What an amazing job DiBella's on Olentangy River Road, did for me today! They catered an event for over 60 people. Not only was the food delicious, it was on time, and Melanie Y. took the time to arrange it artfully and made sure it looked scrumptious to our guests! Was in the middle of a 12 hr shift and was in desperate need of a sufficient meal to power the rest of the way through. Ordered a large sub and was extremely surprised when a mammoth of a sandwich arrived for a relatively great price. It was so massive that I could have legitimately used this thing as a barbell for a workout. I cannot even imagine what double meat would have looked like. Great customization options as well. Thank you for my delicious food, dibella's.

Food was great. Pick up, not so much. I requested curbside and waited 20 minutes, finally gave up and went inside to pick up my order. Don't offer that option if you don't want to honor it. So, I tipped myself $3 for picking up my food.

I ate a delicious submarine sandwich earlier today [10-2-2022] at DiBella's Subs at 1539 Olentangy River Rd. [near the south end of the Lennox Town Center and just north of the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus]. I had had several reasons to be in that area earlier today: (1.) attending a nearby church service because a friend had been a guest preacher there this morning, (2.) needing to ask a question at the nearby AT&T store, and (3.) wanting to visit the Target at the Lennox Center; so I decided to eat at DiBella's Subs today for my first time in several years. My food order earlier today had been a 10-inch-long "Dagwood" sandwich: [turkey, ham, and corned beef; with lettuce, tomato, onion, spicy mustard, "DiBella's Famous Oil Dressing," and Swiss cheese; served on a freshly-baked "everything" roll]. I had arrived during a large "after-church" rush that had created a long line at the ordering counter for several minutes; the DiBella's Subs staff had been able to serve all of us -- very efficiently -- within a few minutes. There had been many choices in terms of ingredients on my sandwich; the staff behind the counter had been very attentive to my several requests in terms of what to include -- or to not include -- on my sandwich. If you are at the Lennox Town Center and you are looking for a delicious submarine sandwich [they come in three sizes and in many flavors], I strongly recommend DiBella's Subs.

Good commercial sandwiches. The bead is the best part. Cheese steaks should not have peppers on them.... They should have pastrami but don't. What they do have they do well but I would really like a half corned beef half pastrami with caramelized onions cherry peppers and deli mustard.

Yesterday was the first time I've been to DiBella's. I visited during a busy lunch hour and wasn't very sure of the steps in how to order. I spoke with the woman at the cashier station and she not only helped but went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. I then made my way down to the ordering area and took a number. When it was my turn, the woman at the ordering station showed so much compassion and kindness in helping me through the steps of ordering. Next, I decided to get a soda and side with my order. Holding the soda and side, I waited for my sub, the cashier once again was very caring, she offered me a bag and placed napkins, utensils, my bottle of soda and macaroni salad in it. My sub was up shortly and the women who took my order remembered which one was mine without asking my number. So many times folks make you feel welcomed at restaurants but these 2 individuals made me feel WANTED and VALUED. This really changed my day around and I'll definitely be back.

I am 7 months pregnant and I wanted a salad so bad. Caesar salad is what I got and it was the best salad I've ever had in my life! The chicken was perfectly sliced and the salad was fresh! It was amazing I didn't even know this place existed I seen it on door dash and gave it a try..I'm so glad I did because that salad was everything! Best subs in the downtown area. the everything bagel bread is amazing. The Dagwood is a favorite and the Veggie when I want to feel healthier. Get you sub grilled. SO GOOD. There are SO many toppings and dressings. You really cant go wrong. JJ's tastes like carboard compared to DiBella''s.

Let me say that I am a lover of a great..not good..great sub. Here on business and this was my first time trying this place. It was clean..staff was welcoming and service was fast.. And the sub..omg!! I got the large Dagwood..turkey..ham..corned beef.. On a sesame roll...it was huge..i know some places that charge double for this size..it was $11.99 amazing price.. Meats tastes great..veggies were fresh. Bottom line..if you ever come to Ohio this is a must have...thank you .I'll be back to get a sub for my flight home..

This place is absolutely amazing. I loved the staff and the food. It made my experience worth coming back. So a week later I came back hoping to have the same experience as before. My food was horrible and I was disappointed that the change in the meal was that drastic. If there is a older woman on the grill just pack up and go else where. She puts 0% love into the sub. If it's a young man order way because he put 100% into the subs and it doesnt go unnoticed. For this I sadly have to change my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. I felt the cowboy on this experience tasted like the rodeo cheese burger from Burger King.

I've had subs from east to west coasts and from Detroit to Florida. Baldino's Subs in Hinesville, GA has the best subs.....until today. This was by far the best sub I've had in decades and the staff was great too. I'd add a photo of my sub but I already ate it!!!!

I lived in the Rochester NY area for many years so I have been to probably every location there. My favorite is the Godfather, and I like it spicy with swiss and hot mustard. DiBella's bakes their own bread and uses the best ingredients. Alas, I live in St Louis where you have to go to The Hill to find anything close to the quality of a DiBella's sub. Please open a store in metro St Louis!

