November 30th 2020 @ 4:15pm. I wanted to leave a review and shoutout the gentleman that was working today. When I entered the store there was a customer that was being quite rude to the workers. The gentleman working replied very professionally despite the customers rude remarks. I was quite taken back by the customers words but the way the employee handled things was too notch. When I was deciding what to order the gentleman working was very helpful and offered menu options and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. The sandwich was good too!

Three stars because their service is amazing-when they are open. They constantly close early which I don't understand. I went by today and they were closed when they should have been open until 4. I understand that staffing is limited but than jut reduce the hours and stick to them.

Usually Subway is great. However, I ordered the meatball marinara and two of the meatballs were severely overcooked - to the point that they were crunchy. This location on state street has been fairly inconsistent with their quality. The locations on Overland and Franklin have been much better and more consistent with their sandwiches.

The guy today was the best. All on his own, line of eight customers, plus several online orders. He was steady and polite. Did his job with aplomb. Hurray.

Went in the grab 2 sandwiches for lunch. Only two people in front of me in line. I thought I’d be in and out quickly...nope, 17 minutes later I finally got my two sandwiches to go. The wait time is a constant problem with this location during lunch. Two people working were trying to make the sandwiches for both the in store orders and online to go orders. Held up the line. Ridiculous. Wasted my lunch time waiting in line. Please find a solution to this ongoing problem.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed in the service we received at this Subway. I felt like they were trying to hurry me through without asking me if there was anything else we wanted on our sandwiches. And when I say I want lots of spinach, it's because I want more than one measly handful! Apparently, that didn't mean anything because they didn't put much on mine. They were closing mine up while I was talking to one of my children about what they wanted, and I hadn't even been asked if there was anything else I wanted! Don't rush your customers!

This is a clean and friendly Subway. We always choose this restaurant when in a pinch trying to find a place for our vegan lifestyle, and chose this one in Boise because parking was horrible everywhere else. So this is the first Subway we've been to that had the veggie patties. We were excited to try it, but it turns out it has eggs and dairy in it. What the heck, Subway?!

My new favorite is one of their Signature Wraps called the Southwest Chipotle Steak and Cheese. You can get it on either the spinach tortilla or the tomato tortilla. They are both good. A big bonus on this wrap is that Guacamole is included! Holy Guacamole! I prefer spinach over lettuce since it has protein. Be sure to get the chipotle sauce and green peppers and pepperoncinis, This wrap really needs nothing else. They make it to perfect at this location. They are friendly and fast!

This is a small and busy subway. The food is on par with other subway restaurants that I have eaten out. The staff were efficient and friendly. This subway is clean and I will definitely eat here again.
