We couldn’t have been happier with Creative Cuisine as our wedding caterers for our December 2021 wedding! We worked with Jayne, and she was amazing from start to finish! Even when we were horribly late to our scheduled tasting, the team made everything work for us and were extremely forgiving and gracious. Jayne helped us through every step of planning along the way and was there on our wedding day to make sure everything went smoothly. Our food was all delicious and wonderful on the night of the wedding, and all of the staff were phenomenal. We absolutely would choose Creative Cuisine again!

Creative Cuisine catered our wedding in May 2022, and they did a fantastic job! Carol was wonderful to work with, and made sure all of the details were taken care of. And the food was absolutely amazing and totally worth the reasonable price. We had multiple wedding guests say it was by far the best wedding food they’ve ever had! All of the staff day-of was also super kind, and took the time to save us an appetizer plate among other things to ensure we as the couple were taken care of. Overall, would so recommend that you work with them for your next event!

Creative Cusine catered the food for our daughter's wedding and the food was exceptional - second to none!!! Space doesn't allow me to list all of the great food items we purchased but highlights include the Butternut Squash Ravioli, Italian Brushetta Chicken, and Teriyaki Sirloin. My friends and family are still raving about the food several days out. They also worked with us to assure gluten-free meats and non-meats could be offered. No regrets in using them for our wedding.

They provided the best experience for my wedding. The hors d'oeuvre were fantastic. The pork belly was an instant hit. They left a plate on the side after the ceremony for those that were going for pictures. Dinner was a hit. We did buffet style and you knownrhe food is a hit when people go back for seconds. The Lo mein and black berry jalapeño were a hit. They also provided tea for a brief tea ceremony, which made it another thing that we didn't have to worry about after photos. They also boxed up the leftovers compared to other caterers that I've seen that just take the food away. I highly recommend taking a look at them if you have special events and would use them again if I have any big events.

I had my wedding at Swan Lake yesterday and Creative Cuisine was catering our dinner. I just want to say it was a pleasure working with Rhonda. She never questioned me on my multiple emails in one day and helped us pick out the best food and details for the tables. The food was DELICIOUS and were good portion sizes. I also loved how their staff decorated the buffet table, which went really well with our theme. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area.

We booked Creative Cuisine to cater our Welcome Party for our wedding as well as the brunch following the wedding. They were fabulous! We worked directly with Jayne to pick our menus, she was very responsive and attentive. She was also very helpful! Her staff was friendly and worked very hard during our events. Not only was the staff great but the food tasted amazing! We received lots of compliments from our guests. If you’re looking for a company to cater your events, I highly recommend booking with Creative Cuisine! :)

For our wedding at the Franklin Park Conservatory we had Creative Cuisine cater our cocktail and buffet reception. Creative Cuisine's menu and variety of appetizers, sides, and entrees were amazing!! We got so many compliments about how great the food was throughout the night...and after a few tastings we finalized on the perfect most delicious menu!!! We worked with an amazing consultant by the name of Kristen Kerr! She was so great and helped us stay on task and provided us with advice throughout our wedding process. Another great thing about Creative Cuisine is not just the food, but the service they provided. We got more than just catering, we got the whole package. Thank you Creative Cuisine and Kristen for a wonderful wedding.

We worked with Rhonda at Creative Cuisine and overall had a positive experience with the company. They allowed us a weekend tasting because we were planning our wedding from out of town. Rhonda coordinated a complicated event at a venue that was pretty difficult to work with. I was told by wedding guests that our food was great and that the staff serving it was awesome. One important note on COVID: Rhonda was aware that COVID was a concern for us, we asked all guests to be vaccinated to attend. Rhonda told us her staff would be masked, but she herself took her mask off throughout the whole event. During our photos she told us she would email us a copy of her vaccine card (which she did the next day). I really wished that part of the evening was different because it made some of my guests uncomfortable and I absolutely did not want to be having the conversation with her about it during my wedding- nor did I feel like she gave me a choice. Even with all of that said, I would still book this company again, but I would have been more aggressive on my expectations for masking staff.

