The Korean BBQ bowl is amazing! Hard to believe it's under 400 calories! The kids request their nuggets over Wendy's or McDonald's and they said the fries were delicious.

Pretty good, my first visit to this place. I did love the French fries, hot and fresh. I ordered a Philly steak with just meat and the three cheese and when it arrived it had green pepper and onions. I returned the order, the manager was quick to apologize and had me a hot and fresh sandwhich in no time. Staff was friendly.

Truck driver: I parked behind mall and walked over to eat lunch. Ordering was easy. The inside lobby is open. The food is prepared to order. Everything was fresh.

Food was okay ( Mediocre) at best. Was supposed to get jalapeños on my sub and chili cheese fries. Got home and our subs seemed dried out. Spent $43 dollars on dinner that was definitely not worth $43 dollars. As far as the staff, they were exceptionally nice and attentive.

Ordered 2 sandwiches to go. 1 fiesty amigo and one grand escape with no onion or pepper. Normally they then ask, lettuce tomato and mayo, but they didn't. I thought they had already added. Nope...got home with a spicy hot meat and cheese, nothing else. The fiesty amigo was correct. I've never had an order so wrong there.

If I could put even lower on the atmosphere stars I WOULD! Food was good, atmosphere was terrible. I don't know if the woman worker was a manager or not but the entire time we were there from the 2nd we walked in to the 2nd we walked out, all she did was yell at the staff where the entire restaurant could hear her. I understand having to correct or get onto an employee, but not where customers can see and hear you doing so. It was very unprofessional and displeasing while trying to have lunch with my family. Will never eat at this Steak Escape again!

Food was good.service was good. Sat down to eat. And all we heard was GD this and GD that from a woman employee who I think was the manager. As we sat there language just got worse. Food was really good though and the 2 employees i talked to about my food were nice .but dont bring mom or granny here!!

We drive here from the Barboursville end of Huntington, our Steak Escape closed. Last two trips have not been great. My sandwich was not fixed the way I ask. The cheese sauce we purchased for our fries tasted off and it was as if the french fries were cooked in oil that was too hot, crunchy on the outside not cooked in the inside. At almost $28.00 dollar from a fast food restaurant for my husband and myself, might be a while before we go back

First time ever visiting this store and it was a pretty good over all. Pros- subs were delicious! Fresh bread, hot, cheesy! Large dining area. Fries were good Cons-employees were not the greatest at customer service (manager didn’t seem to be either), employees behind the bar with NO hat up in the front around food!! Employees handling the cup/bowls fries come in with HO gloves. I would come back and visit though. But please...nobody should be touching anything without gloves and they all needs hats on if they’re behind that counter!!!

Good choice for quick & tasty Philly-style steak sandwiches. There are quite a few menu selections to suit various taste buds & the loaded baked potatoes are wonderful! You can choose your own toppings for both the sandwiches & the baked potatoes and you can watch the staff cook & assemble your meal. We prefer dining in over the drive thru simply because it seems we get a slightly better sandwich when there's a possibility of immediate customer reaction. We also prefer the Corridor G location over the one in Kanawha City...less grease it seems.

Sandwich was killer. Staff was welcoming and friendly. My only complaint was that the fries weren't as good as I remember, a lot of very crunchy burnt fries. May have been time to change the fryer grease.

Used the drive-thru for my order. They need to replace the menu board ASAP. It is faded and busted, not a good look at all; and, hard as heck to order. The food itself was very good. It would be nice if the meat covered the whole piece of bread instead of leaving about a 1/4 to 1/2 on the ends bare. But overall, good stop.

The manager is very friendly and always welcomes you upon arrival. The service is always great . I used to eat at this place daily until they change their steak now it's really thick and I just don't care for it however my children still like it but they like the other steak better so the only time I go there is whenever the kids want to go there and I don't get anything used to be my favorite place around

If it weren't for the employees fighting with each other instead if making food then maybe this place would be a little better. "Manager" or whoever was dressed in black wanted to antagonize his crew instead of just shutting up and helping them make the sandwiches. Only one person running drive thru and she was a mess because she couldn't get the right sandwiches and the orders were bungled. Did i mention the audible cussing in front of children in the establishment? Not really a big deal but not very appropriate in a professional environment

The staff was okay. Seemed like they were just ready to go home. My order came up fairly quickly considering that there were three people ahead of me. However, the restaurant itself was kind dingy. Sprider webs and dusty. Old tabels and chairs. The french fries were really good. The salad was different but tasty. My friends had the cheesesteaks, they said, it was good A little greasy. Food prices weren't too bad. If you're looking for an alternative to Pizza or Burgers then its a good spot.

My husband and I eat at this location on a regular basis. The food is outstanding but it's a different price every time we visit...we order the exact same thing every time. Our total ranges from 15 to 24. Not quite understanding how this happens. Get it together Steak EscEscape!

They have a great resturaunt and management is very service oriented and professional. You can get a fresh grilled sandwich in the same time it takes to go through the burger places. Highly recommended.

It's good most of the time. Just don't recommend the drive thru on a busy day. I ordered a buffalo wrap and ended up with a grilled chicken with nothing but mayo... still ate it cause I had to get back to work

Food was very good, employees nice. Restaurant appeared old worn and dirty. Tables have sticky residue, feet sticks to floor as u walk. Floors have sticky build up that has worn off in spots. Looks really bad.

Never had Steak Escape in my life. Friend convinced me to go while we were out, it was worth it. Place wasn't terribly busy, got our food quickly, and it was delicious.

I've frequently ordered the Italian Hottie as well as the Hangover, both incredible. The Hangover is an absolute beast of a sandwich, and my personal favorite. Myself being from the west coast, the food here is always something to write home about.

They could stand to update their drive thru equipment, the menu is sun bleached and hasn't been updated to match their real menu in a long time. The sandwiches are pretty much always made well though.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant! I had a horrible day and had just come from a funeral where I had burried one of my best friends...my husband knows how much I love this place and thought it would be a good place to go to help cheer me up a little before I had to go to work...we went in and was greeted immediately by friendly faces and amazing smells...we ordered and was taken care of and spoken to by almost every employee...they made me smile and laugh and feel better...the food was even more amazing than usual... I just wanted to let you giys know how much you helped me thru an otherwise horrible day to deal with...thank you so muc for that!

Went on Dec. 5th diring lunch time. Was busy, but service was quick. Food was as usual, hot, delicious & plentiful. Store was neat and clean, when someone left the tables were bussed immediately. Good place to eat.

I ordered a loaded baked potato and they forgot to put the mushrooms on it. Unfortunately i was in the drive through and i didnt realize the mistake until I was home. Overall the food isnt bad and the drive through is very convenient.

Really good fast food cheesesteak restaurant. A Philly cheesesteak is a wonderful thing, and Steak Escape comes really close to the "real" thing you can get in Philadelphia, all in a fast food outlet. They also have delicious lemonade - made fresh. And really fantastic french fries. I personally prefer the "Grand Escape". You get more than a traditional Philly sandwich, but it's delicious. :)
