Absolutely delicious! Chicken Enchiladas were outstanding. Tasted so fresh and they give you a huge portion for only $10. Beans and rice cooked perfectly too. Much better than a lot of the regular NM Mexican Restaurants imo, and way better value! Super friendly cute little family that owns/runs it too! I will be going back for more soon!

I got the stuffed sopapilla with beef, it was delicious! I tried both red and green chili and both were good. The staff brought us our food quickly and were friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend and I have been eating with this amazing food truck for about 6 months. We absolutely love them!!! I’m a vegetarian and my boyfriend is a cave man and yet we both get to enjoy amazing food and great customer service. StuffedLust catered my sisters graduation and they made the most delicious enchiladas for us!!! I’d definitely recommend them, we like La Cumbre beer and StuffedLust on Sunday!!!

Great Food with a flare. You can taste the small batch healthy conscious recipes, aside from the delicious fried sopapias of course. Open your expectations because this is not regular Mexican grease ball food. The owners have painstaking morphed old Mexican with new flavors and healthier techniques. I highly recommend!!!

We had the Carolina BBQ, which came on a toasted bun, with a side of Mac n' Cheese topped with little fried green chili bits, and a little piece of corn bread. Man! Everything was super delicious. When they open their restaurant, I hope it's BBQ. I'm there!

5 pounds of nachos for $15 while drinking at Ex Novo. We really wanted to try everything on the menu but we could barely finish the nachos. Extra points for the guy delivering the food in the Slayer tshirt =)

I went to the food truck today and your entire staff was very friendly, not rude and my order was done very promptly. Your "Son" told me "God Bless when he handed me my order and verified "Here is your order ma'am without onions" Absolutely perfect....The food was delicious and OMG ALOT!!!! Very much worth the $$$ And I will be going back to try another item at a later time, The truck was parked at Ex Novo in Corrales, literally 2 minutes from my work!!!! Cant wait to try again!!!!

We love reviews, it takes time and thought to say something nice about your experience with us. That being said there are those who would not have our best interest at heart when they write a negative review. PLEASE take the time and thought to talk to us personally. As one can see from all the 5 star reviews we are a family business (with my daughter Maddie in the window, my son Michael delivering food, and my wife and I cooking and serving) with a customer rapport that is courteous and kind. If you find something about our food or people displeasing, PLEASE don’t put our business at risk over something that I’m sure we could work out. Be kind and live longer folks
