We picked this place because it was closer to our hotel than Subway, which is our usual go to on business travel. I’m so glad we tried it! The guys working here were so friendly and the sandwiches were excellent. We tried the Turkey bacon guac and the chicken salad sandwich. They are generous with the portions and everything was fresh and tasty. The soup, chips, and queso were good too. We will definitely try this again next time we are in montana.

I was with a group of friends and we all ordered sandwiches - beef queso, french dip, and a montana. Things got very quiet because it was that delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had an interesting selection of soft drinks and best of all - you are supporting local businesses when you eat here!

The sandwiches are good, if not a tad overpriced, but customers should know that the owner is also the host of the show "The Vibe at Five" on 101.9 FM, a conservative mouthpiece of the Billings Chamber of Commerce. That could be a bonus or a drawback, depending on your personal beliefs.

While passing through the area we decided to try some local flavor and were not disappointed. I had the Italian Stallion sandwich. It was like no sandwich I have had before. The fresh pickles and perfect bread toasted just enough to add the nutty taste. Definitely worth the stop.

I work close to this location, so I'm regular visitor especially since they're open for an earlier lunch. The crew is always kind and if/when a rare mistake happens, they definitely take care of it for me. I love building my own salad, or any of the Topz special sandwiches are delicious. Highly enjoy the flavored lemonade options. (except the fruit punch one, just not my preference) Today they were super busy and there was only 2 employees in the store at that moment, but Madison made sure she kept the line moving for in store customers. So big props to her and Aaron for holding it down and doing what they could while balancing so many orders!

Update 6/20/22 from eating here today. I am a bit disappointed from my sandwich today. I asked for guacamole which turns out to be a small zigzag line out of a squirt bottle. That they charged $2 for, and that's definitely not fresh. If the sandwich alone is $11 quite steep in my opinion then getting a tiny little zigzag of guacamole should not be $2 extra. I still love the place but this should be changed. I've eaten here twice. Once inside, and once for delivery. The salad was great because you can customize it. I also had a sandwich and I loved the chewy bread. The chips are INCREDIBLY salty and pretty much inedible. The queso is good but could be better.

We were going through Billings from Omaha, NE. We searched Google for a sandwich takeout option to eat in the car. We saw the great reviews, so we thought we'd give it a try. We were not disappointed! It was absolutely 💯%delicious! The sandwiches are big and on fresh soft bread. Their garlic chips (seasoned and warm) were to die for as well. If you are looking for an add on, for $1 you get some amazing white queso dip too! It was WELL WORTH THE stop off the interstate! You won't be disappointed!

Nice find. Great fresh bread. Nicely surprised with tortilla chips as side. I bought the queso (white with jalapeno) to go with them, even after sitting for an hour is was still thin enough to dip chips in. It has a slight kick but not over bearing. I had a cold sandwich with ham, provolone and greens. They don't use lettuce it's mixed greens. Husband a hot Italian Stallion which has salami, ham, provolone, banana peppers, onion, pickle, basil mayo. He said it was like nothing he'd had before and was really good. Only sad thing is they only have locations in Billings.

I have to give it a 3. The sandwiches were decent, but not exactly flavorful, and they seem overpriced for what you're getting. They gave me tortilla chips to go with the sandwich but potato chips would be a better match I think. The preparer wore gloves but then wiped his gloves on his shirt while preparing which made me want to remove the bread from the sandwich immediately. It just seemed gross to me. So.... all in all, a 3.

Our company orders from Topz almost every Saturday for lunch. Each time the food is excellent! I have found that it is better to order online as there are more options for customizing your sandwich, you could do that in person or over the phone as well but it's easier when the options are right in front of you. Plus it shows you a review of your order before you place it so you can see exactly how it looks. The food always arrives in a timely manner and we are on the opposite side of town so a big thumbs up there. Have they made a few minor hick ups before, of course, everyone will from time to time and that's fine. Overall they are an amazing place to order food from and I would highly recommend you try them! DO NOT FORGET TO GET A SIDE OF THEIR QUESO!!!! It's the best.

Traveled to Billings to pick up a family member at the airport. We were all craving a good sandwich and decided to go the competition but it was closed on that particular day. Our search for a great sandwich led us right to your door and now we are never trying another shop when I’m Billings. The food was amazing. From out of town and wanted a great sandwich. Their portions aren't huge, which is good, and they have there own special seasoning they out on their nacho chips. Great service. And had Huckleberry juice on tap!