Great place I feel like I've reviewed DiBella's before but I'll do it again. I would rank it alongside capriottis in terms of quality. Hands down they have the best bread. Soft in the middle nice golden brown outside a little bit of chew. The filling they definitely don't skimp which is great you need a big sub otherwise it's not a good hoagie. I wish their hot peppers had a little more flavor to them and I wish their cheese steaks had a little more cheese but overall this place is excellent. Even my friend from Jersey feels they are a good representation of a classic hoagie, hot or cold.

The atmosphere is similar to your average sub bar. The food is definitely better though. The ingredients tasted better and fresher than something you'd get at Subway or Jimmy John's and they load up the subs more. The bread is also superb, much tastier than the mainstream options. Although the price is also more than both popular sub joints. Overall I will choose DiBella's if I want a really good sub that will fill me up, but if I want to save a few bucks, I'll probably stick with Jimmy John's or Sunway.

The good: The food was okay. I had the cowboy. The sub itself was mediocre. There was plenty of meat on the sandwich, and it was seasoned pretty well, however it was luke warm. Definitely could have been hotter. The bad: The employees were not very customer friendly. They were not rude, disrespectful, or anything negative. They just do not have very good communication, or people skills. They were out of A LOT of the menu options. So, you had to get a sandwich based on what they had. The pasta salad, well, lets say I didn't even eat the bite I took. It tasted like it was 3 days old and spoiled. Overall, not that impressed. Was nothing special.

One of the best subs I have had in Columbus in a long time. The bread is baked fresh and they have three or four options one of them being everything bread which I chose to get. They have hot and cold Subs potato salad macaroni salad and a couple other options for sides. I got a medium Sub and a side for under $10 great deal great food!

Solid sub. Every time. Can't speak to a lot of the menu, but the cheesesteak is top notch, and the Godfather hot Italian sub is too. I also feel the bread is a step above the competition, and the price is right. A Large size sub is an absolute Steal for the size, quality and price point.

I live way up North in Ohio. I was in Columbus and a friend got subs from this place. When I unwrapped my sandwich ( the Italian sub ) I was very impressed. The bread was beautiful and the whole sub was fill with so much good meat and toppings and a wonderful vinegarette type dressing on it. Just delicious! I plan on going here everytime I come to Columbus. Keep up the good work.

One of the best sandwich shops in the city. They have hot and cold subs, tons of choices to make your sub perfect for you. The staff is super helpful and the entire restaurant is clean, clean clean. I recommend the "buckeye" sub, but make sure you add pickle to the sandwich, makes it perfect.

I had DiBella's cater my wedding. They did an amazing job! Everything was perfect and delicious.I had them cater my wedding, they were so helpful and nice working with me when i was placing my order doing everything they could to help me in any way. They even went above and beyond opening early and delivering it to me on time as well. I loved doing business with them. I will always recommend going there or having them catering any event. Dibella's is a sub. A real sub. Bread freshly made with an excellent texture in addition to the superb taste. Hot or cold, there is not a sub shop on Earth that can beat their quality! Taste buds will be delightfully satisfied and then some, to the point where when you hear their name you may start to drool!! Beautiful, clean, cozy with a 50's style diner and a taste that no one can top.

Pretty good. I had a cheese steak on multigrain combo plus macaroni salad. Its a shame jalapenos were not available and wait time was a bit long. Great beverage selection, Vickie's chips, macaroni salad has a hint of mustard that I didnt like, multigrain bread hearty and satisfying.

Delicious subs. Most of the staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating as you choose your sub components. Prices are reasonable for the quantity of food. The place has been very clean during each visit. It can get quite crowded and noisy.

If you see a dibella's and are wanting a sub, stop go in, get it. Best is Godfather, Hot, Onions and Bell Peppers, Provolone Cheese and oil.

Really good food. That's about it. Slow service. Poorly managed establishment. The whole process of ordering food is a very....long and drawn out. There is a lack of consistency with operations. You order food at one end and then you have to tell the cashier at the other end, what you ordered (again).

Good bread, service ok but chicken philly chicken lacked flavor and veggies were flat. Couldn't locate the cheese in it. A philly should be grilled and everything (except bread) tasted steamed, soggy.

There are few other sub sandwich locations in Columbus where your money means something. Let me explain: no where in town is going to beat paying 8.50 for a 14 inch sub from Market District Upper Arlington. DiBella's is II on this list spending 6.99 on their medium Sub with the thickness of the bread the amount of meat that they put on the cheese and the toppings. All these things are good quality ingredients and the only thing that I would change about the construction of this sandwich would be the thickness of some of the deli meats. Certain Meats are not supposed to be sliced more than paper thin and this is a company decision obviously so mr. And mrs. Dibella need to realize that biting into a slice of corned beef or any other Deli meat which is appropriately fatty cannot be more than 3 millimeters thick. It just don't work that way, pisan. You should know that. The only reason why it's 4 out of 5 stars is because the deli meat is sliced too thick. I hope this gets back to the head of the company because this is a great product all around but the thickness of that meat....
