You know it's gonna be good when you can smell the food through the takeout bag. The flavor is on point. The tabouli is amazing. The toum is amazing. The chicken is so well seasoned. The hummus *chefs kiss*. This is weekly-rotation good.

Review for the food truck: Kofta Sliders, Steak Kebob, and Rosemary Shoestring Fries with Feta for dinner. Steak was incredibly seasoned and cooked, spice all around was on point. Better than most restraunts in Asheville.

I dined here with a dear friend. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, but I rarely visit North Asheville. I wish I had visited sooner! There are plenty of options for vegan diners. Everything we tried was delicious. I am looking forward to returning. Service was friendly and attentive too. There is a dance studio upstairs, so don't be surprised to hear fancy footwork up above.

hands down some of the most incredible food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. i was lucky enough to catch them at a brewery in Burnsville and I am so glad I did! the food was fresh and absolutely packed with flavor and I hope I am able to catch them again before I leave town.

Place has a great menu and craft cocktails. We had the cold trio and some chic pea sliders. They were superb. I just wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more of there delicious food. So good. Already looking forward to going back to try some of their other dishes.

What a wonderful taste bud experience! Not being familiar with this type of cuisine, my husband and I were ready to take in the whole flavorful experience... we were not disappointed! The mixture of spices accentuated the fresh food and the talent of the chef. And the housemade cocktails were delicious!

This might be the most underrated food in Asheville, and definitely some of the most overlooked vegan food. I only discovered it late last year, so I can only comment on the food from my takeout experience and not the sit-down (though the inside looks really, really cool and I can't wait to go!). But the food is absolutely incredible and so very unique. Not only is it delicious but it's definitely some of the best value I've seen in the city, and it just looks great even with takeout. I recommend really everything, but the cauli shawarmas are my go-to. Usually will get that, the sliders, shatta, and/or fattoush salad.

A group of us ate there last week. The house-made sodas and the mixed drinks were great. Six of us shared six small plates and all were pleased with the dishes - chicken shawarma was the best. And the baklava was better than any I've had in 50 years of eating Lebanese food. Good waitstaff; pleasant owners. A real find!

Fantastic meal! I had to vegan items off the menu, the chickpea sliders and the cauliflower shrawama. Both were so delicious! I also had a special cocktail that was lovely. The owners/chefs came out to see how we enjoyed our meal which was the icing! I will definitely be back!

I mean this place is wonderful. Small staff so ya get to know each other. The grape Leaves are like grandmas. Fennel and Spinach soup is unbelievable. Cocktails are so delicious, the booze is a lil pricey but all fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.

Take out tonight. Have tried several of our favorite restaurants and Scarlet Bee is by far the best. Hot, delicious, garlic filled dishes. Walk, Run, Bike or take your car, but if you want something you have not cooked that is superb call The Scarlet Bee now. Over the top delicious and the wine is half price. Try the Turkish wine. Dry and super smooth.

Start with a bees knees cocktail... delicious! Then the cold plate sampler- you won't regret this. For dinner- the fattoush salad with the chicken shawarma is excellent. Awesome little place. Bartenders and servers are super friendly. Not too loud. Checks all the boxes! Except closed on Sunday, which is a bummer.

So good. We ordered almost everything on the menu and it was all fantastic. Especially memorable was the shatta, grape leaves, filet mignon, and the fries. Locally sourced food and bespoke drinks without the pretense. They got all the little things right too, like fresh pita and crafty syrups for unique cocktails. This is my new favorite restaurant in North Asheville.

One of the best restaurants ever! Tried every almost every single vegan option that they had and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had (vegan or not). Everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend!!!!

The food was delicious. The portions aren't large, but when combined with an appetizer, soup, or salad, made for the perfect amount of food. My husband got the tenderloin kebabs and I had the kofta sliders. The cardamom Turkish coffee we had to finish the meal was perfect.

Love this place! We've had the cauliflower shawarma, the chicken shawarma, the fennel soup and eggplant sliders...all so very scrumptious that it's difficult to order other items on subsequent visits.. But we will, knowing that they will also offer the same comforting and savory experience for the palate. This is our new favorite restaurant. Small plates make it easy to share and the craft cocktails are diving. Give this north AVL gem a try!

Delicious Lebanese food! The place is veggie friendly, and it has a focus on small plates, tapas style. The menu was a bit limited when they first opened, but it's steadily expanding. The artisan cocktails are delicious. The toum garlic dip is amazing. We were very pleased with the Chicken Schwarma and the Chickpea Sliders.

Scarlett Bee is so delicious every time! It’s the absolute best chicken schwarma and every dish we’ve tried is 5 out of 5! We enjoyed dining in pre-covid and now appreciate their covid safe takeout options. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants!

Good Middle Eastern food is crucial for me as I used to live in the Middle East. A group of friends and I visited the Scarlet Bee and basically ordered the menu, sampling each item and several cocktails each. All of us were very impressed. Excellent flavors in both food items and cocktails. Very well balanced.

