Amazing! First time at Lenny's. Absolutely loved the Italian as well as the hot Italian I had yesterday. Twice in one week. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The bread is amazing and the meats all sliced to order. Philly cheese is next up. Very clean store. Owner is almost always in attendance. Can't beat it!

Hands down, best spot for a Philly. We've been looking forever for a joint and it came on recommendation. Their cookies and lemonade were also amazing. 100/10 will be back for another sub, lemonade and cookie, wish they had fries instead of chips.

With a name like "Mile high turkey" I was expecting a sandwich truly made for a hungry man. Nope ! I paid $20.63 for a 15" sub, chips and a fountain drink, still in disbelief over that fact. Ended up opening a disappointing sandwich that barely had any turkey. The Resturaunt was clean, the staff friendly and the food was tasty and quality was good. The price however is not justified even with today's inflation and using the "highest quality ingredients" which is a go to excuse for all Resturaunt owners. It's BS and everyone knows it they're not fooling anyone ... Sadly this was my first and last time to this establishment Due to 1) Pricing, ya'll really like your sandwiches. 2) Portion sizes compared to Pricing dosent make sense.

A pretty diecent sub shop if you need to grab a sandwich. Nothing special though. The meat is shaved as they make your sandwich like Jersey Mike's, however they weigh the sandwich (with the bread) on a scale before adding the toppings. The staff was friendly and offered to let me sample the chicken salad to see if I wanted to order it. There is also plenty of parking on site. The decor is pretty standard and the menu is easy to read.

I just have to say the staff is so nice and efficient and really care about the patron. I had one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've had in a long time. The fresh lemonade was awesome, and not to mention they deli cut the meat for all the sandwiches. This beats out firehouse subs and subway by far!

Loved it! Delicious! Italian and a steak sub. You get your choice of bread and toppings. The sandwiches where great and the service was awesome. It was spotless and once inside you could smell the bread. Variety of chips abd drinks as well as a long list of sandwiches to choose from! Recommend highly!

Awesome subs and service. Their Philly cheesesteaks are one of the best (outside of Philly). Their roast beef cold sub (Lennys way) was perfect. Roast beef was rare which is difficult to find in most sub places and all the veggies made it work together. I use their app to pre-order and pay. I just walk in, grab my bag and go. The one time there was an issue was totally my fault I ordered six box lunches for a crew of workers at my house, right at noon not looking at the pick up time on the app. When I arrived 15 minutes later they weren’t ready. If I’d read the actual pickup time I’d have known it should have been an hour and 15 for that larger order. However, the manager jumped right in along with 2-3 others and prepared my order and I was out the door within 10 minutes!! Highly recommend for good food, fast service and reasonable prices.

This place had a young women making sandwiches with no mask on. The supervisor just shrugged when I pointed that out. I demanded a different person remake my sandwich. I am rethinking my allegiance to this store. Since then the owner apologized to me and insured me that all employees will be wearing masks, even when he is to there. He is a responsible owner and the steaks and hoagies are the best.

So i am a Jersey Mikes Subs kind of guy so i know quality and i have never had Lenny's before so i decided to check them out. FANTASTIC, i ordered their italian and although it took several minutes to prepare i was given a masterpiece that was above exceptional. The meats are good quality and the cheese taste fresh, don't get me started on the bread, it is so soft throughout and delicious. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Love their philly cheese steak and Italian subs. If you're close to the hospital in Asheville, make sure you stop by and visit Lenny's! Good selection of subs and toppings also. Only thing I don't like is that there's none of these anywhere else in western North Carolina!

Been eating here for years - always fast and excellent tasting! They get a ton of business daily from the construction workers working on Mission Hospital, yet when I come in after I know they've just had a rush, I'm still in and out within 5 minutes. The print on the menu board is so small I can't read it. Even with my glasses. I asked for a paper menu but they didn't have any. In these instances I feel extremely uncomfortable and I just won't order after that. Lenny's really needs to make the print on their boards bigger or have printed menus accessible at all times. Update: 4/29/21. Sanitation grade 98 very good. 12/8/20 Went in today for my free sub and found out I had to download the app. Cashier (Buddha) was helpful but he couldn't figure it out so he got the manager. He took the time out to help me download and get it all in my cell. Not often you find managers that are helpful to the customers. Sub was great...Thanks

Subs were very well done, the options they have in sizes that range from 5", 7.5", 10", and an enormous 15" are great for any meal or a snack with the smaller option. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was phenomenal, great experience definitely recommend.

This is our go-to place for Subs. I make a great Italian and also a meatball sub. They have three different sizes so depending on how hungry you are. The owners are really nice and always on hand and the place is always nice and clean.

CLEAN. Great food and service. We were greeted by several employees as soon as we entered. The menu was diverse enough for our (mostly) vegetarian family. The man preparing our sandwich even offered to mix several ingredients to create a southwestern/spicy ranch sauce that they don't carry. You chose what toppings you want on your sandwich, so the review that says "I only had chicken and cheese on my chicken cheesesteak" is understandable if there was a miscommunication in that part of the process. The restaurant was clean. I worked in fast food for many of my younger years, and am very picky about this! All trash was empty, floors clean, drink station wiped, chip display orderly. I honestly can't find one thing to complain about. We will be returning throughout our vacation.

I love Lenny's. The bread is great, meat is fresh cut, other ingredients are great quality. The owners are always very pleasant. There is always one thing that I'm not crazy about at other chain sub shops, whether it be the bread, meat, not fresh, etc. Lenny's hits all those marks for me. I've heard great things about their Phillys, but they do cold subs so well that I haven't tried them yet. Maybe some day...

I have ate here a lot for the past 5 years due to how close it is to work. I almost always get their cheeseteak sub and it's either wonderful or crappie. I can usually tell by how well the sandwich will be by seeing if the cheese is melted and mixed with the meat. If there are slices of cheese just on one side and not melted and mixed in then the sandwich sucks. So this place for me can be hit or miss. Their hot pepper relish is awesome though.

Order a chicken cheesesteak. It was okay. Very disappointed no fries..just bagged chips. Not the best cheesesteak I ever had..it was short on cheese. The staff was awkward and acted frustrated that we didn't know the menu. We came during dinner hours and there was only us plus one. I asked for light on the sause was on ticket but if that was light would have hated full sause wasn't light to me but I did like it just messy with to much sause with eating it on the go. Good itilian sandwitchs, there cheese steaks are not classic Philly style. They use Swiss and American cheese instead of wizz. Their cookies are fresh and delicious. The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It seems to be a popular place to have cater events.

Great subs. They got a monster sub that is 18 inches for 15 dallors. Friendly service and had two t.v.'s in each corner so that every body can watch tv while enjoying your freshly toasted sub. They also have chips and cookies.
