My friend recently started working for Jimmy Johns and has been boasting about it. Went out to try if for myself and I wasn't disappointed. Their #7 is really delicious and it's packed with meat and veggies. The guy helping me out was very quick and kind. I already loved their triple chocolate cookies and now I love everything else! Keep it up Jimmy Johns!

I've legit ordered here (I live near the court house) about 45 times and they have got my order wrong 1, yes 1 time and it was very minor. The food is awesome and fresh, never sloppy and the ingredients are fresh. I don't know what magic they are working but to get my order right virtually everytime is awesome. Please give this place a shot!

The service is super fast and when you order online your food is always waiting for you when you arrive. In a bag and ready for you by the front door! What great service! A very fun location as well! I highly recommend this location for great sandwiches and a fun atmosphere!

Italian Night Club is easily the best fast food deli sandwich out there. The bread is a little crisp on the outside, and all soft and chewy on the inside. Tons of meat and cheese. I had to get use to eating these though. Something about how they put the mayo on makes all the meat and cheese want to slide out one side after each bite. You have to pinch one end for every bite to stop the sliding. And be careful, at least for me these are only a once a week or so treat. The sodium level in those preserved meats makes my heart start thumping in my chest. Just checked: 2334mg, 34 mg over your entire daily recommended value. Also, those freaky fast commercials are not joking. The last sandwich I ordered got here in a little over 7 minutes. I have been in drive through lines longer than that. Crazy.

Hands down my favorite sandwich joint in the country. This one did not disappoint. Young lady took my order and offered good advice on a new sandwich for me (I usually get the same one every time). I give these guys a five-star rating because no matter where I go the sandwich is always consistently good and fresh and quick. My trip to Boise this time was no different. Finding a location that was open late turned out to be a unexpected bonus.

Received our unwiches in 10 minutes via BICYCLE while waiting for a friend at the doctor's office! What fun! We were debating if we would freak if it was here in 10 minutes or not. It was a 50/50 vote but, once we saw the guy on the bike, it was 100% yes! Dude was super friendly, too. Food great, as always!

I love Jimmy John's, the employees ROCK; they are always professional. They are super fast with deliveries and the often come by the office where I work and give us sandwich's for appreciation. Also, the white bread is super soft and chewy, and smells like it's fresh from the oven. With the super delivery service and the great staff, and over the top yummy food, a person cannot go wrong when they order from Jimmy Johns!!! :)

These guys are great and such fantastic service! First off, I am picky with my sandwiches, I know this. I ordered a Gargantuan with lettuce, cheese, meat, and cilantro only. I asked for please no sauces of any kind. My order was delivered with mayonnaise. I called in, informed that there was "sauce" on it, and please send another with no "sauce." Another sandwich was delivered with mayonnaise. I called back and asked for a refund. They obliged. A few minutes, the manager called, apologized about the two mix up's, and explained that "sauce" meant "oil and vinegar" to their staff. I understand the confusion, and he acknowledged that I made it clear only lettuce, cheese, meat, and cilantro was ordered. They refunded me as planned, and Sent me a Third sandwich with my specifications. I am so very impressed at the customer service at this location and just had to let everyone know that this was the only (of many sandwiches ordered) one that deviated from my order, and Jimmy John's went to great lengths to remedy it. Thank you all! Very content customer here. :D

Fast, you can order online, and best place to pick up a “picnic” lunch for a float on the Boise River! Love how you can customize your sandwich to perfection online. Everything was ready in a box on the pickup shelf when I arrived.

Today was the second time in less then a month that I ordered online and got a confirmation and 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my order. When I called, the sandwich hadn't even been made yet. That is not freaky fast. The first time, the manager compensated me with a credit, today the girl acted like she didn't care and I canceled the order. There are other sandwich shops in the area so I guess I will take my business somewhere else.

Love their music variety. Popular spot for downtowners lunch. One of my favorite go tos. Consistent food, service and always clean. Fun to watch the delivery staff come and go on bikes. People watch the streets of downtown.

The service I received there was prompt and welcoming, and I enjoyed speaking with their employees. The only "complaint" I can say I have is their rather odd amount of workers they seem to have at certain periods of the day. For instance, during one of my visits at a later time of the evening, at around 9 P.M, one of the workers there wasn't able to hear part of my request I forgot to add because she was taking walk-in customers as well as multiple phone calls. Atmospherically, the many signs that adorn the walls are cute and really stylise the environment and the view out their windows to the street is rather nice! I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Great place to get an unwich when you are on the go and trying to stay low carb. The staff is also quite friendly Everytime I pass through and the dining area is clean and we'll maintained. Their delivery bikers seem a bit chaotic but they keep out of the way.

Jimmy johns is really consistent no matter where you go. The bread is fantastic. The shredded lettuce, not so much. Wish they offered a few more vegetable options. At any rate, this location is very good.

Best Jimmy John's in town. Late night Friday and Saturday the sandwiches are made so fast-about 30 seconds with 4 people making them. The no-wait line makes it an excellent choice.

May have had a new cashier, I had to explain to them nearly 4 times no cucumber on the sandwich. They still put cucumber on it after all the repeat question and answer. Food was good enough once I peeled the cucumber off .

I eat at the Twin Falls Jimmy John's but at this location the sauce is all through out the sandwich and just not at one end. Quality was fantastic not over wrapped with a lot of lettuce.

Fast, moderate price, you know what you're getting in any city. If standard is your thing, this is the place. I guess the big game hunter isn't in charge anymore, so that's a bonus if you're a meat eating hippie.

Jimmy John's makes an unwhich which means it's a sandwich without a bun (lettuce wrapped to be exact) which is what I need because I'm gluten free. I think it's always decent, never exceptional, but they are freaky fast and that gets some extra points!

Super limited hours for a Jimmy John's. All the other JJ's have normal hours, except this one. It's not pandemic-related either, as it's been this way for a couple years.

It was a nice experience and the food was great but the staff never stopped cleaning around us and never gave us a break from the cleaning I get that there is a virus going around but they cleaned the table next to us multiple times even when nobody was sitting there :)
