Last night was my first time eating there and I would suggest this place to anybody and anyone who would ask me for a good place to eat their food was so good it was better than subways and I love Subway but I will pick Jimmy John's over Subway any day

Consistently perfect. Fresh vegetables on the subs. Bread is perfect texture.The place stays busy, and the workers handle it remarkably well, and the wait time is not long. Great place.

Lately, when I order, one part of my order is missing upon delivery, be it chips or the pickle or a cookie. It’s very annoying. But the subs are good and the people are nice, so there’s that.

Very fast service. Very Delicious Cold Sandwiches. My only complaint is that they have No Hot Sandwiches but other than that the employees was very fast n really nice. When they say that there FREAKY FAST they mean that they are FREAKY FAST!!!!

The wheat bread is great and so is the rest of the food. The delivery service is always accurate and fast. However, the carry-out service is disappointing. 2 of 5 sandwiches that we ordered were incorrect. We also paid for two pickles and a cookie, which we did not receive. I recommend delivery. I have never had a problem with that option.

Love Love Love the Italian Nightclub Sub! It is my favorite sandwich and is fabulous on the 9 grain bread. Always excellent service and sandwich is made before I am even finished paying. Establishment is always clean and employees work hard. I will definitely come back and recommend others to try Jimmy John's!

Jimmy John's on Capitol Street in downtown Charleston is perhaps the best place for huge and delicious sandwiches. Get a small size on your choice of baguette, white or fresh whole grain bread because the large is over a foot long. You may enjoy your meal at a table or booth inside, or take your food out. Don't miss this place when in the downtown area. No alcoholic drinks are sold. Jimmy John's is clean and quiet inside with a polite and efficient staff.

I am so glad to live near a Jimmy Johns again. This one is great! Great food, and delivery. It is usually the fast, freaky delivery that we have come to know and love, but one time it took a half an hour. This was during a lunch run though. Otherwise, entirely satisfied!

Mostly the sandwiches are made the way I request and are superb!!! Unfortunately, sometimes in the evenings someone needs to learn how to read, because my sandwich is never made the way I request. When that happens, there has also been pieces of turkey on my sub bread and even tuna and I always order the veggie.... The food is great through the week though. 👍

The fastest and freshest sandwich in the Charleston, WV, downtown area. If you are in a hurry, but still want something fresh, go with Jimmy Johns. Their oatmeal and raisins cookie is a great option for a small desert. Usually during week days there is no parking easily available nearby. Just a heads up if you’re driving. However, they do deliver to some areas in Charleston and it is fast.

Took my kids to get sandwiches and left my wallet in the car. The guy at the counter paid for my food so I didn't have to walk out in the rain twice with a 2 year old ( that wouldn't let you carry him since he's a big boy) and a 5 year old. I came back the next day and paid him back and tried to tip him. He wouldn't accept the tip but asked if I would donate it to their jar. I can't remember what charity it was for.
