I’m so impressed with the service, I haven’t even tasted the sandwich yet. Friendly, genuine customer service here that practically doesn’t exist anymore. Both gentlemen I saw weren’t taking orders, they were creating an experience and going above and beyond. Almost answering your questions before you could think of them. I know…it’s just a sandwich-but that’s exactly what impresses me. And for the reviews that complain about timing-I got what you’d expect to make a custom ordered sandwich (3-4 min).

GREAT STAFF! My girlfriend and I came in, we’re from Atlanta and have been to Schlotzsky’s prior to today. I was very pleased to meet such a friendly staff. Northwestern people are already so friendly, but Zacc outdid everyone else we’ve encountered on this trip with his service, professionalism, patience, and consideration. We stayed after eating to talk to him about the area and he was such a pleasure to speak with. WE WILL RETURN EVERY time we come up through Fargo

Big sandwiches! Tasted pretty good, but the turkey meat didn't taste as fresh as I was expecting. Good service. We had a coupon for buy one get one free entree, but the code counted a $3 side salad as the "get one free" instead of the second sandwich, so beware of that.

I have never eaten here before today. I went to the drive thru. The guy working was so friendly and helpful. He suggested some of his favorites and was very informative. Also, the sandwich was excellent. I will be back;) great customer service and wonderful food.

High quality service with great food to back the positive energy the staff and architecture induces. Got the French dip based on a recommendation from cashier who enthusiastically suggested it (gave him a 5$ tip because he was genuinely happy lol, paid with gift cards which randomly came in mail; 11$ an item average for food, with adequate seating this place isn’t bad, better than most places for a quick bite)

Turkey bacon club was great. The chicken Greek salad for almost 10.00 dollars was missing the feta cheese and black olives. My girlfriend was not happy.

Amazing food! Zacc was extremely friendly which made it an all around perfect experience :) People in this town are super personable, but Zacc took it a step further and made me smile. WILL BE RETURNING!

If you're looking for some of the best sandwiches in town. This is the place for you. I always get their original sandwich. The meats are stacked high, the veggies are cool and crisp, and the bread is next level. It all adds up to one hell of a good sandwich. They have their own brand of chips, I recommend the "Cracked Pepper" chips. They're crunchy and pair excellently with any of the sammies. If some way you can't find a sandwich that satisfies you, they have some oddly good pizzas. A weird combination to me. But it works. The staff is awesome. Always super polite and professional. Definitely one of my favorite delicatessen type eateries around.

Well once more I go to a restaurant that is new to me and order something that's on their internet menu and they do not have it. So I ordered the original and it was very good but the service left a hole lot to be desired!!

I ordered the French dip calzone. It was huge!. I took half of it home. The bread was light and tasty. There was plenty of roast beef. A great deal. The staff was super friendly as well. Great experience and I can't wait to return.

I have not eaten at Schlotzky's for years, not sure why. This place was wow! good food. I first thought the price was a little high but after eating my food, I will gladly pay that price again. The manager was very nice. The cashier must have been new as he seemed a bit clueless but understandable if new at the job.

Love the warm sandwiches on sourdough. Turkey Bacon Club and Fiesta are my favs. Staff here are incredibly friendly and love what they do. Glad Schlotzkys opened in the FM area again - and so close to my office too - yum!

I used to go to the Schlotzsky’s down in Edina MN, but because of COVID it unfortunately got shut down. But after coming to this one in Fargo, it reminds me off all the great reasons why I would come to Schlotzsky’s. We were greeted by the manager when we walked in and he was such a nice warm guy. The food was also spectacular my sandwich came out hot and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend Schlotzsky’s to anyone who’s willing to have a great sandwich.

This schlotzskys is very slow to make your order. I have eaten at many schlotzskys in Texas and there is something different about the consistency of their product here compared to other locations. They are also lacking in the variety of beverages that other schlotzskys have(no ice tea)

Sometimes I can't stop thinking about putting the fiesta chicken sandwich in my mouth... Great product. Unique bread and high quality meats. The execution could use a little polish, but the location is fairly new so let's patronize this place and keep it staffed and open!

Could be a 4 or 5 star for how good the food is, but man is the wait mostly not worth it. Almost every visit I have been has been nearly 45 mins long and twice they have been out of a lot of product. While the staff are very nice they don't seem very urgent. Otherwise the food is great, just would love to able to make a stop on lunch without spending my entire break waiting.

Of course with restraunt being new here and always busy they make mistakes. OMG people they are human mistakes they take care of immediately when they find out. I love this place and mobile ordering so my food is ready when I arrive makes it even better since I do understand staff shortage and getting slammed is hard on any place

The staff are excellent and so friendly! My only disappointment is that the menu has drastically changed from the one from the former Schlotzsky, a few years ago. There are fewer choices of sandwiches and the bread isn't grilled. It's still good, but not great!

The pizza I had from them was good, but I'm only giving it 3 stars because the wait in the drive thru is far too long. I don't know if it's too laboring for a drive thru or what, but I probably won't go there again until they get some of these things straightened out.

The Original sandwich is as fantastic as ever. The location is still very new and very busy, so there was quite a wait. However, that was more than made up for by the free sandwich coupons I was presented. They have gluten free options now, so my wife was very happy.

THEY CLOSE AT 8. Great food but dont make the same mistake I did and go at 830 for a late supper. Don't know why the haven't changed it yet but the hours on Google are wrong.

WOW!!! I have been waiting to have my original turkey on jalapeño bread again for years now! I'm not even mad they put it on regular bread when I asked for jalapeño. That's how good it was!
