First time ordering. I thought well, it's a chain, so probably eh, ok..... No no no. I flashed back to my childhood on the east coast. I ordered a cold sub.. The bread is perfect- and dressed with the exact right amount of oil and vinegar, not too soft to fall apart, not too sturdy to feel like you need more dressing. The shredded lettuce. East coast knows. The freaking flavor, good cold cuts. I can't believe it actually. Shocked. Not sure if all locations are the same, but this one nailed it. I will be a frequent returning customer. Thanks for bringing me home!!!

Went to the one on State street. I ordered a Portobello mushroom sandwich and my mom ordered a regular sandwich. I finally received mine 10 minutes after my mom received hers. Staff was very unfriendly.

I ordered a Philly CheeseSteak Wrap online and stopped in for a quick pick-up. I was in and out in a quick minute. The sandwich was delicious and made to my specifications. The awesome sandwich maker even left me a nice note. I asked for no jalapenos on my sandwich and made a joke about being a pansy (since I can't handle the heat)... And they labeled my sandwich "Not a pansy". Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

Delicious Italian Sub Sandwich...One of our favorites in town. My only issue is no inside dining at all. There's plenty of room for at least 3 tables to be open. I don't like eating food in our cars. I understand social distancing but they have the room to allow for it so why not use it and make it convenient for those that want to sit at a table and eat.

Pretty good wraps, but DO NOT ASK FOR MUSTARD lmao. I added mustard to mine and it was almost all I could taste and even the outside was basically lathered in the stuff. I still have yellow stains under my nails after washing my hands many times in the last 12 hours.

Great place to get subs for lunch. I had their club sandwich and it was as incredible as any of their other sandwiches. The team knows how to get food out quickly so I did not wait long either. Combine that with one of their cookies and the day cannot get any better. Their cookies are so soft and the chocolate chips are massive! Can’t wait to come again.

They were slammed because they were donating 100%of the money they took in to Make-A-Wish Foundation. Even with that, they were all very friendly, efficient, and the food was amazing. I had a Mike's Famous Philly. It was very hot and delicious!

These guys at Jersey Mikes make an incredible sandwich. The freshness in their subs is very evident in the taste and variety. Did I mention fresh food? My wife and I wont go anywhere else for subs. Their menu is fantastic and the staff there are always eager to answer any questions about the different options they have in their sandwiches. Did I mention fresh food? Wow! You have to check them out. You wont be dissatisfied at all. Good job guys!

I love the food I hate the store layout. It only has one trash can. Honestly I don't want to get up and walk all the way past all the customers to throw my sandwich trash away and come back down to sit just to maybe get up a few more times. There are like four perfect spots for an extra trash can that would be out of the way. I guess the service is ok. Some times you can't hear the sandwich artist but that's just cause the music and the grill are loud. Other then that I can only say that the force feeding of the stores "lingo" can get annoying. I don't care if its Mike's way I want to say out what I want. It's only convenient for the artist not for the customers. I think an addition of fried goodies would be nice too like in house made chips of some kind

Best subs in Boise by far. The cheese steak is delicious and all of the cold subs I've had are on point. Service is excellent. A little more than you're going to pay at places like Subway but you're paying for quality meats and cheeses on fresh, delicious bread. I'll keep coming back because I know I'm going to get what I pay for.

Jersey Mikes is BEYOND AMAZING!! I have always loved this sandwich shop chain since I tried them in Phoenix, AZ. Their meat is always done right, and they have never had an issue with my customizing my order (like putting oregano on the meat and grilling it, or asking for sautéed onions for mikes way) THE BEST ADVICE THO!! BE NICE. Do not order staff to DEMAND your order. BE KIND AND THE JOB WILL BE DONE WELL! ♥️

The only place I go in Idaho now when I want a sub! I am a New Jersey native and I can say the quality is very similar to that of New Jersey. The taste is great; it will be pricier than you're subway, jimmy John types but you get what you pay for and the quality here way better. Good meat and bread. Wish they would go a little heavier on meat and cheese but that's how I feel about all sub places. Definitely a must try. They ALSO have a points program where you get free subs which also makes up for the price.

If you are from the east (NY/PA) then these subs are standard fare. Their meats are consistently better than Blimpies, Jimmy John's, and Subway. Even when they are busy this place gets their customers served in quick order. That being said, you may have a short bit of a wait for hot subs. The menu boards change, take a few moments to check them out. While I won't their rating, the lobby does get messy at bust times. Parking can get squirrely around their place.

The sandwiches are okay. I don't have anything to complain about other than I order a #8 which has provolone, turkey and ham with bacon and they put mayonnaise on one side of the bread and to me it's too dry. When you order a hot sandwich it takes quite awhile for it to be ready. They are more on the expensive side. A 6" ham/turkey/provolone and an ice tea cost $11.38 seems a little high for what you get. Lastly, when you pay by debit or credit card they always ask you to answer the question before swiping - it asks how much you want to tip plus they have a tip jar sitting out. I don't like being watched over and feel like I have to tip before I can even swipe my card.

Cute place. No soup. Hot and cold sandwiches. Everything is $8+ for a regular sub, it's like 9 inches. The giant is $14 and could feed a family. If they didn't have hot stuff, its like a jimmy Johns.

I'm a regular at this location for a reason! The subs are always delicious which is obviously the most important part. But the staff is also friendly and quick to assist. One of the best quick subs around in my opinion.
