They have the most excellent subs ever, so go try this place out, it is definitely worth trying to eat there or take-out, also the ppl that work there are great at what they do, and it doesn't take long g either to get your food, way better than subway!!! My opinion

Food is normally really good but our visit it was average this time. Not sure why. This wont keep me away. I'll be back. Overall their food is really delicious. No previous concerns.

Clean store and restrooms. Food was good. Clean high chairs for the kiddos. Took about 5 minutes to get our food only because there was a line in front of us. Staff was friendly and brought food to our table.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to get a few sandwiches to-go for my family. The two staff members (young guys) were so helpful and upbeat. Everything was just as I ordered. Will definitely come back, especially since the location closer to me has closed

I never post reviews, but I wanted to simply share what a wonderful experience my family and I had at this Firehouse location! The staff was friendly and very personable, especially a young girl that was working the register! I didn’t catch her name, but she radiated friendliness and positivity and sometimes that’s just what a customer needs on a sleepy Sunday night!! The food was good, too! Will be back!

I just want to say that Colby is a GEM! She is a superwoman and goes out of her way to make each and every single customer feel special! Walking into that firehouse subs is like walking into Colby’s own personal home, she warmly welcomed me and made me feel like I was the only customer there even though she had others in the store at the time! She went out of her way to make me a priority and that made me feel special, I’ve never been to a fire house subs before and today is my second time ever and I absolutely ten toes down only want to go to the store where Colby is at! Keep her cause she’s a good one! 🤩🤩

Firehouse subs is my favorite place for hot sandwiches/subs. Always good quality, sandwiches are plentiful and taste amazing. This location is clean, staff is friendly, couldn't really ask for more from this place. These subs be bangin!

Really great food. Sandwiches are served with a generous portion of meat, while everything else always tastes fresh. The facility is usually very clean, and despite great food is never too packed. A little pricey but worth it for a quick meal that isn't too unhealthy.

11 / 21 / 21 * Stopped in with Husband / Sister and Friend on the way to Harrah's ** for the Jeff Dunham * Seriously Show ...... Honest - this wasn't " our " original plan ( 1st. Choice , was CLOSED 🤔🤔 Due to Staffing ) this was shortly after Noon time. Needless to say 😲 ALL of us were VERY Happy ...... Subs were OUTSTANDING & Staff we're very Friendly . I myself 🤔 don't think I'd ever been here ..... But I'll say now ( we had traveled from Tennessee to Asheville , N. C. ) and I'll look for this place from now on ...... Anytime , we travel . GREAT JOB & FOOD

Excellent food and the very best service!! I just wish the owners/managers would enforce patrons being required to wear masks. It is a small space with open food prep, & sadly too many people have no respect for the lives of others & come in without masks & argue when asked & refuse to wear them. The staff are always extra cautious & considerate of all they serve by wearing their masks at all times while preparing & serving food. This organization's slogan is "help the helpers", so how much more responsibility they should have for helping those who actually work for them to help the helpers! Other businesses enforce the mask LAW to protect others, from Trader Joe's to the Dollar Tree, plenty of examples can be found of businesses that do enforce the LAW & do not lose customers.The owner of the local, Tunnel Rd Firehouse franchise should be ashamed & fined for allowing careless patrons to continue to endanger their loyal, amazing staff as well as ALL customers who trust they are getting clean food during a global pandemic. Believe me, if their policy doesn't soon change, they can expect a protest, & a significant loss of customers.

Sanitation grade 97.5 very good. 4/10/21 Very friendly staff, a welcome and a Thank you, with smiles. Sandwiches was made very well...just wasn't an even amout of each meat but taste was still on point.

Recently tried a firehouse Sub for the first time, and I will say it was one VERY GOOD!!! Sub. Preparation was up 2 snuff, it was actually one of the best subs I've ever had, yes it really was THAT good, it definitely rivals that of other Sub chains in the area. The staff was friendly also. I also like that buying a meal here actually goes to supporting the local fire fighters. Firehouse is now my favorite Sub chain.

The food was great but it took forever to get 3 subs and some mac n cheese and we had a girl that was working there sell weed right infront of our faces. A girl said hey can you come through with the *sucks on fingers like smoking* and the girl takes her money then goes to the back hands her something and then she left.
