Incredible subs. Ingredients and flavors are top notch. The service is good, above average but nothing exceptional. The facility itself though is small and seating can be impossible sometimes. Busy and crowded during rush hours, but order online and be in and out quickly for the best experience.

Very friendly staff. Quick and efficient ordering. Food takes a little longer to come out than like jimmy John's because they are heating then up, but well worth the extra few minutes. Can get really busy at lunch time. Use the app and it saves a bunch of time. just walk in and grab and walk out

If you like subs with fresh veggies and delicious meats i highly recommend! As soon as my Husband and i walked in we felt right at home! The employees are very kind and the food is great! And to know that some of the money goes to firefighters for their safety equipment around the world is truly amazing! It was our first time going and trying their food and honestly we will be going there instead of subway or silvermine subs due to the better service and quality of their food! Thank you to all the Service Women and Men out there!

It's very difficult to find a hot pastrami sandwich let alone a delicious one in sandwich/sub shack's. Firehouse has one that I'll be coming back to.

Loved Firehouse Subs! We hadn’t ever eaten at Firehouse Subs before and they did not disappoint! They recently opened and we’ve had nothing but great service the three times that we’ve went—you could say we are a bit obsessed lol. Lots of 1-3 star reviews for long wait times for a new business simply being busy… shocking, right?! Cut them some slack. We will definitely be back!

It's your typical firehouse experience. Pretty predictable, which is awesome because duh it is firehouse. I'm sad to see them do away with the hot sauces, that, in my opinion, really set them apart from the other guys.

I'm glad that Firehouse Subs has made it to Cheyenne, with that being said, they have all the hiccups that go with recently opening. Even so, I walked in and was immediately greeted, and informed that there was an approximate 45 minute wait because of online orders ahead of me. Not a big deal, and since they were polite about it I decided to go ahead and place my order. I went with the Firehouse Meatball, with sautéed mushrooms and it was phenomenal. If you don't mind the wait pop in and order. If you're pressed for time, order online, its worth it.

Love the food! It was a bit chaotic due to being open for just a few days. We received the wrong items but they quickly corrected the issue and sent us on our way. I only wish the location was bigger both inside and out.

Firehouse is amazing. My fav is the steak and cheese. You cannot go wrong. Place gets fairly busy. But the problem is the parking. Ugh. Worth a 7 min wait IMO.

Ok I have to take back my old review. Sorry for our first hangry comment 🥺We are very impressed with everything and how welcoming everyone is here. The food is great, service is great, owners are great. Thank you I'd love to give them a 5 star as we are from Colorado and firehouse has always been our favorite sandwich place. We waited months for this place to open. Opening day they were jammed packed and told us it would be over a hour wait and there was no online ordering either. We went back the next day again they were jammed packed again and couldn't take order. We tried one more time when our daughter came out to visit with us yesterday and they had closed their doors early due to running off of items. How can you be this big of a franchise and not been not prepared? Especially in a state that doesn't have good food already? Upsetting but I guess one day we'll be to eat there.

Food was fresh came out fast! The owner (assuming) recommended the sweet n spicy meatball and the brisket both were lights out and insisted if we didn’t like either one to let him know and he’d make us something else! Customer service was top notch will definitely be returning!

Amazing food, but absolutely the worst location choice in cheyenne. Building is so small and cramped it really took away from the great food and experience. Hopefully everyone in cheyenne will get a chance to try the food and firehouse can spread throughout wyoming.

I have long awaited Firehouse subs to come to Cheyenne. We decided to wait a week or so to try them out. The first time I ordered online and by the time I walked in my order was ready. I was really surprised. The food was good and the place was busy. The second time, the place is starting to show just how busy. Their staff have been busy enough to not be able to take care of spills and tables. I will continue to give them a chance, however they need to make sure the floor and counters are not getting sticky and gross. I would like to know why when, trying to call there is no answer as well as when I was in there waiting for my order I didn't even hear the phone ringing at all?

Had a long wait due to them being brand new which was totally understandable and also had a large order. Our sandwiches were delicious, although 2 of them were incorrect and by the time we got them it was closing time so we couldn't get them fixed. They closed at 8:30 when their sign said open until 9:30. The cherry limeade was good as well. Potato soup a little bland. We enjoyed eating outside. Overall a pretty good place. Will definitely go back once they are more established.

My husband and I ate here a couple of weeks ago. He had the Brisket and I had the Meatball. Fabulous!!.. A little bit of wait time which is expected at lunch time. The BEST was right walking in the door your immediately welcomed from behind the counter... I work in retail and when your noticed from the get go that's tops to me. The food was fantastic. I'm Italian and for me the bread makes or breaks the sandwich. Will be back and will recommend. Thanks Firehouse!!! For coming to Cheyenne🤗P. S. We are outside and there needs to be a trash can out there.. THANKS!

Waited about 15 mins from ordering to getting our food. Our sandwiches were all delicious. A little mishap when the cashier rang in the order and charged us extra on our drink sizes. Brought to owner/managers attention. He fixed it right away. Very professional and kind. So glad Cheyenne is expanding our food options. Will be back.

People are friendly Food is good But the place is impossible to park at, customers design their own lines to shorten their personal waiting time and will nudge you with their backsides standing in line while you’re trying to sit and peacefully eat. Tables are EXTREMELY close together. I go to the North College location in Fort Collins when I’m feeling Firehouse, easy to park and eat at.
