I attended two different virtual online Host events and the second (tequila experience) event was even better than the first (rum experience). The quality and quantity of the alcohol was really good and much appreciated. I provided feedback that was taken into account from the first event and the second event was structured very well and more of a shared group experience while also learning more about the sponsoring company (Mindtickle). The bottles were sent beforehand with instructions on how to best prepare for the virtual tasting experience. It was a high quality virtual event and I would recommend for both internal company team building event or like in the case with Mindtickle, it was a way to break through the spam folder and get a couple of hours of my undivided attention over two different weeks. If you are looking for a high value virtual experience with customer attention/participation, Host will not disappoint. Just make sure you are promoting well to your target audience to get the RSVPs and Host will do the rest (perhaps Host provides the marketing service, too - I do not know). Comment for Host folks: I recommend a non-alcoholic option mixed in with the alcohol experiences for those desiring to participate, but not drinking alcohol (I know you offer non-alcoholic experiences, but this should be an option also promoted during alcohol experiences). Great job!

I have now attended 2 Host Events. This week our company hosted a virtual chocolate tasting for our entire team. All of us really enjoyed the tasting! Have had two meetings this morning and each one included a brief discussion on which chocolate was our favorite. Our host, Becky, was AMAZING and extremely informative. We can’t thank her enough for taking the time to walk us through the tasting, accompaniments, ingredients, history of chocolate, how the individual chocolates are created, and what pairs well with which each of the 6 pieces we have received. The virtual chocolate tasting event needs to be a must book for any company. Thank you, Amy for working with our company to book this fabulous event!

I've attended 2 host events recently and both were fantastic - the kits come with everything you need with some nice additional touches. During the live event, Host strikes a great balance of being fun and informative while still letting you get down to business. I would highly recommend Host to anyone who wants to up-level their prospecting or customer/employee appreciation events!

We're remotely employed so it was awesome to meet some of my colleagues today, and we were all laughing through the game. It was meant to be fun and boost morale and I'd say it accomplished that mission. The host had the PERFECT trivia host voice and the music was a nice touch. If you are considering hiring them but not sure - do it. You won't regret it.

Host events are amazing! They give you great, virtual options for small teams that are spread out nationally as well as big teams! All of their events are professional, timely and engaging. Michele, our HOST activation manager, was also great with communication and also working with our budget. Both teams that utilized HOST for their events has stated that the kitted ingredients for the virtual activities are fresh and the host is very knowledgeable! Will definitely be using them in the future!

In 2019 I had a massive external event at Eli Lilly (a big pharma company) in Kendall Square with maybe 300 people, we'd flown in C-suite level executives and it was a huge deal for us internally. The Host Drinks group was absolutely amazing, Brian, Michelle, and Amy went above and beyond helping out with everything, setting up, engaging with people, being super friendly and positive, and all the feedback was about how great they all were. I recommend this group to anyone having an office party (when we're all back in person), they set up quotes, insurance forms, delivery, setup, disassembly of everything, it was awesome, thank you guys again.

We did a 14 person group for the Mixology 101 class with Kayla. We all had an excellent time! From start to finish, my experience with Host was impeccable. Host did an excellent job with their communication, accommodating our party’s needs, and hosted an excellent experience itself. Kayla was so informative and answered all our guests’ questions, no matter what they were. She really knows her stuff! The kits they sent to everyone were packaged well and so cute too! The whole experience made all our guests feel special, which was our goal. We all had a really fun time, learned a lot, and many guests asked a lot about Host after the experience. Zoom fatigue is real, but this company is the remedy to that. We used them for a corporate event (Bingo, hosted by Bingo Boy and Deven Green) and it was not only super easy to set up - booked online, and they send you everything you need for the day of, including promo posters, zoom link, and virtual bingo cards - but we were able to customize it for our little group. The actual event was really fun, and the hosts were engaging and got everyone to laugh and relax and have fun. Event planning is really hard, and virtual events are even harder, but this company made it a breeze. I would definitely recommend this to anyone hosting an event. I'm sure we'll be using them again!

