House of Ambrosia came highly recommended and still exceeded our expectations in every way. They were able to take my scattered ideas and pulled it all together into a magnificent experience that I was proud to host and my 50 guests appreciated. The food was excellent and appealing to the eyes, the service staff experienced and professional, the fresh flower arrangements and personalized theme decor was unexpectedly absolutely beautiful! They took charge so that I could relax and enjoy the event. When I needed something, one of the service staff was there anticipating my needs and those of my guests. They stand out because unlike some caterers, they aren’t cookie-cutter or boring. Will definitely use again.

Attended a catered event catered by House of Ambrosia. Outstanding! from salad and beverage to desert! I attend catered events twice a week and have so for the last few years.. Not much into posting reviews in general and this is the first positive review regarding these catered events because it is that good. Delicious! Trust me, I know what I'm talking about! I attended a surprise birthday party for my church leader last Friday and the event was catered by House of Ambrosia!!! The service was elegant, impeccable, and done in excellence! We have ordered some of the quaint meals for a couple holidays and were impressed with the value, taste and quality of the meals..So when it came time to plan my sisters 50th birthday celebration, I immediately thought of House of Ambrosia. One of my guests who attended the dinner and lives in another state said the food was so good they would hire them, fly them to her state and provide hotel accommodations. Chef Rodney and the wonderful team catered the Squire's wedding in October. From start to finish they provided a wonderful service. I must say from the tasting my wife was sold with the taste of the food. I loved how Chef Rodney was open to recommendations as we are from the Caribbean so we needed that perfect blend that would suit our needs. On the day of the wedding, they were on time, the setup area was cleaned and maintained. The food was excellent and everyone who came stated that they enjoyed the food provided. The team was professional and they inquired if we needed any additional service ensuring that we were comfortable, we had no complaints. One of the things that stood out for me was the texture of the food, it was not dry but left that moist and juicy feeling in your mouth. I would most definitely recommend House of Ambrosia for all your catering needs, you will not be disappointed.

The setting was perfect with a table set for a King and Queen, the presentation of the food was better than any fine dining restaurant that we have visited, and the Saxophonist and pianist were phenomenal! The attention to the fine tune details were priceless - personalized menu that was a glass keepsake, decor and floral arrangement reflective of our wedding colors, and the entertainment played our wedding ceremony songs. Absolutely perfect! I loved working with chef Rodney and the team from the beginning. We gave him our ideas/theme, and he crafted two sample menus to choose from. We had a walk through a month before the event. Day of, arrived an hour and a half early to set up, made everything beautiful. Everyone LOVED the food. Tram was super personable and professional. From the very beginning working with Chef Rodney and Roslyn was nothing but professional. When we received our first catered order from them for Easter 2020, it was delectably delicious!! We followed that up with ordering again for Thanksgiving and Christmas! The portions we ordered were more than enough. When ordering from HofA the experience was easy and they seemed to think of every detail for clients picking up catered meals. From the packaging and labeling of each order to the beautifully designed pamphlet they send you home with that gives directions on the proper way to reheat each item. Over the 3 different occasions I’ve ordered the ribs, leg quarters, lemon pepper fried turkey breast, cornish hens, ham, 3 cheese macaroni, lobster mac and cheese, collard greens, confetti fried corn, brussel sprouts, blackened salmon, corn bread dressing, seafood dressing, honey roasted sweet potatoes, vegetable medley, sweet potato pies, strawberry banana pudding, lemon cream pound cake and strawberry mint tea. Every last one of those items are absolutely scrumptious! I look forward to ordering from House of Ambrosia again and again!! Thank you Chef Rodney and Roslyn for the HofA experience!

Each year, we fly our entire team to our headquarters for a company-wide annual kickoff meeting. We try to make this event as exciting and energizing as possible, and we start with a nice catered dinner to let our team know how much we appreciate all the hard work they put in over the last year. Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, but it was also very reasonably priced. Chef Rodney was a dream to work with along the way. He really took the time to listen to our needs and was able to find creative (and delicious) ways to work around our theme for the meeting and any dietary restrictions our team had.
