It was closed but it is definitely open with nice fence for protection from all the people u don’t want walking up to you while you eat your food great add on I must say long over due but it’s there now that’s what matters downtown starting to open back up little by little

This particular location knows customer service well! The people that answer the phones are personable. For some reason, though, my order was wrong; they delivered a wheat tuna instead of a lettuce tuna wrap. I called, and spoke with the manager. She apologized, and had the order re-sent to me, correctly (in about 15 minutes). Mistakes happen, but they know how to handle customers really well! Definitely a great place to order from!

They are amazing, I called in an order at 11:20 & it was delivered to my office by 11:31! I was very impressed & the sandwich was very tasty & the bread was fresh! Great job, guys! You've impressed me & I was sure to tell all my co-workers about you guys!!

We were greeted with an amazing welcome as soon as we entered into the establishment and felt awesome. My partner ordered the veggie sandwich and I got the JJ gargantuan and it took less than 5 minutes to get the sandwiches. Delicious as always and I had hot peppers on my sandwich as suggested by the staff, it was amazing and there was barely enough room for all the toppings. Don't forget to grab extra napkins when getting your sandwich.

So not the fastest Jimmy Johns I’ve been to (I know, that’s kinda their thing). The staff was really friendly. I was even talked into trying the new Kickin’ Ranch sauce and I’m sold. Definitely going to put that all over the Italian Night Club next time.

Good subs and good customer service. Everything is all natural and fresh. Coming from a person that has worked at both Jimmy John's and Subway. Jimmy John's is way more fresher and better ingredients with true natural sliced Meats. Subway gets all their meats in packages. Jimmy John's slices their meat and only keeps it for 2 days maximum before wasting it. Good job Jimmy John's keep up the good work! Especially everyone downtown Albuquerque!

A decent sandwich chain. I like it a bit more than Subway, about the same as Quizno's but it is clean and doesn't take long. This one is in downtown and there are a number of better options within walking distance (within 2 blocks) if you have time.

Went in early, around 11:40 to avoid the lunch rush and the employees were so busy with to go orders they completely ignored the customers in the store. I ordered and the gentleman that took my order soon after left to deliver other orders. 5 minutes later I asked where my order was and I found out it was sitting on a counter. Other customers had to move out of the order line so the employees could get their bikes in and out of the store. No management was apparent. Just guys on bikes...

so it’s Thursday June 14, 2k18. the google search says it “ opens soon “ @ 11, but I just called and it’s open maybe because it’s so close to 11 but I thought that was pretty cool, I just ordered a tuna sub, let’s see how it goes. lol Other reviews get me nervous 🙄 I ordered it at 10:55 It’s 11:06. & I’m now eating my food @ my house where it was delivered 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Didn't have any problem here except parking but it's downtown and what can you expect. At least there is something like this hear to eat. Most places around here are closed during day and others sit down restaurants that take time. No complaints from me.

Love the food. Hate the service. They are suppose to be awesome at delivery but when ever I call they deny me delivery regardless of the fact they deliver with no problem to our lab during the day. Most of the time we have to order online and then are forced to call them. Once we call no one answers.

Taste-wise the food was great, but for the amount of meat, and the size of the sub, it was a little over pricey. Every add-on you have to pay extra for, like cheese, peppers ect. Just like Blake's Lotaburger this place is too pricey. You'll pay for more than you get.

Quick service. They were able to get through the lunch rush quick. Not many seats so It felt a bit crowded. I would recommend taking it to go.
