Food is good, place is clean and staff are nice but they were out of chips and drink machine had limited selection of flavors. Needs better management to keep inventory acceptable.

Everything was fine except got my sub wrong. Wanted a turkey bacon ranch with cheddar cheese. onion and banana peppers added but got chicken with bacon no cheese and jalapeños instead of banana peppers. I saw what I had after I got home, and since I live 40 minutes from there, I doctored it up and was fine but just was disappointed I didn't get what I ordered but I lived through it lol

A goof place to eat all around. It is usually not too busy and the staff are nice. I like going there for lunch occasionally. The meatball sub is my go-to.

The two teens or young adults (one female and one male) who work the evening shift are very professional, friendly, and patient. My order is always accurate and service is fast. I swear they should get a raise. Very great team the two make. I tried calling the GM or Assistant GM twice in the morning and afternoon about their superb service, but I was on hold for 25 minutes the first time and my information was taken down to the second time for a return call; yet, no call. Also, when I come in the evenings the chips are never stocked. Maybe the morning shift should stock prior to night shift entering - help these great kiddos out! Great subs!!

I was thrilled when I learned they had a Firehouse subs here. I use to eat at them all the time in Texas and when I recently moved back to the Charleston area I was delighted to find it. Steamed subs are the best. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean.

Awesome food and very friendly, enthusiastic service. During my last visit within the pandemic, the female manager stood her ground and told a group of 8-10 young men who were not wearing masks that they had to leave. Well done and thank you.

[Great food] Easy to choose menu and customizable. They support local Fire Departments and First Responders directly and nationally. [Awesomeness on bread] Literally, I have never had a bad sandwich here, all of them are excellent and well prepared. [So good] Prepare to be verbally greeted when you walk in the door. **If you need a bucket for anything at home, ask them about it, really.... [enjoy!]

Firehouse has some of the best subs around. Their New York Steamer is awesome. The pickles are top-notch. The selection of hot sauces can't be beat. Their prices are on line with the other sub shops. My only real complaints are: 1.) No fries. Like many sub shops, they only offer chips as a side. 2.) Staffing problems. Most of the time, things are hunky-dorey, but a couple times I've been there they had short staff and the people working were not happy about it. Overall, it's my go-to place for subs.

A fine submarine sandwich shop. I find the use high quality cold cut and freshly sliced vegetables. Their submarine buns are always fresh and tasty. Their sandwiches are made to order and served pretty quickly. My one reservation is that their sandwich varieties seem pretty standard for such restaurant. I wish they had some exotic elements to the their menu. But such originality is rarely rewarded in this state.

Percentage of profits goes to fire fighting equipment. Generous with the meat and service is friendly. You may have to wait a bit for your order, depending on how busy it is. They have TVs on the wall for viewing.
