Pete KlineWe have had the pleasure of hiring Ranch Eats on a few separate occasions. Chef Troy, Todd, & Mikaela will make sure that your experience is a wonderful one. We hired Ranch Eats for a backyard BBQ for 30 people and were lucky enough to get them to cater our wedding as well. Whether it is a small event or something as big as a wedding, Troy will treat you like family. The entire group is focused on providing excellent food, friendly service, & an all-inclusive feel. Troy is extremely organized and every detail is considered; from something as big as table linens & china to something as small as the tasty sauce on one of his famous Wisconsin cheese curds. The best part about Ranch Eats is obviously the food! If you are looking for a caterer that breaks the mold of normal, bland, & boring mass produced cuisine, Troy is your guy. His flavors are unbelievable, he is innovative, & he truly cares about the end result. To this day, we still get compliments that our wedding food was the best that people have ever had. If you are looking for a caterer for any event big or small, look no further!
Donovan FowlerDecently priced and absolutely delicious. My wife got the Pot Roast samich and I got the H Mill Iron Burger, both were pretty fantastic. The Cole slaw was great as well and the seasoned fries were spot on. I would highly recommend this food truck.

ryan stokesHad a really great experience both times that I have eaten at Ranch Eats. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about their food options. I had the mill iron burger my first time there and was in burger heaven especially with the parm fries. The second time they had a stuff jalapeño burger which was to die for and hope to get it again.
