I have loved this place since they first opened. Kind of a replacement for Quiznos for me in the Fargo area. The subs are fantastic, service isn't always the best or the employee is working there. And how can you not like that they help local a national first responders.

Like the food, hate the service. I order from this place regularly, and the experience is always the same mixed bag. It doesn't matter if you place your order two hours in advance, you still have to wait in the lobby 10 minutes after the designated time for them to make it. Make sure you check your order before you leave because most of the time it's missing something. However, the food itself is pretty good. Solid food, terrible customer experience

they put cucumbers on my sub instead of pickles-which is an understandable mistake since they’re basically the same thing just with brine. lady was super nice on the phone even tho i was “that customer”, made me a new sandwich ASAP, and even gave me a coupon for next time. great food!!!!

First timer here...was pretty excited to try it out. Ordered 2 large subs through the app, picked them up, got back to our hotel and the order was not mine! Not even close! Tried calling and calling with no answer. So we went back out in the North Dakota cold and snow to get our order rectified. The young men there were nice about it and did make it right, but I sure wasn't thrilled about having to return to the store to get the correct food. Not hugely impressed with any of it, service, taste or quality.

Visited today, called in the order ahead of time and it was ready. Service was nice, they gave my son a firemans hat so he was thrilled. Food was made how we ordered it, and it was very good. Thanks Firehouse!

The food has always been really good every time I’ve eaten here. I order from Firehouse a few times a month. The last few times they seem to randomly be closing early. Tonight my husband went to order food and the open sign was off, the employee was mopping, and the store overall looked closed. This was at 7:50pm when google, the website, and the front door all state closing time is at 9. I’ve gone in around 8:15 in the past and was told all the equipment had been turned off for the night. I would have loved to give a 5 star review since the food is always so good, but the inconsistency in hours is what made me give 3 stars.

The subs are delicious! The ingredients are always fresh and high quality. They have so many options to customize your sandwich. They make them quickly and the subs are always fresh when you get them. Their app is actually easy to use and works well! Plus, you earn rewards, get a free birthday sub, and they occasionally have coupons.

Great subs! The online ordering only after a certain time is a pain and doesn't make any sense at all. We walked in. Hot told we had to order online. So went to our car.. ordered... and went back in to get the food. All while the staff waited for us to order, they could have had it made and had us on our way.

Stopped in for a quick bite. 4 people in our group. All ordered what we wanted and got what we ordered. Food was quick. Service was friendly. Subs were fresh and hot. The only slight "complaint" was the wheat bread was a tad bit dry. Other than that the toppings were good. Nice variety of chips and sides. We would eat here again!

Great sandwich shop! Prices are a little higher than typical sandwich places but the quality of product delivered is better. The service from the evening employees was great. Checked in on how the food was and collected trays when they walked by. Recommend to anyone looking for a higher quality sandwich.

Love the subs and soup there, friendly staff. But I'm writing because I misplaced my debit card there the other day and these folks were wonderful in immediately calling my bank via the # on the back of the card to report the lost card. I was able to recover my card today and several of the employees were kind and gracious and expressed concern and relief that everything turned out fine. Give them all a raise.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. No matter where I go when I eat at a Firehouse Subs I am greeted when I walk in the door and am treated very well. As a volunteer fire fighter I appreciate that Firehouse Subs donates money to local first responders. The subs are awesome and the price is very affordable. The also give a military and law enforcement discount which is always appreciated. If you haven't tried on yet, treat yourself to a great meal and very friendly service.

Subs are pretty darn good. Wish I could give a better review but the staff of lifeless teenagers who give off energy similar to the walking dead make it really hard to want to support your business. Upbeat, energetic staff who treat you like they appreciate your business goes a long way.

Best subs in Fargo that I've found so far. They also have amazing sweet tea. The tea is so good that I find I've been talking about sweet tea more than the subs. My only complaint is the lack of viable vegetarian/vegan options. A few more inclusive items would really go a long way.

We don't have Firehouse where we live, but LOVE it, so we get it when we get a chance. The crew at the Firehouse in Fargo were extremely accommodating. We walked in with only minutes to spare before closing time. The manager greeted us with a smile and told us to take our time. The service was great, the food was excellent! Thank you Firehouse for making us feel so welcome!

Tonight was my first time trying this place... It. Is. AMAZING. I was expecting it to be like every other plain Jane sandwich place (Subway, Jimmy John's, Erbs & Gerbs) but it wasn't. I had some brisket cheddar sandwich and it was super tasty. It is the same as other places; as in, you get chips and a pickle, but that didn't matter. SO GOOD!

We had a similar experience to The last 2 star review. The sub and sub makers (guys) were awesome! And then there's the grumpy middle aged lady. She was rude, non accommodating, short with answers, Rude to her co-workers and to take out customers. The 3 stars are for the amazing food and sub makers. If you are the owner, you should fire her and get your reputation back. From an HR Manager who would never tolerate this at my place of business.

Let me just say these subs, sandwiches, meat rolls lol whatever you want to call them - are one thing for certain - DEEEElicious! Oh, and tasty, yummy, satisfying and my go to sub place! I love it! The ingredients are well thought out for a great taste bud experience. I've only ordered delivery through a third-party so I don't get the usual military discounts/perks...but it's still worth it. Besides the purchase benefits our local emergency workers. You can't go wrong!

The subs are great but unfortunately it seems like they are understaffed much of the time and so it takes quite a while to get your sub. If they look at adding additional staff especially to the busy hours I would rate this a five-star!

Only thing that would improve upon the stop would be a changing table in the men's room. Awesome sub. It's probably a little pricey than other subs in town but the higher price tag is worth it. I am not fan of places where they want to round your purchase to nearest dollar amount and Firehouse will always ask to do that - hence a 4 star. Otherwise, top-notch sandwiches.
