The first time I came here a couple months ago, it was awful. The place was a complete disaster, it was very dirty like the place hadn't been cleaned in months. The service was really not all that great. When I walked in the door, there was a man setting at the table watching TV, and a woman setting on a stool behind the counter playing on her phone, neither one of them greated me. I looked the menu over and decided on a chicken build your own, and OMG when I got down to the build station, I decided to pretty much make it a Caesar. Because the food containers looked like they hadn't been changed for months either. And the romaine needed to be filled So I went with that. Well they cooked it to fast, then slopped it together. I was very un happy it cost $9.00 and was under cooked and nasty. For that 0 star. Last month a co-worker talked me in to going again. Well this time, I was greated by Kyle he was very friendly and made a very good meal. He cooked the meet and his build table looked slot better. A few things needed changed though. The store was still nasty looked the same as before. So for this 2.5 star. Then a couple weeks ago I decided to give it another try, and to my surprise there was a new lady and she was cleaning when I came in she asked how I was doing and then took my order. She took her time and cooked the meat the right way, moved the meat over. And wow the build table was super clean everything was fresh and clean. She did the veggies and then went back to the grill and my pita was amazing very good. Then she told me have a wonderful day thanks for doing in and she hopes I enjoy my meal. For her and the clean build table get a 5 star. The store cleanness gets a 1 star. Last week I came back she was working again but this time with her daughter. Well they both went above and beyond, the food, and service were absolutely amazing. They were both cleaning when I got there, the store is starting to get cleaner. The Mom and daughter team Rock, wish y'all had a few more employee' that work as hard as these two lady's. So of course five star to the mom and daughter team and two and a half star to the cleanliness.

Great spot to grab a tasty lunch! Stopped in during a BSU game, it was pretty busy, but the folks working were friendly, pretty quick and the pita was delicious!

The food is absolutely amazing, and the flavors are great, but the service is awful. Not only can the pita maker not do his job, but he can't get an order right. He can't mix the flavors together, he doesn't cook the chicken evenly, and he can not figure out how much sauce to use. I would rather drive to Meridian with the gas prices as they are rather than eat at this location again. Oh, and when he has no customers he's on his phone, vape pen next to him🤔. As terrible as he is I'm guessing he's getting high at work. I hope you train or remove him soon so we can come back and enjoy this location.

Great, filling sandwich. The falafel is crunchy and crispy and they'll put on as many veggies as you want to bulk it up. Their pitas are always soft and they have a lot of sauces to choose from for more flavor. I love both the hummus and tzaiki. They also do an awesome BLT that is good with ranch or mayo. I think this place is a great alternative to a sandwich for lunch and they're always fast. For the same price as a sub you get a lot more veggies and some unique options. Definitely try it out.

Fun little shop and the food is always predictably good. They don’t skimp on ingredients either. Locally owned! (Support local!) They give a military discount too! Always good when owners show appreciation for the military even in a non-military town.

These guys are awesome! They had just locked the doors as they closed the door at 4pm since it was the 4th of July. They quickly came to the door and let us in because it was still technically 4pm. Even though it was the end of their shift, they treated us with absolute respect and courtesy. They took our order and made great suggestions as they walked us through the process of getting our pitas together. The pitas were amazing and we are very pleased that we chose to drive to this outstanding establishment even though there were others much closer to where we live. Truly A++ service and food, we will be returning in the future!

Hana made my pita and truly cared about the presentation and making of what turned to be my new go to stop shop in boise! I’ll be coming back soon and often! I had an amazing time at pita pit! everyone is so friendly and helpful. they all had smiles on their faces, and welcomed me the second i walked in, and wished me an amazing day when i walked out. the food was delicious, so fresh and was made with care. everyone should go and visit the pita pit!

Great food and staff but they are very flaky on when their delivery times are. I start work at 11pm and my coworker does as well, he has been able to call in orders for delivery on occasion before then, but lately they will say they aren't delivering. It's really aggravating because I love pita pit but they are far too inconsistent with their delivery schedule.

Love this place, but last night bothered me so much. I show up late, empty store, after a 12 hour shift, amd just wanted a fast meal. The one guy working took my order. Then he proceeded to make 10 Uber Eats pitas before mine. Mind you, no one else in the store. Serious priority issues. I waited 30 minutes for my pita. The Uber Eats driver showed up as I was finally leaving. If someone actually goes to your establishment, you may want to serve them.

Currently pregnant and having a ton of trouble keeping food down. Ordered online and had husband pick it up. First food I've been able to keep down today, gyro pita tasted like ambrosia! Thank you!

Absolutely Love the works here. Dislike the extra 1$ for hummus there ( most states don't charge). The place is always clean and the food is always fresh!!!

Went here right before a concert. They were really busy, but did a great job keeping up with the amount of people coming in. The food was delicious! I got a gyro and my wife got a thai chicken.

They have veriety of stuffs which can go into pita. You will like this one better in Boise. I have been other Mediterranean place they still ahead of this one. This may feel like subway style instead of bread this guys use pita and falafel is exception.

Well I had a pretty bad experience why did I get 5 stars huh? Well the night before a gentleman really screwed everything up I won't get into it much but he really screwed it up the very next day Lauren calls me back and she definitely made it right she was on top of it I don't think I have ever had anyone to try to make up for something so good, thanks Lauren😀

This is a good stop for a Pita. They M a kr it right in front of you. The ingredients are good, and you get to pick what you want in it... Kind if like the Subway model. These will fill you up at lunch, or are a great bite before a BSU football or basketball game.
