When I tell you this food was amazing…. The word is not strong enough!!! It started as soon as I called and was greeted with such a warm and friendly woman! She helped me with my order and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and that they didn’t include onions which my husband hates!! The delivery man was very friendly as well. But the FOOD!!!!! Everybody loved it and could not stop talking about it!! A++++++++ We had spinach dip with amazing pita chips, shrimp and grits, chicken skewers, pork sliders and fresh fruit and cheese. It was all delicious! Every bit!! Will definitely the using again!

This is from the food truck! My first time trying their food and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Dirty Fries with Chicken. The chicken was juicy and had a great grilled taste. The fries was hot and the cheese was melted just so..... If the food truck is this good I cant wait to visit the restaurant 😋 If you see the food truck, support them, try it, you will not be disappointed.

Food truck was at my office today. GREAT choice. Fries are perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Philly Cheesesteak is incredible. Friendly service, great food truck! Will eat here again!

1918 Catering did a fantastic job at Diner LA Blanc last night (9/25). The food was good and it was enough for 2 people as stated. I hope the planning committee use them again as the food was a BIG improvement over the previous cater.

Great Lil family owned business with good soul food cooking. I recommend the southern fried catfish, grilled salmon, homemade spinach dip and homemade house chips... can’t go wrong with those, and best peach cobbler in town.

1918 Catering served our Christmas Dinner 2020 which included a huge delicious Cajun fried turkey and ham. Also baked chicken with herbs and pulled pork. The macaroni and cheese was cheesy and baked to perfection. The collard green casserole was tasty with the cornbread on top. Thank you 1918 for excellent customer service!!

Our first experience with this food vendor at Tannehill Park Trade Days. The collard greens casserole is fantastic, as was the cheeseburger. Note - no iceberg lettuce on this burger! It was topped with spring mix. If you see this food truck at an event - it's well worth it.

The food truck was downtown today. My coworkers and I all ordered and I have to say it was some of the BEST food I have ever had! Hands down! Children's of Alabama microbiology department are loyal for life!!!

We have lunch catered almost every day at work. We had 1918’s ribs, max & cheese, baked, beans, salad, and banana pudding. It was all phenomenal! By far the best lunch we have had!!!

My family and I ate catered food from this restaurant. The Cajun turkey was seasoned to perfection. Everything was delicious and full of fantastic flavors.

I didn't know about this place until they catered our event. Food is good. Spinach dip and brisket are my favorites. The collard green and cornbread take me back about 100 years.