We used Creative Cuisine for our caterer at Franklin Park Conservatory. Kimberly Frank was our contact person there are so many good things I could say about her. We were on a tight budget and Kimberly worked so hard to keep us in a comfortable spot. She worked with us day and night (literally) to get the menu right and get us exactly what we wanted. She played so many roles that we did not expect, caterer, planner, mediator between me and my mom, budgeter, florist, decorator, and more!! The day of the wedding she was in contact with everyone, kept everyone in the loop, and coordinated between all vendors. I literally never saw her stop running the entire night! She went above an beyond what we asked for and we cannot thank her and creative enough for that. The food- the food was absolutely amazing!! I usually have something bad to say about wedding food, but WOW. We received so so many compliments on the food. It was hot, seasoned just right, and everyone loved it. The service was impeccable! We had last minute change of plans due to rain, and the catering staff had to flip the entire room in a short amount of time. They did it without a hitch. I was absolutely amazed at the work they did to go from a ceremony set up to the intimate dinner setting we had imagined. I could go on and on about Kimberly and Creative Cuisine and how great they are. They truly made our day special and we cannot thank them enough!!

We LOVE Creative Cuisine. Like so much that we got married two days ago and are already writing a review for them because we want everyone to know how great they are. First off, the food was incredible. I changed the vegetarian dish from what I decided after the tasting and hadn’t actually tasted it before the wedding. I was nervous about the change, but it was still incredibly delicious—and not a small portion like vegetarian dishes always seem to come in. My husband absolutely loved the chicken and steak entrees. Neither were dry nor undercooked. He said it was even good the next day. They have an excellent variety of food, which made it easy to meet different dietary restrictions. Our main contact, Rhonda, was so amazing. We went to our tasting in July 2018 and then in June 2019 she clearly remembered very small details that they weren’t really responsible for knowing. She made us feel very reassured every time we spoke with her. I didn’t ask for a ton of changes from our first proposal to our final details, but every time I asked for something she made updates in a very timely manner and knew exactly what I needed. I could tell that if I had asked for a ton of changes, she would have been just as patient and prompt as she was with the handful I made. There were a few times in the last few weeks running up to the wedding—when I had more stress than I knew what to do with and missed some details— when she very politely and with so much understanding pointed out discrepancies and asked for clarification without making me feel like I was putting her out or being dumb. We had a few very small but very last minute changes to guest counts and she was so flexible even though our final count had already been sent in (I’m sure this is also due in part because they were very small changes). We made a couple changes to the schedule during the wedding (moved the cake up about 30 minutes to keep things going a little better) and they were incredibly flexible and understanding and got the cake cut quickly. We had amazing vendors altogether, but these guys were by far our favorite.

Yesterday Creative Cuisine made my daughter's wedding at The Park of Roses perfect. Rhonda our event manager didn't miss a thing down to decorating the buffet tables and managing to get 80 chairs where no one else ever could. Every guest told me how great the food was and I continue to get texts today raving about it. I actually had several say they want their child's wedding to be just like it. They went above and beyond. I can not say enough for this company. They pay attention to the smallest details. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

After having experienced their expertise at several weddings, we used Creative Cuisine for our company holiday party. Terri Engle was our contact, and she worked with me to customize a menu that fit our budget. Everyone raved about the food. We've had this event at several area restaurants over the years (at more than double the cost) but this was, by far, the best quality meal we've ever had. We recommend Creative Cuisine to all our clients who are looking for great food, at a great price, with awesome customer service.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff (and food!) are at Creative Cuisine. They provided more than just delicious food; they went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of the wedding was perfect. Jean is a pleasure to work with and has a wealth of knowledge, ideas, and experience; I don't think we could have pulled the wedding off without her! The venue we chose was a bit rustic and DIY, so Jean took it upon herself to measure the dimensions of the building, draw up her own seating schematics, and plan out the flow of the entire evening (which included flipping rooms). Everything was seamless, the layout was perfect, and the set-up (tables, linens, dinnerware, glasses, etc.) was gorgeous. The serving staff was highly professional and courteous, and no one was ever without food! Speaking of food; Delicious. That's all there is to say! Jean really made a point of ensuring that the menu fit us and our venue, and now a month later we still have friends and family telling us how unique and delicious the appetizers, entrees, and sides were! If you want a caterer that not only offers amazing food, but amazing ideas and support as well, you really should look into Creative Cuisine (and ask for Jean!).

