We found Amanda’s Catering randomly online one day when searching for caterers for our wedding, and this was the best find we could have stumbled upon! Amanda knew I was only in town for a few days and completely rearranged her schedule so that we could have a tasting! From the first time we met, her personality was just as amazing as her food, and we knew we wanted her to cater our wedding! The day of the wedding, her staff was so amazing, from the line servers to a personal waiter she had arranged to specifically take care of my husband and I! The food was absolutely delicious and even a month out, we still hear from people on how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Highly recommend Amanda’s catering!

Amanda’s Catering was absolutely phenomenal for our October wedding in Asheville! Amanda visited the bridal suite on-site to greet us early and ensure everything was going to go just as planned. And it certainly did! As our guests were enjoying happy hour, Sara and crew made sure that we had passed apps brought to us during our family photo session in another area of the venue. Such a welcome bite to eat! Dinner was delicious, timely, and we had more than enough. Thank you for all you did to keep us and our guests full and happy throughout the night!

Amanda’s Catering was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had been looking for a caterer for months and were having trouble trying to find a caterer in our price range when we found Amanda’s Catering a few weeks before our event. Not only was she able to fit us in but she was able to meet our needs as well. The food was amazing and her staff was so polite, friendly, and professional. Knowing they were there to take care of everything from setting up to cleaning up and everything in between was a huge stress relief and blessing. We are definitely booking her to cater next years event.

Absolutely outstanding all around. I booked Amanda's Catering for our business Christmas lunch and we received the most amazing feedback from our employees we have ever received after an event. Everyone was asking for the contact information. The beef tenderloin was incredibly tender and moist. Honestly, it was as good as or better than any high end restaurant. The vegan option served was a stuffed acorn squash that even non-vegans enjoyed. The staff was so lovely and professional, it was pure joy working with them. Amanda really guided us through putting together the menu and choosing a dessert to cater to many dietary restrictions. I can't say enough about our overall experience and the quality of the food. I highly recommend.

Amanda and her team at Amanda’s Catering served my family and friends for a wedding rehearsal for one of our son’s. Amanda was great to work with “ from a far” as we are in Raleigh/ Henderson area. The food was such a lovely experience, it looked very professional, beautiful and tasted even better! Family & friends raved about the foods, the menu was plentiful, and choices were awesome!! Exceptional service, exceptional food. Amanda's Catering catered my daughters wedding with 110 guests. I had several guests approach me to let me know it was the "BEST meal they had ever had at a wedding" (and I agree!) . There were just as many compliments regarding the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour too. Amanda's staff was courteous and professional. Amanda is trustworthy, professional and truly cares about the presentation and taste! It was like working with family, in a good way! I would recommend Amanda's Catering over and over again. Wonderful to work with.

Amanda’s Catering was easily one of the best choices my fiancé and I made while planning our wedding. Thank you Amanda's Catering for taking all of the worry and stress out of meal planning for our wedding. Amanda provided both charcuterie for our cocktail hour and our buffet style dinner. Our guests left with their taste buds satisfied and bellies full. We had a couple of guests who have food allergies and Amanda was so kind in modifying the menu to accommodate our guests. From a value standpoint, Amanda provided exceptional tasting food for a very reasonable price point. We cannot recommend her and her team enough. I used Amanda's Catering for the reception of my husband's memorial service and the experience was fantastic. It was, of course, a difficult time and hard to attend to details. Amanda responded quickly, gave me great suggestions for food, and visited the site the day before to make sure it was set up correctly. The food was perfect: beautiful fresh fruit, charcuterie board with great cheeses and meats, fantastic pimiento cheese, etc. Amanda and her helpers were polite, friendly and on the ball throughout the whole reception. We had food left over which she generously and helpfully pack up for us to take with us. Her rates are reasonable and she was always responsive to emails or calls with questions. Highly recommend

Searching for a caterer was the biggest challenge when planning a destination wedding. Amanda gave great feedback & suggestions, prioritized communication throughout the process, and respected our budget. Hors d’oeuvres, with a main course brunch, were presented nicely, served with generous portions, and all delicious. Amanda’s staff were professional & pleasant. Her own mother prepared some of their family recipes & helped on-site. She gave us a referral for a baker, as a special request from the groom to have cheesecake, who was equally wonderful. Choosing Amanda’s Catering was a great decision for our mountain lodge reception!

I hired Amanda’s Catering in the Asheville area to prepare a small wedding reception dinner for my daughter and son-in-law! We live in Florida and our daughter was married in the Asheville area so hiring a caterer that was unknown to us was a little nerve racking! After looking at websites and pictures I decided to email Amanda for a quote. Right from the beginning she was helpful, personable and flexible with what we wanted and our price point. The food was amazing and our wedding guests kept saying how delicious everything tasted and how they helped themselves to a second helping! 😂 Amanda also delivered the food on time and up a crazy mountain road! She was so personable and was incredibly helpful with the meal choices, not to mention how weddings are usually done (I was totally in the dark as to what to do.) Amanda was very helpful in offering suggestions and accommodating our unique requests. The food was excellent and the service flow was timed perfectly. Guests all complimented the foods. Amanda provided additional bar tending services and brought in an ice cream vendor for a sweet finish to the festivities. I highly recommend her catering services.
