Christophe was a DREAM to work with for my husband's 50th birthday backyard dinner party. His passion for food seeps into every bite. Communication was on point. Menu planning was carefully thought-out and the execution was impressive to say the least. We employed a bourbon theme throughout the menu and as an extra surprise, Christophe whipped up bourbon chocolate truffles for dessert which sadly, I had to share with our guests. Stop what you're doing right now and book Posé Catering. You won't be disappointed.

Christophe and his team at Poze did a wonderful job with a family birthday celebration! He catered for our group of forty and everyone from the toddlers to adults loved each and every one of his meals. Christophe was easy to work with from start to finish. His menu options were divine, he was flexible about food preferences and allergies and presented everything beautifully. His team was also lovely! I would ask Poze to cater another event and would recommend him without reservation.

HIGHLY recommend Poze Catering for anyone planning a wedding! Christophe is kind, flexible, and knowledgeable and helped us put together a wonderful menu. We had Chef Mark for our wedding and he was absolutely great- extremely professional. The team handled everything for us and the day went off incredibly smoothly! The food was delicious- we had pork loin, salmon with pesto, and stuffed peppers, all of which were cooked perfectly and our guests raved about. Very reasonable prices and worth every penny. Christophe worked with our budget and we were very glad we chose Poze!

An all around amazing experience! We were extremely impressed with the quality of Christophe's service. From hors d'oeuvres to dinner, to dessert - very bite was delicious. Could not have dreamed of anything better. We have received an overwhelming amount of compliments about our wedding food! Christophe was always available to chat when I needed and made multiple trips onsite to insure the day would run smoothly. He was more than accommodating during the process and helping me choose the best menu options for our wedding. A google review doesn't even do him justice - you have to try Poze for yourself! You won't regret it. 10/10

We are so pleased that we chose Poze to cater my daughter and her fiance's wedding! Christophe is a seasoned professional who really listened to our preferences and made wonderful suggestions. Our venue was not the easiest in some respects, but Christophe and his crew handled everything seamlessly. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Christophe and his team did a terrific job catering our wedding in the Northeast Kingdom. Both Christophe and one his chefs made visits to our house where the reception was going to be held in order to work out all the logistics (of which there were many since the event was at a private residence not a venue). Christophe was always prompt at responding to emails and phone calls. Communication couldn't have been easier or more professional. Now for the food--our guests told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! If you like French food (as we do) then we highly recommend getting some of the French specialties that are available--we especially loved the chicken liver paté hors d'oeuvre. We can't recommend Pozé Catering highly enough!!

It was a delight to have Christophe and his team cater the wedding of our daughter over the weekend. The food was magnificent! From the diverse array of passed appetizers to a delicious arugula salad with toasted pine nuts and fresh baguettes, followed by beautifully presented main courses, it would be hard to find a better menu or more diverse food offerings. Portions were generous and the food pleased even the most discerning palates. The staff was efficient and professional, and as mother of the bride, I did not need to worry about a thing! True culinary professionals who know their food, served the very best, and added to a very magical weekend! I would not hesitate to recommend Christophe and his staff and hope to be able to have them cater future events for me! They were so easy to work with and delivered far beyond my expectations!

Christophe's very talented culinary skills were on display as well as his warm and accommodating personality at a recent family dinner he catered for us in Shelburne. Managing the inquisitiveness of 3 young children and allowing them to "help" prepare the hors d'oeuvres as well as overseeing a mouth watering, delicious meal made for a truly delightful evening for us all.

Where do I begin?! Poze catered my off the grid wedding for 54 people with just a generator, convection oven, and their mobile refrigerator truck. Frankly, with these conditions, we were a little skeptical. Would the food taste as good as the tasting? Would they be able to stick to a tight timeline? THEY DID IT ALL! Our food-critic grandfather said the hors’ doeuvres were “White House worthy.” The servers and chefs carried heavy chafing dishes across the yard perfectly on time and with a smile. We served beef short ribs with a variety of fun vegetable sides and apparently the “best salad” my friends have ever had. Everything was delicious and unique. Not your usual wedding menu, which was our goal, and Poze delivered. I am grateful we chose them for our wedding.

We are SO SO happy we hired Poze Catering for our wedding! They were so enthusiastic about creating a gourmet and hyper-local menu for us and serving it in a unique, rural barn setting. Not only was the food delicious, but the day of the wedding everyone on the Poze catering team (shout out to Mark!! 🙌😀) was professional, flexible and good spirited—This is saying a lot considering they were serving 100 people on a 97 degree day with no air conditioning. Just awesome. We would recommend Poze catering to anyone.

We pointed them to the fresh produce, most of which we had just gathered that morning, we toured the kitchen herb garden and we scanned the contents of the refrigerator and pantry, and then we let them play. Wow! Who would have thought all that wonderful food was possible from what we had in-house. In addition to being delicious, it was beautifully prepped and presented. I would highly recommend Christophe and team if you want a night to remember with friends and family without the stress. It is guaranteed to impress and the hosts get to enjoy it all too.

I had 20 family members coming over for dinner on Saturday night and brunch on Sunday. I hired Poze to do both events and they were flawless. Mark was the chef and Annabelle was the server. Excellent service in catering our son's wedding in VT which was a garden wedding. Christophe was very accommodating and willing to adapt and learn how to work with vegetarian menu that was reflective of the Bengali, Filipino and western food traditions that would go with the overall theme and feel of the wedding. His staff were very professional and hard working. Kept the kitchen of the house ( staging area) as clean as when they started. Very helpful as well in helping us pack the rest of the food. The little touches he included like purchasing banana leaves to use as part of the serving platters and lychee fruit all added to the feel of food presentation that was respectful and caring of other cultural food traditions. It is these little touches that really demonstrate the excellent care and effort put into the catering service.

Christophe and his team did a wonderful job creating a delicious cake and unique presentation for our wedding. The 9 individually displayed layers of cake decorated with berries and roses matched the decor of our backyard, semi-formal wedding. The lemon curd was amazing!! Highly recommend Poze!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Poze Catering catered our wedding last weekend, and they were absolutely phonomenal. We had many dietary restrictions (gluten-free Celiac, soy-free, vegan) and regardless of these limitations, Chef Christophe offered us a menu that was more delicious, elegant, and varied than we could have possibly imagined, and far more inspired than any other caterer we contacted. Poze Catering served hors d’oeurves, a full dinner with multiple entrees, and dessert. Our guests were completely blown away and could not stop telling us how amazing the food was. In fact, the first thing my husband said to me when we began eating our meal was, “Wow, you picked the right caterer!” :-) We are so happy and incredibly thankful to Christophe and his team for making our day extra special.

Christophe is an amazing talent. He brought us several courses and a beautiful variety of flavors. Everything was plated, labeled and any instructions on reheating etc were clearly made. He made our 40th Anniversary family dinner one that none of us will ever forget. We were at the table for hours on end ( 2am), savoring every dish. We all agreed the mini beef wellington was our favorite but it was very difficult to chose. Thank you Christophe.

Christophe and his team could not have been more responsive to our requests, every morsel of food was exquisite, and the servers and chefs were all incredible professionals. They worked so well in our little kitchen to send out amazing hors d'oeuvres to almost 50 people. The kitchen was left just as they found it (I am sure cleaner!) and many of our guests have asked us for their contact information. I wish I had thought to take pictures of the beautiful food, all of which was chosen to meet our dietary and celebratory requests.
