Crazy fast service and absolutely beautiful build for a tuna in rich. The girls there ROCKED it. I had bought a wrap from somewhere else and gave it to my children when my husband got in the car with his undying, I had to go get one too. His was the top photo, and mine is the bottom 2. Yummy

Less than 15 minutes between me calling and saying I have 12 people to feed, to having my order picked up. Super helpful and fast!

Food was great! They got the order correct even with all of our customizations. We learned that there is an option to not have the bread scooped out. My daughter wants in on the bread they do scoop out! I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes for confirmation that it was complete. I decided to just go there and it was ready waiting for me. Even after picking up, the app did not indicate that my order had been completed. Not a big deal, but it is a useful tool that would be a great help if they used it. Thanks for the great lunch!

Usually the best place. Didnt add my bacon when its a $1.50 extra. :( i live out of town so no going back. - I will make a not for them. Thanks. And yes it was a tragedy. :(

My first time ever at jimmy johns was today. The sandwich was great! And the customer service was the Best I've ever had! Aaron isn't paid enough for the 11/10 service he provides. He was patient, kind, funny, and gave service with a smile from start to finish. Well done jimmy John's. I'll definitely be stopping by again my next time in town! Also, I did enjoy the free smells.

Consistency is the name of the game in national chain restaurants. This location has time after time nailed my order and delivered high quality food in a prompt manner. In the years they've been in business they haven't goofed a single order for me or my family. It's truly quite impressive.

These guys are good! There was a problem on my last order and the manager said he'd give me a credit for the next one. Well he forgot to put a credit on there but I mentioned it on my last order and they gave me a credit. Good customer service!

Jimmy John's is a seemingly common, but unique sandwich shop. Their food is fresh, great tasting, and as advertised, they are fast! So if you are in a hurry--who isn't, right?--you can grab a great take-out in less than 5 minutes and be on your way, smug in the fact that you won't starve today. Don't worry though, JJ's will be there tomorrow and the next, with friendly service and a smile.

Just placed my 45th order at this store with Aaron! Had a gift card that had no idea of process. Aaron was just fantastic in going through everything! This is the best JJs in Billings. The food is great and the service is exactly what you come to expect from a JJs. I got carry out not delivery, but I had time to grab my chips and a drink and my sandwich & pickle was already waiting for me. Too bad we're not in their delivery zone.

I honestly love the food here because it is made very quickly incase of a rush and food handling is very safe from cross contamination. They have tons of respect for the customers by respecting the way all the meat and ingredients are handled.