We were driving to Asheville from Virginia and decided to order takeout. I had the chicken shawarma (amazing), and we shared an order of the shawarma fries with chicken. The fries were amazing!!! Definitely the best item in the menu.

Yummy! I didn’t know what I was missing when I thought that Lebanese food wasn’t my thing! The hummus here is legit the best I’ve had. We had the cauliflower shawarma and kofta sliders— sharing these for a group of 2 was perfect. If you go, DON’T MISS the pistachio ice cream. (Maybe you guys could start selling take-home pints of this, pretty please??). I went home with a super full and very impressed belly.

The food here is really good, the service is not unfortunately. Our third time eating here and tonight 1 hour and 15 mins after we placed our order, the owner came out to tell us they were out of what we ordered. Sadly we felt the owners handled the whole situation poorly. This place is not downtown, they rely on business from locals, we would love to see this place better managed as the food is really very good. Also restaurant is small and tables are very close together, it can feel quite cramped so know ahead you will be seated very close to others.

The Scarlet Bee has great food! I LOVE garlic and think their garlic toum is GREAT!!! I usually eat their cauliflower shawarma and recommend ordering it. Any cocktail I've ordered has been delicious as well.

We loved this place! Very cool atmosphere, totally delicious food (we recommend the chicken shawarma and the fattoush salad). Our ONLY complaint is that whoever runs this place needs to hire more staff. We came on a Saturday night and there was one waitress for the entire place, which was more unfair for her than for us.

This place was incredible! I didn't take any pictures because I was enjoying every bite. We had the filet mignon kebab and the fatoush salad with shawarma chicken. For appetizer we had the cold trio and it was delicious as well. Our server was friendly and provided excellent service and suggestions.

This place is a hidden treasure in Asheville. I don't know where to start. The atmosphere is super relaxed, very industrial chic and cozy. The bartender and servers are on point. Attentive , but not annoying. Knowledgable about the menu, paced the meal well and the check came quickly. The flavors are fantastic. My boyfriend, who never compliments anything, was impressed with his dish and has suggested it several times as the place to eat. Must get: fries, shawarma and a house made cocktail.

Our poor waitress appeared to be the only one taking orders for the whole restaurant, but she did everything with a pleasant smile and great recommendations. The sampler was so good that we got some of the garlic dip and fresh baked pita to go! The drinks (especially the Pim's Cup) were impeccable. Very refreshing and flavorful and I would love to visit again soon.

My friend and I tried the scarlet bee this evening... it was AMAZING. Fresh and full of flavor... my full compliments to the chef! The chicken shwaramma comes with hummus, toum, and tabouleh on home made pita... everything is fresh made and it shows! For dessert i had sfoofa... don't be afraid to order it! It tastes amazing. . A perfect blend of sweet and savory...I'm not even sure how to describe it other than a must try item! I plan to try everything over the course of time as it all looks absolutely scrumptious!

Great local restaurant serving mezze (Middle Eastern small plates). Portions are sized for easy sharing between 2 people. Amazingly fresh food with superb spiced flavors. Toum and shatta are deliciously garlicky and spicy. Chicken Shawarma was outstanding, as was the watermelon salad. I would have liked the Kofta (lamb) sliders a little more rare, but the seasoning was delicious. Cocktails were very unusual and tasty.

The food here is fantastic! Everything I've tasted is remarkably good. The service is pretty bad -- slow and inattentive, had to get our own silverware from the bar, etc. -- but the food is so good, I'll be back anyway. Don't be in a hurry -- it's worth it.

Absolutely fabulous dining experience, specialty drinks, and farm to table menu. Tasty and unique Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine. A must try in Asheville. Best Baklava, melt in your mouth filet mignon shish kabobs, try the cold plate humus starter, so delicious!

A friend recommended Scarlet Bee for our party of 8 (impossible on a Friday night in Asheville) last night, and wow! I split an order of sliders and a salad, and enjoyed a shared order of fries and left pleasantly stuffed and totally delighted! The kofta sliders are generously portioned and absolutely amazing! Luscious, savory minced beef/lamb and chickpea versions are both pure deliciousness with tantalizing Lebanese spices and herbs, served on a a perfectly grilled pillow of yeast roll holding it together with a gorgeous tahini based slaw. Watermelon Greek salad was a beautiful blend of fresh greens and creamy feta, with thin sliced traditional vegetables and cubes of sweet watermelon to round it out. And the fries!!! Crispy, Shoestring cut with herby seasonings and a creamy garlic dip (touma) to dunk them in— they were gone in a flash. All of this and a glass of wine and tip for under $20! Can’t wait to go back and try some more of The owner/chef’s grandfather’s Old Country recipes!

The food was nice, the service was nice, the price was interestingly high. Its all small plate and that's cool but when you pay $17 for 6 small bits of filet mignon, it's a bit much. That being said, the food quality and service was great.
