Being from up north. 10 minutes out of Philly. I kind of expected Jersey Mike's Philly steak to be a little better than it was. It was okay but it was missing that Philly fling. On a nice amarosa bun with a little bit more steak on it and I didn't like the back. They don't have ketchup but for being down south it's pretty good.

The first sandwich I ordered had a mistake where I couldn’t eat it due to an allergy, I called and they remade it with no issues. The food is good and so is the service. Reminds me of a better Beezers during its prime.

Typical Jersey Mike's menu. This location is good. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and a little hectic. It was, however, move in week for colleges. It was a little hard to hear. My order was wrong but it was ok. I had a cheesesteak that was very good. I would recommend this location.

This was my first time there. Subs fresh and made in front of you. Not quite as full as they show the ad on TV commercials. They are almost like Subway you have to tell them what you want on it as they are making it. Found this a little upsetting, but I will go back.

I'm not sure if this pic does this big kahuna chicken philly any justice... but it so good. The staff was great and fast. I also even heard one of the staff members help a customer save money by instead of getting 2 giant subs just get a kahuna cut in half and save $2. So great customer service. Thank you.

So, I do like jersey Mike's better than other sandwich chains but I'm comparing this to the jersey Mike's on Lincoln St. They put sandwiches together really sloppy and I've had that experience twice. Although I will say those employees were working their butts off. What really annoyed me though is their order pickup is never ready in the amount of time they say. The next time I went I put my order in at 10 am for a 12pm pickup to avoid waiting. I guess it just got lost somewhere because I waited until 12:15 until someone finally asked if I was waiting for something and they found my order slip in like the back of the store. So beware of ordering farther out than "asap". For gluten free - they have sandwich bread for extra charge and Udi's snickerdoodles.

I really like the subs I get from this place. The personell are friendly but a little bit too rushed at times. Slow it down just a bit guys. I just want to make sure that what I want is what you're putting on my sandwich. Stay true to the brand and all is well!

Fast, friendly & great sandwiches! They REALLY go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the food and its preparation. Sometimes in their haste, they may forget something or inadvertently cause the customer to feel rushed, but I believe it is sincerely because they want to not have the customer waiting too long. (Unlike another place a stone's throw away, which I no longer give my money to because of how they made me feel rushed and STILL screwed up my food, despite it tasting great. I gave them ample opportunity to get their act together, but they never could. Disposable income is going somewhere else, and not necessarily in my stomach... They lost revenue because they lost sight of their business mission!) Anyway, from the prep station, to the flat top grill, to the cash register... I felt welcomed and valued. Kudos!

Great subs with a crew dedicated to producing tasty subs quickly. They really have the best steak and cheese sub in town with the red pepper adding just the right amount of sweetness to set it apart from all of the others. I have them add lettuce, tomato, and light mayo to make it perfect to my taste. Their other subs are great too. They do a great lunchtime business, but put the hustle on so that the wait is reasonable, the quality is worth it. While other places offer good subs at reasonable prices, Jersey Mike's takes the gold medal for quality and price.

This is a great sub shop that uses good quality meats. Service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and staff is friendly. Comparable to sub station 2 and much better than Subway! Pro tip: They will not sell you actual sea-worthy submarines unless you tell them "Red October" at the counter and have $2 million cash.

Super fast during lunch. The cashier offered to help me get the food to my car since holding baby on the hip. Then had another guy that was working behind the counter offer to help. They did not charge extra for honey mustard either. All around, great experience! Will be back.

My wife and I love this place. We come to this area for business often and love to eat here in the evenings. The food is awesome! The guys that work the late shifts on Friday and Saturdays are awesome! Their attitudes are so upbeat they will put anybody in a good mood! They work this place like it's their own franchise. This is my second time going to Jersey Mike's. The other time was in Summerville SC. Was greeted with a warm smile and a few good reccomendations. I chose the #17 which is a Philly Cheese steak with peppers and onions. I thought it was going to be a plain Jane sandwich. I was WRONG. THAT SANDWICH SLAPS!!! If service stays this way, I'll definitely be back.

This place has been around for a long time but got a remodel a couple of years ago and had been very wel maintained since. The staff are super friendly, we see the same employees frequently and they always go out of their way to greet us. There doesn’t seem to be a high turnover rate. We love the hot and cold subs and enjoy taking our family there.

Beats Subway - Hands Down, But Then You Get What You Pay For! I've eaten at this location on many occasions. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, cutting generous amounts of the meat and cheese right in front of you. I think that their subs are far better than the competition, though they are a bit more expensive. But then again I can eat an entire Subway 11", whereas a Jersey Mike's Giant is almost always at least two (if not three) meals. The service is always friendly and I like that this shop cater's to the Military (offering a discount) and donates to local charities (evidenced by the letter's that you can peruse while waiting in the frequently long line). But they know how to move people through and when I want to splurge on a great sub this is where I go (usually armed with one of the coupons they regularly distribute).
