always good! Our family favorite is the Club "fully involved" combo, with chips and drink. All sandwiches come in S, M, L size with the choice of making it a combo meal. Make sure to add a bit of the house hot sauce to your sandwich, it's really got a great flavor.

My family and I have eaten here several times. Always clean, staff is very friendly. Tonight however is a different story. I ordered the pastrami to go, once I was home I noticed that I had a bread sandwich. Hardly any pastrami a bird could starve.

I didn't have any issues. I ordered a small tuna sandwich and a bowl of potato soup to go. The service was good food was excellent employees were friendly. Place was clean. My order was accurate and it didn't take too long to get it. I highly recommend it.

Great! So happy to have someplace like this. Sandwich was delicious. My only advice is if you are going to get one "to go" or "delivered" order it cold and heat it at home. When you wrap up a "hot sandwich" the bread will sometimes get soggy. It was still well worth the price!

Just be aware that Waiter orders are placed on a shelf similar to what holds the chips...far from the area where they prepare the food and anyone could easily tamper with your Waiter order. The freshly prepared food is great!. Im giving the store 3 stars because it needs to reconsider how it handles Waiter orders. Also if you are next in line and a Waiter order is placed, you have to wait until the Waiter order is entered into the register .

This is a brand new Firehouse location. It is clean, modern and we'll maintained. The employees greeted me upon my entry. My order was correct and the sub tasted exactly as expected. Needless to say, this location did not disappoint. It is located at a busy intersection, but it is relatively easy to get in and out of. The parking is adequate and the lot is well-lit. There are many shopping choices as well as many other restaurant choices in this area. It is located just north of I-10.

I ordered via mobile pick up. Two corned beef brisket subs and a brownie. I specifically wanted to order by mobile and then go inside for the time it said it would be ready because it was 99 degrees outside and I didn't want to take my 6 month baby and out of the AC of the car. I ended up having to anyway. And ended up sitting and waiting for the subs to be made for an extra 15mins. The subs tasted great as usual, and the person that made them was very friendly.

A great place to go when you're feeling generous, the Firehouse Subs foundation accepts donations for first responders, and other departments. They never put too much of one thing on their sandwiches and there is always a great balance of flavor in their food.

A sweet elderly lady came in, driving around lost, didn't know how to get home. The staff so sweet to her, gave her a cookie and coke and assured her help was on the way. They called the police to help her find her family. Wish I had their names, but all the staff so professional and kind and went out of their way to make her feel safe

Yum, Firehouse. I was a huge fan of Firehouse Subs in Biloxi and impatiently waited for Gulfport Firehouse Subs to open. The wait was worth it. 100% the same quality food as I enjoyed from the Biloxi store. I still go back once in a while to Biloxi, but these days, at least once every week, you will find me in the Gulfport Firehouse. Give a me Hook and Ladder, large, white, fully involved. BTW, Firehouse has a great rewards program for us active visitors. FREE SUBS after several visits.
