Damn someone told me this place was good, I decided to go 40 minutes out to get here and I didn't regret it, Anthony was really nice and told me everything. I very pleased and will definitely be taking the time to go here more often

This was really cool, and not really a sandwich guy but it happened to be very close to where I dropped my truck off for some repairs. Definitely liked it better than the other sub places I had been to in town. I like that they had three different sizes. I got the medium but should have got the small. The mural on the wall was really cool

Great place to visit. Never really busy, a little difficult to drive to. Great subs, such good flavors. Always fresh, always hot, polite staff. Place is always clean and they are always cleaning. They have an awesome drink station.

Best subs in Billings! So happy it's finally open and is bringing the awesome flavors to south central Montana! We did have to wait for about 30 minutes for our order due to the popularity, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was 100% worth the wait! Will eat here weekly going forward. Good service and clean restaurant but I wasn't impressed with my sandwich. The bread was good but the lettuce had a strong, bitter taste. Drinks were great and there is a wide choice of brands and flavors.

Actually quite amazing....Thier subs are great, the selection is great. I would say that they run on the same level as Jersey Mike's but different. Love both places...stay away from Subway

This place is great , love the brisket sandwich and that some of the profits go to the 1st responders. I only put 4 stars because I feel they need more tables , there is always someone looking for one when we have gone ( unless we just happen to be there during their busiest times ?) Otherwise I highly recommend this place

The manager was awesome, they ran out of GF bread and we had placed a pickup with a few GF sandwiches. He called to let me know. I was a little frustrated but he made sure I was happy before I left. Food is so good, I’m always happy with it. Thank you!!!

Yummy! One of our favorite sub shops!! Although the staff taking orders need to ask the patrons if they want to add up to the next dollar so the proceeds go towards raising $ for fire equipment.

Love Firehouse! The hot sandwiches (Steamer & Hero) were delicious! The boys love that the kids meals come with little fireman hats. They also really love the white mac n cheese. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Their pop machine ran out of lemonade and they took care of it right away. Will definitely be returning.

Nice Owner, Friendly Professional Staff, Excellent Food. It is next to Pierce flooring South of King Ave and West of 29th St W. It is always busy. It is well worth waiting in line. They have pick up also. I am not sure but I would imagine Grubhub or other food delivery entities do delivery.

I was fairly disappointed, taste was good, but I don't think there was an ounce and a half of meat (meat didn't even cover the bread) was supposed to have pastrami and corned beef and there was only a small amount of pastrami also no cheese that I could find-doubt I will go back--

Me and my wife ordered this Tonight thru Uber, I've had it a couple Years ago when I was in Arizona my wife never had firehouse subs, she was instantly taken away to a new world from the first bite of her sandwich and the first bite of mac and cheese, I was blown away from my sandwich as well, we also got the hot sauce bottle which just made the meal so much more wonderful definitely getting this place weekly at this rate keep up the amazing work

This place was great. The environment is really cool, the food is great, and the staff was very welcoming. I'd like to recognize Anthony specifically; his attitude, friendliness, and overall demeanor was very welcoming. It was our first time visiting and our experience with Anthony alone has inspired us to come back again. I am a huge fan of their local community support as well.

I've loved Firehouse Subs for a few years now and was so excited to hear we finally got one!! My husband and I were kindly greeted and served promptly. The subs were prepared reasonably quickly and with careful consideration though there was some confusion amongst the employees (all brand new I'm sure) but all in all it was a pleasant experience. The location is a little hard to get to and the signage is no help. Great hot subs, definitely worth a try! Update: went in again today a year later and I'm still impressed with their customer service and quality!!!

Finally went and tried out this place. I was not dissatisfied. Billings has a shortage of REALLY GOOD oven baked sub sammitch’s. Not anymore ! I had the New York steamer and it was outstanding. My only complaint is that they need to put more meat and cheese on it. I know that I have that option, but I shouldn’t have to. If you want more to eat, add an inch or two. But when you order a 12 inch Sammy it should have plenty of meat and cheese on it DAMN GOOD SUB though. Way to go ! Glad your hear

Different than jimmy johns or Jersey Mike’s in that Firehouse has a Quiznos warmness to the sub meat and that contrasts well with the fresh veggies for good flavor but that doesn’t warrant the cost considering you get more protein at the other places

My trip to this firehouse subs location was everything that I expected it to be! I had to try it out once I knew they had opened a location here, my first experience with firehouse subs was in Jacksonville where it originated and I must say nothing is different from the two! My all time favorite is the Hook and Ladder but from time to time I like the "hero" sub as well. Also the cheddar brisket and the engineer are also great! Ingredients were fresh and the meat tastes awesome! I am hoping that once this pandemic is behind us they will continue on with the tradition of having the mini souffle cups at the end of the counter with a assortment of hot sauces listed with the scoville stickers ranging from 1-10 like they had in Jacksonville for customers to take with them. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you try firehouse subs! I went around noon and they had a fairly busy lunch crowd and appeared to be well staffed and they hustled and were putting out orders left and right. Overall great job guys keep up the great work and delicious sub sandwiches!