Great sandwiches and excellent, friendly employees. We come at least twice a month. Get the queso for the chips! Update 1/11/19: Visited again today, sandwiches and soups are all as great as they were the first time I visited. It would be nice if some of the menu would rotate, or the specials would change from time to time. The queso is pretty good, making the chips less salty would be an improvement. MAKE THE LEMONADE THING TALLER! It's be great to get a cup all the way under the spout. Staff are always pleasant and they love the kids!

Delicious sandwiches, friendly, helpful, patient staff (politely waited for my young kids to explain their orders). Food was creative and fresh. Self-serve lemonade awesome too (albeit a bit too sweet). Nice atmosphere to sit and eat, or take out.

This is a good sandwich place! In Billings on business and was looking for a bite, came across this place. Sandwiches seems to have a good amount of meat, not just the one layer that I despise. Tortilla chips are a nice addition and the quest was quite good (Coming from a guy that lived in Texas for years). Toasted sandwiches are put in a panini press, not a nuclear powered over/microwave *COUGH SUBWAY COUGH COUGH*. Great service, well priced to boot. Will be back.

I don't think I've ever had anything from TopZ that wasn't amazing. From the bread to the meat and even the chips and queso, the flavor and quality is incredible. They're quick, delicious, and very reasonably priced. If you haven't tried their food yet, you're missing out.

Best sandwiches in town and great service! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’ve had problems with the delivery once they took 2 hours to deliver but the food was still awesome just a long wait for being down the road. Another time they forgot my soup the driver went and upgraded my soup and deliveries it which was awesome. These things are small problems which I’m sure won’t be a regular thing. I recommend eating here. #supportlocal #sandwichlife

I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet. I've been eating here, at their truck, and getting delivery from them at work since they opened. Not only do they have the most delicious sandwiches in town (yeah, I said it), but whenever my husband and I go there, we feel like VIPs. All the employees and the owner are so nice. And the queso is TO DIE FOR. Always get it.

Ordered the French dip, no au jus! Requested the sandwich not be cut in half, that did not happen either. Not busy at all...... Update: I was contacted by the owner, very nice and apologetic and he rectified the order with a refund. Excellent customer service! I am changing the review to 5 stars now.

One of my favorite places to eat. They have a good selection of sandwiches and soups, queso. Overall, typical sandwich shop layout. I've had all the sandwiches they offer and I dont have any complaints. Two thumbs up!!

I have eaten at Topz many times before and wanted to try the new location. OUTSTANDING! The quality of food was great as it always is, Tucker was there and took time to speak with us, and the new building is great with an open air concept and nice little patio.

Very nice restaurant with great tasty food and friendly service. Even if you're not very adventurous in Italian cuisine, a simple modification to any sandwich, panini, pizza, or piadina will satisfy your taste buds. Soups and brownies/cookies are wonderful too. I eat here 4 days out of the week!

You can't go wrong with the food. I have had the Beef Queso, Montanan, Pastrami. They are all amazing! My favorite is the Montanan with a twist since you can doctor up the sandwich any way you want. Also get the queso because it is delicious. Soups are great... Loaded Baked potato! Friendly staff and the owner is really cool. Plus they have online ordering and an app. So easy and convenient!

Listen, I can tell you how great their sandwiches are. How creamy and rich their queso is. I can even tell you how bomb their roasted red pepper gouda soup tastes, but if you don't ever go check them out it was all for naught. Don't live with the regrets. Go visit Topz and order the beef queso. It will be the highlight of your week.

Clean with a great atmosphere, very good sandwich. I had the French dip special, the only thing i would do different is get double meat. Kaso was really good with the chips.

I had topz first time today I ordered roast beef sandwich with the queso and broccoli and cheddar soup I didn’t care for the soup it was thick not much flavor but the roast beef sandwich was ok if it was in juices like beef au jus would of made the sandwich so much better the combination with the queso and the roast beef was delicious I felt like the sandwich alone wasn’t that good no flavor

These guys and gals make seriously good sandwiches. The store location is perfect, you get done shopping Costco, Shopko, or wherever and it's right there in that area south of BestBuy. The Montanan is my goto, but the toasted Italian is a close second. Sometimes parking is hard to find a spot but it's worth it. Have yet to try any of the soups but I hear they're really good, too.

I'm terrible with names and for that I apologize but I order maybe once a week and I have celiac's disease and I tell them where it's going and I hear on the phone be careful with that one it's going to bla bla bla lol and he just automatically knows to take full caution and he's quick in his feet to get your food to you I would highly recommend these guys! It's always a pleasure receiving my meal he always has a smile on his face and that guy needs a raise! You know who you are! On a side not if you have celiac's disease and or can't or don't want gotten these guys are fantastic!!! Tha KS guys for your prompt service!!!
