I'm sure it's not easy to carve out a Mediterranean fast food joint amidst a bunch of amazing (and more extensive) sit down restaurants but this place is great. Service was lightning fast, food was very good and they've got a relatively extensive menu. Built my own salad and ingredients were fresh and tasty. I'll be back.

The clerk was polite and started cooking it before I paid and the food was hot and tasty. He recommended the chipotle sauce and it’s very good. Clean store and good price. I got a quesadilla and it was very good.

Sandwiches are huge for the price. And might I add pretty tasty. The staff are very friendly and down to earth. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

The best pita pit in town. I usually do the pick up and go through the app. The employees recognize me when I come in and I barely have to tell them who the order is for. The food is always correct and on time with my delivery time.

Good, healthy options. However, it is better to go to the store to pick up your items. Reason being, they always miss something (sauces, drinks, chips) or mix up the order. Also, if you call to obtain the items, the staff has a tendency to be short with the customer. Again, good food- but quality control is lacking.

Sammy is such a helpful attendant! I come in about once a week and she always knows what I like to get. I rarely have trouble with my orders. The staff overall is very friendly, even when it's crazy busy. Great food with great service!

Pretty good little pita shop, tons of veggies, great vegan options, clean restaurant, most of the employees were nice. The falaffles were super amazing, they definately stuff the pita and make it worth the money! Only issue was my cashier scoffed at me when I asked to verify that the item I was ordering was free of animal products, when I was just verifying that I wasn't getting something that I don't choose to eat.

Not a fan of Billings or Montana. But this pita pit place is amazing. Fresh ingredients, cute atmosphere off the beaten path this place is so worth every cent. Wish there was one in Las Vegas. Will be stopping in when I got home to enjoy on my flight. By far the best place I've eaten in billings.

Friendly staff and great food. I liked that the nutrition info was printed next to each menu item. Plenty of seating upstairs at this location. Parking is a little tough, but that's with any downtown location.

Freakin' Awesome

The staff here are on top of it. I placed my order incorrectly (picking up lunch for a co-worker) and the staff corrected my mistake so my co-worker could have her order just how she wanted it. That's next level customer service. Remembering my order is one thing, remembering somebody else's order is another. It's always fresh, always fast, always delicious and they are so friendly there.

First time at a Pita Pit and the food was pretty decent. Especially as a later-night alternative to your typical fast food joints. My one complaint, and I feel like an old person saying this, was the music was way too loud. I could barely hear what the cashier was asking me.

I really love their salads! You can have it made any way you want w/any choice of meat, cheese, and vegies. You can even specify how much or how little of each ingredient. They have been a wonderful addition to the downtown area!!!!

I always love going here. If there's a line it moves quickly but the food is just how you want it every time. Its the better version of a subway but with pita's which remind me of a tortilla with a pocket :)

The combination of both fresh veggies and meats cooked-to-order made for a colorful array of options; the pita creators were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful with us, taking the time to explain and describe to a first-timer. Very friendly with delicious and healthy pitas.

Been here a few times, always a good experience. The food is good and fresh, the prices are reasonable, and the facilities are nice. The staff seems like they don't care too much, but that doesn't get in the way of anything.
