Friendly and helpful staff! The food was delicious and I enjoyed meeting with my friend who I haven't seen in a long time! We were able to relax and enjoy catching up at our table. The restroom was clean as well! I would definitely go back!

It’s just good, some sandwiches are a little pricy and don’t even come with cheese? But other than that it’s good food you get quickly. Haven’t had any other issues!

First time at this location last night and I am impressed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were delicious we had roast beef and a Italian night club. The store was very clean.

The sandwiches they make here are pretty good but I have about had it with trying to order anything online. Once in a while you get lucky and your order is waiting for you at the designated area of the store. But I have had several occasions where either the order was not complete or the order had been complete and was not bagged while walk-in customers are getting served immediately. The bottom line is it’s probably easier just to walk in the door and order what you want and then bag it yourself.

I wish we had more Jimmy John's around here! Then again, I would probably spend way too much money lol they are always fast and friendly. When I am working downtown they are my absolute go-to for lunch.

Food was amazing as always, but customer service was downright horrible. Main cashier was very rude to my group, and looked like he didn’t care. Had a tone with one person as well. Have never had a bad experience like this at Jimmy Johns.

It was ok. My turkey sub didn't have very much turkey on it. Mostly just bread. You couldn't even see any of the toppings unless you open it up. For this price, I want my sub topping to be hanging off the edge of the bun, holding on for dear life.

The lunch was good but I was basically attacked by a homeless guy in camouflage who demanded I give him my food..that was 2 weeks ago and I pass this business daily and he’s still roaming the area! To the manager of jimmy johns...CALL THE POLICE ON THIS GUY! i raised my stars to 3 from 1 as its not the owners fault but somethings got to be done about this guy...

I am not a fan of "subs" ... The ones I have had are poor or aggravating to get. It is also more bread then meat cheese. BUT man, I had Jimmy Johns today and it changed my mind. It was so good and yummy!! There was a satisfying amount of food! I am so glad my husband hyped it up and took me today!!

This particular Jimmy Johns is absolutely wonderful in both providing quality of food and more importantly excellence in service. This place has become my “Go To” after a long day at work even though it is out of my way in going home (Note: there is a Jimmy Johns right by my workplace but I opt without pause for this particular location). They can be counted on visit after visit to serving a perfectly as ordered sub sandwich and as well the staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. They easily could serve as the “measuring stick” to which all other Jimmy Johns locations are judged. EXEMPLARY!!!

I really truly enjoyed my Jimmy John's sub. Primarily because of the bread. It was fresh. They hand dig out the excess soft white parts so that there's room for the meet the lettuce and the tomato without having it all fall out of the nice French bread

Food is usually always good when it comes to delivery they are NOT freakishly fast. I live 5 minutes away from store and it always averages 45 50 minutes. Order before you are hungry. Lol

I am not a big sandwich fan, but this #7 Spicy Italian has me coming back again and again. I find JJs efficient, clean, and delicious. I don't often eat sandwiches, but when I do... That sandwich is Jimmy John's.

Delivery is typically very speedy and I always experience good customer service on the phone. I usually go for the Italian Night Club, but there really isn't a bad sandwich here. And the bread is great! I order from here more than I probably should, but when the service is continually great, it's hard to stay away!

Freaky fast delivery indeed. It's almost a disadvantage, as there are so many fun things on the walls to read, even in the restrooms. Relatively good food. Not as greasy/savory as Firehouse, and not as dry/customisable as Subway. Every sub shop has it's advantages and disadvantages, but this particular "less than perfect shop" is unique in its restroom reading material.

I love Jimmy John's! The French bread is so good and I've enjoyed almost every sandwich I've tried here. I regularly order the number 10 roast beef and the number 16 which is a turkey BLT. I also like the gargantuan and the Italian night club. They're usually playing fun music and the people are almost always friendly. It's easy, relatively cheap, better than fast food and just as quick!

I have visited this establishment twice, 2 different times of the day. I I definately prefer their night staff over their day. The day staff does not really communicate with customers like they should. They just set the sandwiches to the side and don't say whose is what. A customer came up and asked if they were their sandwiches and the guy just pulled it away and didnt say anything. They were mine which should not have been the case either. That customer was in their way before us and had been waiting awhile. Now the night staff were friendly and interactive with the customers and super efficent.

The sandwiches were ok, we ordered a little Jimmy box for work. The bread was really hard. The young lady at the register seemed to be having a tough time, no smile, no greeting just here is your ticket and money.

I called Jimmy John's on Gervais St told guy make it good cause I was gonna do a review. He was friendly and my food came in record time. But they forgot my onions! I really wanted that...Kinda messes my whole sub up. It was so plain. And I was disappointed. I even texted my husband like I hate not driving to work, everytime I ordered delivery it's wrong I wait forever and it's overly priced. To be so muchiney ordering out and your s*** be wrong is f***

I was disappointed yesterday while on my break I ordered delivery online at 12:39 and after nearly an hour of waiting I still hadn't recieved my order. I then went to pick my order up to find out that it was not even ready. This is not the service that I've chime to expect from Jimmy John's.

Recently had a bad run in with a door dash order. I called and the manager was sooo awesome within minutes new food on the way! Felt bad tbh! Be careful “hand to me” they can’t see on door dash! Add to the notes, or call if you live in an area that they steal food!
