Metro Cuisine provided catering for our firm's end-of-summer client reception at the North Bank Park Pavilion in Columbus. They did an excellent job! The set up, food and service were perfect. Andrea and the entire event team were hard-working and very friendly. The food was delicious and pricing was very reasonable. It was a pleasure working with all of you. Thank you for helping us create a great event!

Metro was able to cater a memorial service for our family on very short notice this month. Not only were they extremely helpful in planning the menu but the food was absolutely outstanding. We literally had not one complaint! The staff was professional, timely and courteous. I highly recommend them for your event and will definitely be using them again soon. We are so glad we went with Metro to cater our wedding! The food was delicious, everything about the linens and setup looked great, and the service staff was impeccable- we barely even noticed them all night, but they stayed on top of everything! From the initial tasting, to meetings to discuss set up and linen choices, to the day-of, everything was a breeze and we had no complaints. We will definitely use Metro again for our catering needs.

10.21.22 we got married at Franklin park conservatory in the palm house. They have a select group of caterers and we went with metro Cuisine (mainly for the price). We did a tasting and the food was actually pretty good. Then the day of our wedding we did a taco buffet with chicken and carnitas. it was an absolute hit. We had so many compliments on how good our food actually was and that people thought it was not only good for wedding food but good in general. DEFF RECOMMEND the QUESO it was VERY VERY GOOD. Cynthia worked with us for almost 2 years and we were able to curate the perfect night and dinner. Metro cuisine was easy to work with and always returned emails efficiently. I cannot imagine having anything else for our perfect wedding meal Thank you so much Hilary and Jared

I am so thankful we had Andrea and the Metro team on our side for our wedding day! Andrea was so helpful in guiding us through the wedding planning process and answering all of our questions quickly. They are more than catering! The food was delicious and there are so many options to create your menu. However, I was so impressed with the staff on our wedding day. They went above and beyond to create the most beautiful wedding reception. I had extra greenery from our flowers and they used it to decorate in ways I wouldn't have even thought to use it! The service was great and they just go with the flow of your wedding. Andrea was such a calming presence which is so necessary on your wedding day and leading up to it. Cannot thank Metro enough and would recommend them to anyone!

Working with Cynthia from Metro Cuisine was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We decided to have a simple courthouse ceremony and organize our reception separately at another time. Unfortunately, the reception had to be postponed twice, but Cynthia and her team were very accommodating. We had to make several adjustments due to Covid before finally deciding on passed appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet-style dinner including a couple of traditional Romanian dishes. The food itself was phenomenal; the guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything tasted, considering that wedding food can often be pretty bland and generic. The desserts were also perfection- we opted for a selection of cupcakes and bite sized desserts instead of cake for the guests. Last but not least, the staff were lovely to work with and were on their A-game the night of the reception. We would highly recommend Metro Cuisine for your next event!

We used Metro Cuisine for our wedding and everyone LOVED the food! People were complimenting the short rib all night! We worked with Emily and the experience was amazing, before the dinner we chose to have salad and rolls on the table so people could eat something while waiting to go through the buffet line and everything was hot and fresh! We also did mini cheeseburgers and veggie burgers later in the evening as a "late night bite". They also made sure to put a plate of the cocktail hour food at our table for my husband and I because we were taking photos during that time, we went with the big charcuterie meat and cheese style platter. We were a postponement wedding so there was a lot of communication due to rescheduling but Emily walked us through everything and was so reassuring the entire time! Also, there was a little bit left over and you get to take that home - let me tell you, you will not want to cook the week after your wedding and eating these leftovers was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Metro Cuisine is Vue's preferred caterer & I can totally see why. They are amazing! Andrea Kellett was my Metro coordinator and she went above and beyond! Her level of detail and organization helped reassure me that our wedding was going to go off without a hitch and it did! I couldn't thank her enough for all of her help. The wait staff & bartenders were INCREDIBLE! Seriously, myself, my parents, my husband & his parents were super impressed at how helpful, attentive and nice everyone was! They were very sweet & we even received many compliments from them on how beautiful we looked. They were quick to ask if we needed anything, making sure we were taken care of the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough! Outstanding team!

We had the most wonderful wedding and Metro did an OUTSTANDING job! The food was the highlight of the night and so many people commented on how delicious it was! Great company to work with! We used them for wedding rentals (chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc). We could not have asked for more professionalism and flexibility from a company. The order was extremely easy to place and change as needed. High quality items at very fair prices. I am very thankful to Metro Cuisine for being a main reason our wedding day was so smooth. At first, I wasn’t too sure about Metro Cuisine. My wife and I had booked our wedding with the Vue and the contractual obligation to have them cater the event did make me a little bit nervous. However, after we met Spencer, and after an epic taste testing, my reluctance was put to rest. The night of the reception went off without a single flaw. A huge thanks to Spencer who was always available, and had with him an uncanny ability to squash problems before they were able to become problems. The STAFF—was incredibly friendly and attentive, and their attention to detail was second to none. If anyone needed ANYTHING, they were there to handle it at a moment’s notice. This was especially appreciated when my wife thought she had missed out on the appetizers and found a sample plate sitting at her place at the table. Not only was the staff genuinely friendly from top to bottom, but they worked like a team of ninjas, unnoticed and out of sight, until the very second a clumsy guest dropped a fork, or an empty plate needed clearing. Some of the staff even helped me load some things into my vehicle after the reception when they were in no way obligated to do so. I’m not sure if they’re just good at hiring the right people or if it’s a result of team building/training, but in any case, it was pro status all the way. The FOOD--was terrific. I have a lot of picky eaters in my family, and I knew that if the food wasn’t up to par, I was going to hear about it. Not one person expressed the slightest hint of displeasure. Everything, from the appetizers (bacon/jelly shooters, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes) to the dinner were nothing short of excellent. We highly recommend the carrots & leaks and the mashed potatoes for sides. And while the Prime Rib was delicious and cooked to perfection, the Spicy Chicken with Mango glaze was a fan favorite that people are still talking about over six months later. And it’s not too spicy so don’t let the title scare you off. Okay. Now I’m getting hungry, so that’s it for me. A+++ all around for Metro Cuisine. Thanks again, Spencer.

Very happy with their service. Recently hired them on short notice for a party. They guy I talked to was very informative, gave me total cost upfront and was very transparent. Their pricing was reasonable. No hidden free. Their guys showed up at the right time to deliver the chairs and tables. After the event they came on time for pick up at a predetermined time. They were very punctual, professional throughout their service. I wasn't charged anything extra. I recommend them and would hire them again.

Honest Business! We had rented a warmer for our daughter's grad party and unfortunately were unable to pick it up due to her getting admitted to the hospital the same weekend :( Without having to ask, Metro refunded our money. Stop looking for a caterer! This is the one to go with! Our wedding was at Franklin Park Conservatory and we had a limited number of options but I’m so glad we got to work with Metro. Cynthia was absolutely perfect and between her and Franklin’s coordinator, I was so comfortable that everything would go smoothly - and it did! The food was great, people raved about the chicken and there was an impressive number of options. I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like - particularly the tables and the dinner/reception. After meeting with Cynthia, I was totally sure that my vision would be met. Working with metro was easy and fun and they played a huge part in making our wedding the best day ever! We are so grateful!