It's been almost 2 months since our May 2015 wedding. I finally found the time to write this review. My experience with Creative Cuisine started has a rocky start and that my wedding almost fall apart. We decided to go with Creative Cuisine because we wanted something different. At first we were happy that with our Wedding Coordinator/director assigned to us. However, there weren't much planning involved, 5 months before my wedding My wedding director/coordinator went on vacation. 4 months before my wedding was contacted by a different person from Creative Cuisine asking for 50% of the payment without knowing anymore details or meetings. Then I found out my wedding director/coordinator had quit, and setting a meeting the new wedding coordinator was very difficult, with all the rescheduling and shuffling. But going through the hardship, all the difficulty and the time crunch, I realized how wonderful and awesome my new coordinator/wedding director was. Her name is Kimberly Frank. She went through the original contract, figured out the issues, she found out that the scallop during our original tasting was "appetizer" size and went out of her way to get it fixed. She help us kept a time line of when to get things done. She did more than just her job, she was our friend. We know that we our wedding wouldn't gone as smooth as it did if it wasn't for her. I did not give this a 5 stars, because my husband believe that scallop screw up was not our fault, And he believe that the difference of the cost should have been covered by Creative Cuisine. I gave this a 4 stars because Kimberly saved my wedding. She made it happened. I would recommend Creative Cuisine, beside the rocky start. The food was delicious, the staff on my wedding day was wonderful. And Kimberly really pulled everything together.

My husband and I were married June of 2018 with a Tolkien inspired wedding. We wanted guests to feel like they were attending a party in the Shire with Irish inspired foods. One of my favorite Columbus restaurants is Fado Irish Pub. We gave Creative Cuisine a list of our favorite dishes on Fado's menu and they put their own spin on all of them! They were all amazing and fit our vision perfectly. We still have guests from the wedding telling us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! Thank you for being an amazing part of our day!

I have used Creative Cuisine for bi-weekly events at our facility for the past several months. I have always found their food to be tasty and well proportioned. The Event Representative has worked with me to stay within our budget. I recently used them for a high profile reception within our facility. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality of the food. The buffet line looked beautiful, and our server was very courteous.

I owe some of my favorite parts and memories of my wedding day to Creative Cuisine - its staff, food, decor, and energy! In the initial chaos of starting to search for a catering company, I submitted an online estimate request to Creative Cuisine. I was promptly called by a friendly staff member who asked me a few questions about my vision for the wedding and its theme. She then quickly put together an amazing proposal tailored to our theme and price range and emailed it along within a day! Throughout the planning process my questions – no matter how specific or naïve – were treated with utmost kindness and promptness. In full disclosure I did have serious frustrations with Kimberly Frank as an event consultant – it was extremely difficult to fit in a word into the conversation, but more importantly she did not return emails or calls (it took over a month to get a requested document from her). However, I talked to the company’s management and I was immediately transferred to Jean Ransom who came to represent every other experience I had with the company: friendly, kind, professional, and beyond knowledgeable. Jean was completely accessible, which was especially comforting to me when the weather turned nasty the day before my outdoors reception! But the rain plan flowed wonderfully and without a worry. Creative Cuisine brought in bits of décor for the buffet tables to match my colors and the staff catered in a hundred detailed ways. The food was scrumptious and I’m enjoying reheating leftovers still! A thousand thanks to such a dedicated, deserving company and to Jean in particular.

Wow! Everything was spectacular. The team arrived early to set up (which was done simply and with aplomb), assemble & arrange the food, and set up the bar. They team worked seamlessly together under Christina's leadership. They moved amongst our guests professionally, even worked diligently to completely clean a guest's unfortunate red wine spill. Our guests raved about the food, especially the mini-crabcakes and candied bacon. The team cleaned up everything before they left, quietly leaving the leftovers covered and in our refrigerator. My only regret is that I didn't acknowledge the servers more during the party. They did their job so well, I didn't have to think about what they were doing. I highly recommend Creative Cuisine for the relaxed planning process, flawless execution and delicious food. 10+

Observations: My fiancé and I chose Creative Cuisine based on positive reviews. We decided use them and to book a tasting for our small brunch reception. Both of us have moved here recently from large cities and had 5 star caterers before so we knew what to expect. What we did before that we didn’t do this time- use an event planner. I called the caterer myself and feel that it made all the difference. I am also out as a lesbian. I also feel this made a difference. Neither of us were asked to pay for a tasting (even if it is “credited back” before. The event planner gives you legitimacy. And frankly - being straight gives you legitimacy. Do with this what you will. If Columbus, Ohio caterers need to weed out paying customers with a tasting fee, it’s perhaps their branding or their base that is the issue. It felt classless and off putting to us, and since we have the buying power, we went with a different caterer. Meanwhile - my observations are - if you are not using a planner or have a smaller event with 40-60 people - expect this behavior. I won’t tolerate it but I understand it.