I contacted Host to set up a virtual whiskey tasting for my husband’s birthday. The event was from 8-9pm. However, my husband and his friends were still on way past 1am. It were as if, they were out at the bar just hanging out. Which was exactly what I had hoped for. When I contacted Host, I was blown away by their level of professionalism & attention to detail. The whiskey kits were shipped out quickly and came well packaged. My husband and his friends had nothing but great things to say about their host Brian. We hosted a 50th birthday whiskey tasting on zoom with Host Events and it was fantastic! Our whiskey sommelier Adam was very knowledgeable and fun. I attended my first Host Event this week as an attendee of a software company I'm looking to implement into my business. Never having attended one of these, I was excited to network with others that were invited and to learn more about our subject matter of the night (Tequila.) Our host was fantastic, very knowledgeable about Tequila, it's history, origin, but also personable in a manner that allowed everyone invited to engage with him as well as each other. I was utterly impressed with the event and upon further investigation, I've found many other events that Host Events offers which sound like a ton of fun. I'd absolutely recommend Host Event's end encourage that if you're reading this, you stop here and go through with scheduling your event with them. Awesome job guys!!!

He walked us through each of the bourbons we tasted with facts about the bourbon itself as well as the distilleries and bourbon history in general. Just an overall fun time!

I was invited to a virtual whiskey tasting 50th birthday party. This was a lot of fun. Our host was Brian who knew a lot about whiskey. I think I know something about whiskey but he has much more extensive knowledge than I do. It was a fun, low stress event that was very interactive. There were 7 of us in the group which was a good number because we could ask questions and drive the conversation a way we wanted. The whiskeys were good also. It's certainly not cheap but reasonably priced considering they ship you three 375mL bottles of whiskey. One of our group was in England and he got his also. That is impressive.

It was a lot of fun. They provided a great kit, more than plenty of paint, numerous brush sizes and nice large wine glasses. The wine was just ok, but everything else was great. Our company sponsored the event, so I'm not sure of the cost, but I'd love to do it again next year.

I found Host Events through a Google search for a company Bingo night. We booked a St. Patrick's Day event for approx 75 employees. The customer service is amazing. I had several questions, and a bit of a bumpy start (not their fault), but, through it all, Host Events took the time, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and did their very best (successfully) to make our event run smooth. The Bingo night was a complete success so much that we will continue to hold company bingo nights on a quarterly basis. I was in a bind trying to find a bartender last minute for an office holiday party at my home. I used the HOST app which was easy to navigate. Within minutes of submitting my request, HOST sent me an email confirming date and time, letting me know a bartender was secured for my event. Bernadette arrived early to set up the bar. Working with HOST has been nothing but a fun and pleasurable experience. The HOST team goes out of there way to make sure everything is as easy as possible for you, the bartender, when you arrive. The events and spaces are great, the alcohol, bins, ice, etc are there when you arrive, the events hosts are all well informed of the process so you aren’t asked about billing and what to do, and you get reminders and instructions before each event. They cover all areas and that is very much appreciated. I haven’t had a bad experience on a job nor have I had a bad experience with Brian, Amy or Michelle. They have all been wonderful and extremely helpful. It’s been a great experience working with HOST and I would recommend them highly for an event and as an employer.

Brian and Amy at Host were phenomenal in every way and saved my cocktail party from certain failure! I had planned an autumn cocktail party and demonstration for a volunteer organization to which I belong. I hired a bartender from one of the local bartending schools, and less than 2 days before the party she cancelled due to illness-- with no back up! With over 50 guests planning to attend, I went into panic mode! I am so grateful that a friend referred me to Host, and in less than 24 hours Brian and Amy devised a unique and delicious fall cocktail menu, purchased all of the necessary ingredients and supplies, and attended to every detail of the party.
